"The market and deli attached to celebrated Boulder restaurant Blackbelly now has a satellite in Berkeley, where chef Hosea Rosenberg, butcher Kelly Kawachi, and their team specialize in the charcuterie that graces not only sampler boards but all manner of sandwiches, from Cubanos to Reubens; salads, sides, and a tidy selection of beers and wines round out the lunch menu, available from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday–Sunday, while Rosenberg’s famous breakfast burritos await when the doors open at 7 a.m." - Ruth Tobias, Eater Staff

"Il Porcellino is a Berkeley treasure, sourcing meat from heritage breeds locally and then curing it. The menu varies, and customers can either buy cuts to take with them from the retail side or order prepared sandwiches to eat at the restaurant. The bison meatball features caramelized fennel and onion, San Marzano tomato sauce, and provolone on a hoagie roll." - Rebecca Treon

Stopped in for a breakfast burrito. The meat of the day was chorizo, which blended into the burrito without overpowering the green chile, eggs, and hash. House hot sauce was an arbol base with a surprising amount of spiciness. It's worth getting a breakfast burrito if only as a vehicle for enjoying the hot sauce. Definitely the highlight of the meal. We were so impressed with breakfast, we almost stayed an extra 45 minutes to wait for the crossover to their lunch menu. Instead, I settled for grabbing a few pieces of their house jerky. Staff were quite friendly, offering insight to the food and joking with me. They seemed to be having a good time, always a good sign. I look forward to my next visit down Tennyson. This is a great addition to an already amazing couple of blocks.

Came here for the breakfast burrito and left super happy. The butcher breakfast burrito was made with brisket today, and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED it.

Just tried Blackbelly for the first time. The turkey club was amazing. I wanted to hate it because a bit spendy, but the quality met the price point and now I'm hooked. Also the staff was nice. Will return.

Breakfast burritos are worth the hype! So good. Cute space that is selling meat, charcuterie, sandwiches and salads. Can’t wait to try the lunch menu!

So excited to welcome Blackbelly to the neighborhood! If you haven’t yet checked out this boulder staple, their Tennyson location has all our favorites but much closer to home. The Reuben is our favorite (personally love to sub pastrami for their turkey) and breakfast burritos are top notch and everything prepared swiftly!

When burrito giant closed, I tried all the breakfast burritos around. Some of them were okay. None was a worthy successor. Until now. Eggs - so moist and fluffy. Tots - so crunchy. Green chili - the perfect spicy, tangy hit. If I have a quibble, it's that the tortilla could get some color in the pan. Otherwise, yum.

So excited Blackbelly is finally in Denver! The space is so cute and the food is delicious. They have lots of gluten free options as well! (Ask for the famous breakfast burrito in a bowl.. yum!) Service is fantastic too. Excited to try the charcuterie boards next!

As great as the boulder market. Had the Pork Bahn Mi and it was excellent. Bread was top notch and the amount of pork makes this a great value relative to other options in the area that are of lower quality. Staff were solid. Great spot for sandwiches.
