I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the level of service I have received.
I placed an order for three bowls, which I never received. The seller, Jessica, left the premises approximately 15 minutes after I placed the order, citing a personal emergency. She claimed to have understood and even thrown out the order – which simply doesn’t make sense given the extremely short time frame.
If she truly understood my order, she could have easily prepared it and left it with the technician who was still there. I could have picked it up without any issue.
I believe I was not told the truth, and I feel completely disregarded.
I have sent multiple emails with no reply. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I have never encountered such poor and unprofessional service.
I am therefore demanding a full refund for the order I never received. If I do not receive a response or resolution promptly, I will have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
