Blank Space Cafe Review - Green Lake - Seattle - The Infatuation

"Blank Space is a little dessert shop that specializes in bubble waffles. In case you're not familiar, a bubble waffle swaps out your usual square windows for round, hollow poofs. We're big fans of those, as well as their ice cream, boba, and French macarons. photo credit: Erin Lodi" - Aimee Rizzo

Just a cute little boba shop! Has a nice atmosphere and the drinks are always good. Though it takes a bit of time since they are low on staff, it’s always quality and for a cheap price compared to most others. The guy that was there every time I’ve went is so nice and deserves patience being the only worker! Definitely worth checking out! 🧋

Tasty and unique. I had a matcha waffle with green tea ice cream. The waffle was pretty filling and the icecream was good quality. You can pick 3 toppings, and they have good options like mochi, fruity pebbles, and pocky. The whole thing is large and good for sharing. You will need to eat it there because it is too messy to walk with. The rose milk tea was very good with quality tapioca. Macarons are lacking and have a kind of weird chemical taste and the consistency is not quite right. Environment is relaxed and looks like a typical modern frozen yogurt shop or similar.

Small place with just a couple tables. Sunday afternoon and only one person working so had to wait a bit. Has signs for ice cream up but no ice cream available. Drinks were good and generous with toppings.

The best Bubble Tea in downtown for sure. Not the best Bubble Tea in Seattle though. Convenient location so I'll be back for sure. Bubble tea was a little heavy on the milk flavor, could use some stronger tea maybe. Tried a macaroon and I don't think I'll be buying anymore. Would rather go to Le Panier for a macaroon. We tried a bubble waffle wth ice cream. That was tasty.

Great place to get coffee, tea or other drinks. Very reasonably priced and friendly service. Their drinks container are cute.

The customer service was subpar, only two flavors of ice cream available. I’m not sure if that’s all the time or just right now. The bubble tea and waffle ice cream were both delicious. The macaroons were just ok although my son was so excited about them

I love this spot. The waffle cone is light, the ice cream savory and the toppings make for awesome texture. I like how the spot is between a tattoo parlor and a grungy bar making it for a lively little cafe in Belltown. I would recommend.

Went today, bubble waffle was yummy and the milk tea too! Though, the two girls working didn't really seem like they cared to be working. They were checking their phones a lot when people were walking in.
