"Occupying the historic Maternidade Filomena Matarazzo building, this restaurant takes its inspiration from the Franco-Swiss writer Braise Cendrars. The interior is similar to a wood cabin (similar to where he is said to have lived) and includes Brazilian volcanic stone crystals between the woodwork, rustic decor and subtle lighting provided by the lampshades that illuminate the room. Here, chef Fernando Bouzan, conjures up French cuisine with a Brazilian touch. Our suggestions include the succulent and incredibly tender braised beef tongue, served with potato salad and a refined red wine sauce. The jabuticaba sorbet with jam, jelly and jabuticaba pearls in a delicate “crème diplomate” is an absolute must!" - Michelin Inspector

São Paulo, Brazil: A Diverse Culinary Melting Pot

"A MICHELIN Guide restaurant run by Chef Fernando Bouzan inside the Rosewood São Paulo hotel, this prime example of the city’s informal Francophone wave keeps the pillars of French technique and refinement while infusing Brazilian ingredients like Brazil nuts and amburana, plus cheeses and fish from the country’s coastline, for a tropical touch. The menu encourages sharing and even features a section devoted entirely to caviar." - The MICHELIN Guide

Amazing dinner at Blaise! We had Bruno as our server and he was fantastic. The small details of the service and food was incredible. The mains were so delicious. Will be recommending this place to our friends.

Absolutely fantastic! The service, the food, the ambiance, all incredible! I had the filet mignon and it was great!

Food was nice but nothing special, eg wagyu beef was a bit tough. Super expensive restaurant and I didn’t really feel it was worth the price tag. The vibe and interior decor was great though.

They delete my previous message. So let me try again. I had a reservation at 9pm. It was almost 10pm and the table was still not ready. They keep telling me “so un minutinho”. Worst service I had in my life. Avoid. I don’t delete my message this time. Just improve your service. I am not going back but if you get better maybe you won’t lose other clients
