I came here specifically to try the specialty milkshakes. I got the cake shake and friends got the cookies and cream one. The presentation was definitely wild. The cake shake had a literal slice of funfetti cake on top. The cookies and cream one had a Oreo ice cream sandwich. I will say that the ratio of topping to actual milkshake was not ideal. Definitely think that for a $20 milkshake that there would have been more milkshake. I guess you pay for the aesthetic for the gram. I will say it was cool to hit it up with friends for some extravagant shakes.

This place is good for your classic American food; burgers, fries, wings. We stopped in for a quick bite. There was a little bit of a wait. The hostess was pretty fast we were seated quickly. Unfortunately it was by the door during a very cold day. I do wish restaurants would have some type of heater not just for outdoor dining, but for seating areas inside that are close to the door, they get the cold draft every time somebody walks in. It’s very uncomfortable. We got a couple of burgers, fries, and some chili nachos. The chili or the cream on the nachos, have a bit of a kick to it. Was still tasty but not enough meat. Burgers and fries were very tasty. It was too cold in our area to have some of their signature crazy shakes. They look pretty good, and are quite large. Our server was attentive but even they remarked about how cold our section was. definitely recommend for familiar and tasty food close by to the Empire State building

Must go to! All things were 5 stars. Had a reservation and was sat quickly. Amazing service even on a Friday night and employees had a great attitude! The food was fantastic; ALL of it. Hubs loved the beer selection. Queso was all fresh, crispy chips. The burger was phenomenal and had sweet Baby Ray's BBQ which is my favorite, crispy bacon. Delicious. Hubs was OBSESSED with the blue cheese Champ burger. The Oreo Supreme milkshake was Soooo GOOD. And after a long day around New York with a dead phone; there are outlets! Well done. 👏🏻

Most amazing food, beer and time. Had two incredible burgers and the best onion rings ever. So lucky it’s right next door to where we were staying. Roy was our friendly, attentive & knowledgeable server and made our experience even better. Totally recommend!

We are back again to Black Tap, this place offers a great fun dining experience for burger lovers. My family and I enjoyed a delicious meal, with each burger cooked to our liking some medium some well done . The Wagyu burger, in particular, stood out for me—it was incredibly juicy and flavorful, easily one of the best. The milkshakes were a hit with everyone (super high in calories I’m sure), indulgent and beautifully presented, making for a perfect sweet treat. The atmosphere and attentive service added to the overall experience was very nice. Whether you're a local or just visiting, Black Tap is a good place to-visit for nice-tier burgers and shakes. We'll definitely be back!

After work, our team visited Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer on 35th Street, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we stepped in, Rebecca the hostess greeted us with a big smile and accommodated us right away! We were seated in the back, where a wall adorned with cassettes immediately caught our eye, giving the dining room a nostalgic 90’s vibe that we loved. The menu offered so many delicious choices and we ordered right away! The onion rings were crispy and flavorful, and I thoroughly enjoyed the Wagyu Steakhouse Burger, which was cooked to perfection. Each one of us ordered different burgers, and every dish was delicious. To top it off, we shared a Cookies and Cream CrazyShake, and Philip, the General Manager, generously treated us to an additional Cheesecake CrazyShake. Both disappeared quickly lol Our server was attentive and knowledgeable. Thank you, Philip, and your team, for providing such a great experience. We will be back soon.

Google
What a fabulous place! We arrived after a very long journey absolutely exhausted with our 3 year old and we’re just immediately ready for bed but knew we needed to eat. The receptionist at our hotel from just around the corner recommended this place to us as family friendly. It had a lovely vibey atmosphere but also really family friendly which was great! It seems like they seperate the bar (adults) and more sit down families so that’s good for others. The food was 10/10 and the service - WOW. Such a warm and friendly person looking after us! Couldn’t have asked for a better welcome to New York! Food was insanely good as well so 10/10.

This place is awesome! The food is fresh and well prepared, the shakes are heavenly, and service is superb. Thank you Roy (Server) for a memorable dining experience .

Yelp
I found this place on a whim through social media -Took one look at the shakes and said we need to try this place! Our server was super nice and very patient with us while we combed through the menu. He even helped explain a few things. We didn't have a reservation and we were able to get a table right away. I imagine that in the summertime that's not the case based on what other people have said in other reviews. I ordered the cheeseburger salad and the beef was so juicy, cooked just the way I like it! The shakes- whoa- totally blew my mind! We should have waited to order our shakes but since we ordered it with our food, they came out before our meals. The ambiance was maybe modern hipster if that's even a thing- but the vibe was spot on! We will definitely come back when we are in town again!

Yelp
My friend was visiting from IL with her son and had read about Black Tap as a "must eat" while in NYC. We were a total of 3 adults and 3 kids and walked in on a freezing Saturday evening around 5:30pm. Unfortunately, they did not have a table available for us until 7:30pm, but they were able to accommodate us with random bar seating (we sat separately, but near one another). It worked out as the three kids sat at the low-bar seating with low stools and the three of us sat at the high tables. The service was quite good for how busy they were, and even though there were discrepancies in our order once it arrived, they were quick to fix it and even took one of the dishes off the bill as a courtesy since the mistake was on their end. The food was what you'd expect from a burgers and shake place - so good! I loved that it was kid-friendly, but elevated for adults. We ordered the following, and honestly - I would recommend everything! Fried pickles, hot Guac and chips Mexico City Burger with Falafel patty Crispy chicken sandwich Hot chicken sandwich Onion Rings Fries Brooklyn Blackout Shake Vanilla Shake Espresso Martini

Elizabeth T.

Yelp
The burgers at Black Tap are delicious and well exceeded my expectations!! I loved the Texan burger and the wagu steakhouse burger! The milkshakes are perfect if you have a big sweet tooth! The drink selection and ambiance left me wanting more, but I would definitely return!

Yelp
Stopped by this SoHo hot spot and we not disappointed. Got a table right away, ordered the Guacamole and Chips and the adventure started. Good stuff, our waitress was super friendly and made suggestions which I really like. Ordered the Frita Cubana, the Tenessee Burger, the Chicken Sandwich and a Wagyu Burger. All had excellent flavor and cooked like we ordered. Great spot.

Sofyan S.

Yelp
Used to like this place but was very disappointed the last time I went. First of all, came in as a group with some more people coming in later. The restaurant was mostly empty but they insisted on the entire party being present before getting seated. The issue was the others were going to be very late and we just wanted to sit and eat. I'd understand if the place was full, but it was basically empty. The way the female host spoke to us was also very rude. Next, they messed up our orders. First my milkshake order didn't get recorded and then my friends' orders got mixed up and as a result it ended up taking a long time for their food to come out. Food was still decent but the bad service really ruined the experience. The tablet tip was also annoying where they watched as you tipped to pressure you to tip more despite the horrendous service. Probably won't be coming back or recommending this place any more.

Raviya C.

Yelp
The milkshake was interesting. I appreciate the presentation but it tasted very average, like regular strawberry ice cream. Nothing special about the sandwich or burger. It's a popular spot, people kept filtering in and out so the service isn't best either. The ambience is what you'd expect from a busy burger joint, loud.

An N.

Yelp
Friendly staff, great environment. Recommend indoor dining experience with friends, family, co-workers, and others. I'd pass on the fried pickles as the batter falls off the pickles and doesnt have a crunch to it. Brussel sprouts were semi burnt enhancing the bitter flavor, and mozzarella sticks were not stringy. The buns of the burger were soggy from the moisture of the toppings and quite salty.

Johanna Paola R.

Yelp
Amazing food presentation I didn't get the chance to take a picture to the falafel burguer but it was delicious, waiters are also very nice and fast. The place has such a nice vibes in general. Totally recommend and I would come back for sure.

Martine M.

Yelp
Ole reliable. Second visit to this sure thing spot. Jenna provided outstanding service. Served dinner with a smile. Amazing burger selection...there is no wrong choice. Always a hit! If you have a sweet tooth, wait until you try one of the amazing shakes. Quite creative. Music is on point. Hard to not enjoy the music while devouring your meal. Ambiance is cool for all ages.

Yelp
People always want to come here for their milkshakes but the real star are the burgers! I was disappointed to see the milkshakes was made from soft serve ice cream. A good milkshake can never start with that and honestly it was just fine. Yes, it is very cool when they put all those goodies on it but they slather frosting on the cup for all of the sprinkles to stick and that's just gross to me. BUT their burgers are so good here. People sleep on this spot as a burger spot but it is a go to spot for me now and they always have an assortment to choose from. We went for restaurant week and it was an insane lunch deal. For $30, it was a burger, appetizer and a frozen cocktail! The fried mozzarella was one of my favorites. Very crispy and insane amount of cheese. We balanced it out with an argula salad and that was a much larger portion than we expected and a generous amount of sun dried tomatoes on top. It was good. If you are looking for a great burger that will not break the bank and not a long wait; check out Black Tap!

Lou C.

Yelp
We had not yet been to this location, but it was pretty consistent with all the other locations, currently open and now closed. The crazy shakes are the draw for many people, and they don't disappoint. Food is fine, nothing that rings the bell, but the table really did enjoy the chicken tenders with the variety of dipping sauces. Our server was friendly and efficient.

John K.

Yelp
Great burgers and milk shakes , it a robust atmosphere you can't go wrong I had fun there

Rick M.

Yelp
This was a block down from our hotel and the reviews were good so we gave it a shot. Glad we did. Service was off the chart good. We weren't in a hurry but if we were, perfect spot. Started with drinks and the fried mozzarella. Instead of a marinara the dipping sauce was closer to an amazing creamy tomato soup. Worth the price of admission right there. I got the Wagyu Steakhouse burger, medium rare. Perfect, juicy and huge! Sweet potato fries were great as well. My wife got the crispy chicken sandwich and loved it.

James A.

Yelp
Classic burgers and iconic milkshakes (meant to share, they're huge!). The staff is very friendly. Modern chic decor, perfectly New York ambiance.

Kayla N.

Yelp
A very long wait for just okay food. Staff was not friendly and it took over an hour just to get the milkshakes. Ordered other food and was full by the time the milkshakes got to us.

T W.

Yelp
Such a fun vibe. The food was fresh and the service was amazing! The chicken on the cali chicken was over-cooked. Went twice as it was right next to our hotel.

Thiago D.

Yelp
We were easily able to sit down and our server was extremely friendly. Ending up ordering the Texas burger with a side of fries and it was cooked exactly how I wanted it.. medium rare. I made sure to only eat 3/4 of the burger though and about half of the fries because I knew I had to make room for what they are known for which is the mega humongous shakes! Ended up splitting the cakeshake milkshake and the cake was moist and flavorful which is what you want in a funfetti cake. Could only get through half of the vanilla milkshake, though, not because it was bad but because it's so filling and I just ate a cheeseburger! I would come back but either for just the burger, or the milkshake but not both because it's just way too filling

Brian O.

Yelp
Very tasty food and a great craft beer selection. The service was great and this is just the right environment for a cocktail after a day at the office.

Teresa K.

Yelp
Walked in at lunch time with some family visiting from out of state. The place was half empty, but they seemed annoyed when we said we didn't have a reservation. The waitress wasn't very attentive and recommended an awfully dry veggie burger to my sister. The street corn nachos & chicken Caesar salad were awesome though. Beware - the strawberry milkshake is vanilla ice cream with strawberry syrup - not strawberry ice cream. The decor was fun, loved the vintage boombox/cassettes vibes. I'm going to say this place is hit or miss depending on what you order and which server you get. I probably won't return.

Jutamat K.

Yelp
I love BURGERS here!! And I you wanna have a burger for lunch or dinner you have to try the WAGYU STEAKHOUSE BURGER here , located in 35 st. close to Ktown !!!! I ordered medium rare and it was soooo good and juicy but don't put too much sauce!!!! and also don't miss Milk Shakes!!!! Super delicious Next time I'll go back to try CAKESHAKE THE WAGYU STEAKHOUSE BURGER 24$ ARUGULA SALAD 8$ CLASSIC coffee SHAKES 9.50$

Angry P.

Yelp
There is such a thing as a bad burger... well Not at this place!! It was delicious I got some Cuban burger and my little guy a plane cheeseburger. At first mine looked kind of small, but as I started to bite into it the explosion of flavors smacked me across the face, it was delicious, my son's burger was a bit overcooked. If we had hot fries and salt on them. You wound have had 5 stars from me, but we all can't be perfect. Ps. Get ready tomorrow we are going back to try those amazing looking ice cream shakes!! I hope you don't disappoint me, it may get your 5 starts. -so states the Angry Pepper!!

Teandra R.

Yelp
3.5 Stars Our experience was on the mediocre side. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't outstanding either. There were highs and lows. Three of us went on a very rainy Friday evening after work and got there about 6:20ish. We originally wanted to make reservations. However we weren't able to because the times between 5 and 7:15 weren't available. Not blacked out as if unavailable but not listed at all. Then we called and were told we couldn't make reservations during that time slot so we just decided to walk in. When we got there we were asked if we had reservations... HOW?! If we're not able to make any how would we have reservations?? Well we put our names down and were told it would be a 45 min wait. So we sat at the bar and decided to start off while waiting. We had to wait a little but not too too long. We started with drinks and mozzarella sticks. The drinks were really good but they were out of all of the slushy drinks. We put in the order for the Mozzy sticks and in the midst of waiting for them our table was ready way quicker than we thought it would take because it was only about a 20 min wait so they brought the order over to our table. We did end up having to close out our bar order first though and do a separate order at the table. No big deal though. The Mozzy sticks were very very good! We tore those up! And that's not just because we were hungry. Unfortunately, we ended up having to do more cleaning to our table because it was still a bit of residue on it. I had to clean my seat because it looked like they just wiped everything from the table on to the seats. The guy who seemed like maybe a table clearer seemed more in tune with our table than our designated waitress. She was polite enough but like she couldn't be bothered one way or another. She was probably most interactive towards the end when handing us our check. Then when taking our orders I specifically told her no tomato because of an allergy. She said she would write it down to make sure. When I got my burger there was tomato on it and then when I reminded her we saw them take it off the plate, leave the lettuce, etc. so whatever it touched I couldn't eat. I didn't even bother asking for it to be made over because at that point I was over it. The burger I got which was the specialty burger was supposed to be well done because my friend asked for medium Greg Newman and hers was rare. Well mine was still pretty medium rare so I left it to just cook at home. It was also so unseasoned. I mean bland as idk what. I realized at home it was inedible so I ended up tossing it. The Caesar salad was good and came out fine. We came for the shakes so initially I was going to have a shake there and then take two classics to go but after the experience I decided to just get the shake there. That's when she decided to take my order. She took my friends order and walked away. In all fairness she asked was there anything else but we all understood it to mean did that particular person want anything else, not if the entire table wanted anything else. My other friend decided to not get anything at all after that. Eventually I got the cookies and cream shake and my friend had ordered the strawberry shortcake milkshake. We both enjoyed some there and took the rest to go. I didn't get the other shakes as initially intended and we asked for water but it took awhile to come so when it finally came we didn't even get any because that's when the check came and by that point we were getting ready to go and just wanted to pay. It was an interesting experience. Maybe they were overwhelmed on that day, I'm not sure. I would say this is definitely a step up from going to the old location in the 50's and leaving right out. However it's a step down from the service received when we went to the location further down in the city. I'd come back but I'd try something else and see how a different day works out. I do like the location way more though. It seems to be more spacious.

Federico G.

Yelp
Ordered an appetizer (fried mozz) and two burgers (both cooked medium). Service took a *very* long time to get to us, to the point that I had to ask if the order was still in. Burgers were overcooked to well done. No big deal, still good burgers. But letting you know if you are particular about your burgers. Appetizer arrived at the same time as our mains, which defeats the purpose of it being an appetizer. But it was pretty tasty (if you order a side of ranch). Overall I'm taking stars off for awfully slow service (at 3pm on a Wednesday), appetizer arriving at the same time as mains, overcooked burgers, and their beer of tap being half out (they only had a few available, everything else was out)

R C.

Yelp
Clean Relatively quick. When we asked for a table, they almost didn't seat us even though they were completely empty. The food was good and fresh. Portion size was ok for the price in the city. We asked if they could do something for my sons birthday and the waitress said, "I'll bring him a Birthday cake shake." She didn't say she'd charge us. When the check came it was $25 more for a small shake and a piece of cake on it. Good presentation. Not worth $25. Otherwise it would be 4 stars. Maybe 5.

Esther L.

Yelp
Pros: the vegan shake was rich and delicious. I appreciate that they have a good selection of vegan shake possible options. Cons: when we arrived, we were told that the waitlist opened in an hour, and then from there it would be a 30-40 minute wait. We walked out but then walked back in with the idea to ask if take out is available. We ordered vegan shakes, waited a half hour for them to be ready, and enjoyed them outside. We sort of cracked the code by ordering to go, but definitely would need to do more research as how to avoid a two hour wait. It could be as simply as making a reservation.

Nicole B.

Yelp
Ended up here because of its Family-friendly reputation and its proximity being within a 10-minute walk of Grand Central. Since I don't eat beef, I opted for the peri peri turkey burger with sauces on the side. Solid and spicy! They're Perfect for a sweet treat pit stop -order one of their classic shakes or indulge in one of their over-the-top "crazyshakes", a feast for the eyes as much as your sweet tooth. Cocktail menu is also impressive. My kids love it here. Service is friendly and helpful. Fun decor, music and mood lighting. Make a reservation unless you want to sit at the bar on a slow night or wait an hour or two on a busy one.

K K.

Yelp
Spot for drinks and sandwiches. Server was nice. Place is cozy and not too small. We sat at high table and got 2 chicken sandwiches which was decent average.

London F.

Yelp
Black Tap is the best! I got the brussel sprouts and the cheese fries. Both were incredible! It is usually pretty busy, so I would recommend making a reservation. They have milkshakes that look amazing! The service is great. The environment of the restaurant is super cool

Selena S.

Yelp
The food is amazing from the burgers to the fries! Felicity was our server and she was friendly, easy to talk with and provided perfect service! Overall, loved the vibe of the restaurant with the cool music playing in the back ground!

Emily K.

Yelp
Ordered takeout. Wagyu burger was inedible. Asked for it to be medium and it was bright pink. It smelled and tasted very off. Opted for the sweet potato fries and they were undercooked and bland. Save your money.

Daniyah D.

Yelp
Got the all American burger with chicken sandwich for my cousin and I. Chicken sandwich is crispy and juicy. But bread is a little bit dry but still tasty. The sauce is a great touch. Beef burger is good as well, I felt pretty full after eating. Couldn't finish the whole thing cause the portion is big. $25 average per person. Service is great that we were treated with passion and happy.

Brad P.

Yelp
Came here 2 nights in a row and had Max both nights. The first night we ate dinner and were too full for desert so the second night we had to come back for desert. Both were great. Had Max both nights and he is awesome. Remembered us the second night and was so friendly.

Roy B.

Yelp
We were excited to try this place after a show up town and a chance gathering with some dear friends. Walking distance from Penn station and Herald Square, you couldn't ask for a better spot and Yelp's handy directions brought us right there. We had reservations for 5:30 and were promptly seated in a booth large enough ( almost ) for our party of seven. The booth was plenty long but the space between the table and seat was extremely tight. Something must have shifted with the adjoining booth because there really wasn't enough room. As we were leaving, I noticed that the booth next to ours had more than ample room and maybe the bench had actually been moved closer to our side and caused the discomfort. Service was really spectacular and most probably saved the meal. The gentleman who assisted us was pleasant and courteous. All the food we ordered came out as ordered and was delivered hot. As for the food, good but not great. I ordered an old fashioned burger and my buddy got a Greg Norman burger. Kids got cheeseburgers and fries. We also ordered onion rings for the table and the star of the show was the fried pickle appetizer- tremendous. Wives got another special burger and they said they were pleased but not blown away. After eating, three super special sundaes were ordered including peanut brittle, Oreo cookie and some breakfast rainbow cereal something or another. Those were awesome and everyone loved them. Decor is very cool indeed/ we sat in the back and I saw the largest collection of cassette tapes ever outside a record store in the 1980's Cool lighting and music playing in the background- not too loud or soft. Fun for a night out with friends or maybe a first date on a casual basis. Just check your bill- our larger party had the 20% tip added in advance.

Yelp
Black Tap Craft Burgers at this location is easy to get to from the Upper East Side using the Q Train. I had a surprise visit from friends and we met for lunch. I had been to Black Tap at the other location for my daughters birthday and was a little disappointed. This was my friends choice not mine. I have to say this was a much better experience. I just ordered straight from the menu and adjusted my order for my food sensitivity after I received it. I wanted to keep ordering simple. We enjoyed our visit without having to wait in line outside. The place was not very crowded during lunch time on this July 4th weekend. My friend did have a reservation for us. Service was professional and timely. I had enough food to take half my burger and most of the fries home for the next day. Black Tap is known for the shakes. The Cookie Shake was big enough that I had a nice taste of my friends. My other friend had the Nutella Shake. I'm definitely recommending Black Tap at this location for a special get together. I think I might bring my daughter here for her birthday!

Ricky H.

Yelp
Second time at this location and as always a treat. The food is great but the main delicacy is the sweets so splitting a burger or sandwich is a must. This time I, and my party of 4, tried the Halloween shake and Strawberry shortcake and did not disappoint one bit. Shoutout to our server Skye for accomodating us yesterday.

Cassandra R.

Yelp
The restaurant is adorable and I love the decor. Our waiter was nice. The food however was pretty disappointing. My daughter ordered the cali chicken sandwich but she didn't like it. I ordered the Baja chicken sandwich on a Gluten Free roll and I just found it pretty bland. When I see Cajun, I want to taste Cajun but I found this pretty lacking. Maybe we need to go and try the burgers instead of the chicken when we are back in town.

Irina P.

Yelp
Great burger and fried pickles. Service is fast. Only negative is being charged $1 for mustard, for my fries, without being told. We didn't get their popular milkshakes since can't imagine having that after eating a full a meal. That's a meal on its own. Looked good though.

Ryan T.

Yelp
Excellent service, Max was amazing. Burgers were fantastic. Shake guy needs help, he was busy! Shakes were amazing and huge with real size cookies and ice cream bar. The music was right up our alley. Try to get a table by the wall with all the tapes, there are some real gems in there.

Katherine R.

Yelp
Jenna was great! Very attentive and personable- will def be back! The espresso martinis were also delicious

Jennifer A.

Yelp
The burgers and chicken sandwiches are truly to die for, paired with over-the-top fries. While I didn't try the milkshakes, I'm confident they're delicious. Visited with my family, and everyone loved it. Highly recommend for family outings, a fun date, or even a solo dining experience!

Yelp
Came here on a week night for the milkshakes and the milkshakes definitely did not disappoint. I will say that they are definitely huge portions so it might be easier for 2 people per shake to finish it. Ended up getting the burger we ended up sharing and it was very average. Not too great but not bad. Overall kind of a noisy environment so something to keep in mind if you're looking for a quiet romantic date night. Servers were nice and the place itself was nice.

Yelp
Been meaning to come here for a while now and I finally made it. Everytime I've tried the wait is pretty long and it's busy no matter the day of the week. Finally tried on a Tuesday night and the wait was only 30 minutes. Passion fruit mojito was really good light on the alcohol but very refreshing. I wanted to try the best burger they had which was the wagyu steakhouse I got it medium well it was pretty ok but I was expecting just alil more in flavor and taste it came with lettuce tomatoes fried onions cheese and mayo with steak sauce, even with all the toppings I do feel the burger lacked maybe some salt and pepper in the least but still a good burger. Want that crazy snot the fries they were alil over cooked for my liking. Overall the service was pleasing and I do recommend if you like burgers.

Yelp
Our waitress Jenna was the best. Such a happy personality and always smiling. She checked on us multiple times and got us what we needed right away while dealing with a large party. 10/10 recommend the shakes and Jenna as a waitress.

Yelp
So apparently they serve food here... but let's be honest, people come here for the Instagram worthy shakes. They're delicious and literally a hot mess at the same time... the table quickly turned into a war zone of whipped cream plopping off the top of the shakes. Good news- the shakes taste good and they provide enough of a sugar high to keep kids going for HOURS. Some burgers were eaten, which were pretty standard. The chili con carne and chips was my half-assed attempt to eat something "light" and solid; however, the queso blanco was just a cup of nacho cheese. I would say the food is more of a 2 or a 3, especially with regards to the prices. The server was a pro at dealing with kids eager to eat all of the shakes, and got all of the shakes out as soon as humanly possible. Overall, cool vibe with some neon walls and the best use of cassette tape cases to make an amazing looking feature wall that I've ever seen. Overall- parents, you should probably take your kids here, they'll think you're amazing. But between the portion sizes, and the high sugar content- don't expect any rational behavior for the rest of the afternoon. What is the cross between a food coma and a sugar-high? You'll find out after the meal.

Yelp
I really wanted to try this place out and had high hopes. The bartender/server that helped us was nice. The hostess found us seating at the 2nd bar that's located in the hotel. Since, the bar & tables at the main part of BT were full. Additionally, I ordered a Moscow mule and it was okay; it was strong, though-$15. I didn't order a 2nd drink, Since, I didn't love it. The burger wasn't bad. But, def could have been better. I ordered the one w/shrooms & onions -I think $21. I think the price points are good. Considering they're a burger joint, I expected a much better burger. It's a good burger. But, def not great. The fries were pretty good, though. My friend ordered the mozzarella sticks and chicken tenders. I tried the chkn tenders and they were pretty good. Lastly, I would go back. But, I wouldn't order a drink. I'd prob stick to beer. Lastly, I liked the restroom and we sat at the bar and the high top seats were really comfy. My stars reflect mostly food quality and taste.

Yelp
Filled with tourists; one waitress. Frustratingly waited to be served but clearly she's overwhelmed and nothing was getting done. Left in frustration.
