Excellent service by a counterman by name of Daniel. Went above and beyond in explaining where the model number was on my lawn mower (hidden by old grass clippings) to determine exactly what blade I needed for my unit. (No wonder that Amazon says the part they stock is frequently returned: B&D should have Amazon give a better description of model requirements on their blade listing...). Kudos to Daniel! (Note: the address given on Google for the location is somewhat misleading, but close. It's at the same location as De Walt...)

They wouldn't answer the phone and it just goes to a weird alarm sound, no voicemail. Now I have to drive all the way across town just to figure out if they have the part I need and that's not counting the 40 mins I just wasted trying to get in touch. Other than that the place has been a good deal in the past

The service was fantastic. The gentleman helping me was very knowledgeable and went well beyond Call of Duty to solve my problems. I will never go anywhere else to buy tools or have them repaired and I am happy to sing their praises

My Mower came back from repairs as almost brand new I bought an electric Black and Decker 18" Mulching Mower in 2006 and while I don't have a huge lot, this mower has served me well every week for 14 years! Then one Fall day, it wouldn't start so I took it to the Vancouver repair centre. I thought for sure it would be scrape. But, as promised, they worked to their maximum repair bill. They did an excellent job - far exceeding my expectations on the repair. It's almost like I have a brand new mower now. Thank you very much for your hard work and for keeping your word! Much appreciated.

Friendly staff. I didn't get my trimmer serviced, so I can't comment on their service. The signage really needs work though. When I first got there, I wasn't sure if it was the right place. It looked more like a DeWalt store.

The most terrible company. They took the tool for repair, they could not do it and did not return my tool. Simply stolen. Don't contact them.
