The 38 Best Restaurants in Omaha, Nebraska | Eater

"Chef-owners Paul and Jessica Urban, both trained in fine dining, produce some of the most creative daily lunch specials anywhere in Omaha. Options range from standard, like a killer Nashville hot chicken sandwich, to creative, like a Bourdainwich, made with pan-fried mortadella, Duke’s mayo, deli mustard, and provolone cheese on challah, inspired by Anthony Bourdain’s favorite sandwich." - Sarah Baker Hansen

The food here is BOMB. I could tell I was in for a treat, when the line was out the door on a Thursday for lunch. The line moved pretty quickly and even though there were a lot of people, seats became available pretty quickly. The Duck Duck Goose Fries were out of this world and blew me away. This is hands down my favorite memory from Omaha and I tell all my friends to check this place out when they are in town. I loved it so much, I came back again to make sure it was the last thing I ate before heading home.

Google
This was a unique find for my wife and I as we traveled through Omaha. We didn't want to eat at your everyday restaurant. So very glad we stopped in. The food is amazing. I had Omaha fries and the wife had duck duck fries. Her fries did indeed have duck. My fries had ground wagyu beef. They were both full of fantastic flavor. The service was great and so was the price. I can only imagine what the rest of their food might taste like. I highly recommend stopping in. You will not be disappointed!

Google
Came here with a large group on a Friday afternoon and was able to order right away. Decided to go with one of their salad options which was delicious - you could really tell they use fresh ingredients and care for their produce. The chicken is slightly dry but still good enough for the meal. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area, would love to come back and try out on of their sandwich options.

I had read a review from a food article and other google reviews pointed me towards the Croque Garcon Burger. The other day I was working nearby but they closed at 2:00 on Tuesday. But I got one today before flying home and it was as good as the reviews said. My sweet potato fries were good but they weren’t as hot as the burger. I give them a pass because they were really busy.

My husband and I were just wandering, vibin’ through downtown Omaha when we randomly passed Block 16 and caught a peek of the crowd and energy through the window—felt the pull and dipped right in. Let me tell you… the Nashville hot fried chicken thighs were crispy, spicy, pure yummy goodness—like a soulful little crunch symphony. And those duck fat fries? Whew. Rich, layered, deep flavors that made my taste buds do a happy little two-step. Topped it all off with a new-to-me beer suggested by our beautiful server—perfect pairing to ride the flavor wave. 🍻 A serendipitous find on a sun-kissed summer day… on my first day in the O. ✨

Yummy , delicious, and fresh. Great food, you can taste the freshness and high quality of the ingredients. You get 5 star food ingredient pairings without the high price and in a casual setting. They have rotating lunch specials. They also serve desserts, my favorite being the honey lavender cookie sandwich. I recommended Block 16 to my friends. They were surprised with how good the food tasted. I'm sure they will be coming back for more and so will I.

Google
Block 16 is such a uniquely Omaha establishment. I recommend coming early if you want the daily special which today was the Hannah’s Steak Fritswich which was extremely tasty. The steak was cooked perfectly and melted in your mouth. The carmelized onions were perfect on it as well. My coworker had the poutine burrito which he said he’d definitely order again. The duck fries were on point, when you get that bit with a little of everything the savory and sweet work so well together. Pricing is very fair IMO $15-20 for high quality ingredients and cooked fresh. Staff is friendly and efficient. Small place with shared bigger tables and a few two tops, little bench seating and a smaller patio on warm days. Check out this Omaha gem.

Google
Exceptional food here, we had a couple burgers and an insane fries dish and everything was top notch, no notes. Because it’s very good it was incredibly busy, thank you to the fam that shared their table with us.

Yelp
Staying in downtown Omaha during the beginning of the CWS (total zoo and it's only the Thursday before the first game). Looked up "sandwiches to go" figuring they'd have a salad and they did! Comes with grilled chicken (optional) cheese and a full box of veggies and non-soy house vinaigrette! With a 20% tip came to just over $14! Good deal. Came with pita bread and hummus as well. Fantastic service! Had it ready for me in about 7 minutes. Walked right up to the pickup counter, avoiding the long line. I was on hold for about 6 minutes but after I saw the line I understood why. Still, the menu looks great, the service was friendly and thoughtful.

Yelp
Block 16 is still hitting it out of the park with their recipes and style! They also offer delivery sometimes/on certain things, so we had to try that out (and review the experience!) I don't think you can get the daily specials on the delivery menu, but they have all their standard menu items available. I got some old favorites, the poutine and the croque garçon burger. Both came perfectly packaged and piping hot. Almost nothing was lost in transport. My husband got the Salmon Salad, and it was HUGE. It came with two giant filets of salmon, that my husband said is some of the best he's had in Omaha. It also had an accompaniment of hummus with pita, and even the little side item was amazing! We also tried a newer item, the Omaha fries, which are topped with Doritos, sloppy joe meat, ranch, Dorothy Lynch, and cheese curds. All things we Omahans are known to love - LOL! But to be real, the mixture is fantastic and I definitely recommend these. It sounds weird but just trust me - they are bomb. So if you couldn't tell, I obviously am a B16 lover, but I'm just here to tell you that the delivery option is almost just as good as eating in the restaurant, in person!

Yelp
Block 16 has legit delicious vegetarian options. the poutine gravy is vegetarian and full of flavor. Salad was fresh, huge, and tasty. Well executed grilled cheese. Staff is happy and friendly. Block 16 would be on my list of regular spots in LA. To find such a good spot in the vegetarian option desert of Omaha was a pleasant surprise.

Yelp
Very popular hot spot in downtown Omaha famous because of their great food options and a spot that was made known by Anthony Bourdain. We had the Omaha fries and bacon and Brie sandwich. Service was nice and friendly despite the long line. They had only so many tables and about a 30 Min wait for food but definitely worth the wait.

Yelp
I went to block 16 today. Only my second time here's. The chicken sandwich with the Nashville sauce/seasoning was excellent. Would definitely get it again. My husband for the block 16 burger. Boring! Would not bother. Regular fries were fine. I would not get the duck duck goose again, but the gooseberry sauce on it was excellent. Wish it just had that and mayo!

Yelp
This is such a great spot if you're feeling something totally different. I love trying new things here. I've had the poutine burrito, crab rangoon fries, and fungi fries. All of those were sooo good. I would order any of those again. I did not like the tribute burger, I think it might have been the secret sauce but this burger did not do it for me. It's a cute spot but very small considering how popular they are but there's not much they can do about that. I appreciate that they have patio seating. The guy working wasn't the friendliest but it was crazy busy and I would have had a mental breakdown if I was working that rush so I don't blame him.

Yelp
Pretty good food. Amazingly snarky management if you have any issues with the quality of their product. "Talk to us/these people are unreasonable" can come out at the same time. Just make a good burger or sandwich and you won't have to deal with irritating customers.

Yelp
We went to Block 16 for lunch today on a Saturday afternoon and waited about 45-50min AFTER ordering until we got our order. My boyfriend got the sloppy nick which he loved. He's been here before and that's his favorite. It was my first time. I got the pulled pork roll. Very dry and not much flavor to be honest, sadly. I got the passion fruit blood orange margarita that was extremely good but wish it came bigger. $9 for not much of a drink. It is located in a small-ish building with not much seating. They need a bigger place for the amount of people who come here. I had very high expectations from hearing so many people say they love this place but I left underwhelmed. Maybe I got the wrong food selection for my first time? If I go back, I'll need to make sure I have at least 2hrs spare time and will def try something else. The fried chicken looks great and their specials they post on Facebook look great too.

Yelp
I'd been wanting to try Block 16 for a while, and I am so glad I did! I was truly blown away by my first meal here. There were so many interesting options to choose from, but I got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. My friends and I also split the Funky Fungi Fries. Both were incredible. There were so many flavors and textures happening that I wasn't sure how they would complement each other, but it all worked so well. On the sandwich, Nashville hot chicken was paired with a sweet candied tomato, rich chimichurri sauce, and crispy bacon for a perfect spicy/sweet/salty combination. The fries were also delicious and a unique blend of flavors. I thought the portions were very generous and definitely left satisfied. I'd only take off a star for messiness:) We were a little worried if there would be seating, as you order at a counter then wait for your meals at a table, but it worked out great! The line moved quickly and the service was very friendly. Now that I know how good the chicken bacon ranch and funky fungi fries are, it will be hard to not get the same thing again, but I am excited to come back and try more of their creative offerings!! They offer alcoholic drinks and craft cocktails from a neighboring bar as well. I also really like how this is a farm-to-table establishment that prioritizes local ingredients. It is infamous for a reason!

Yelp
Such a unique menu and SO delicious!!! Highly recommend. Try the fries with dragon sauce. WOW!

Yelp
Block 16 is a spot I will remember forever. The food was incredible. Hands down some of the best food in Omaha. The Frenchie 9/10 perfection down to the last bite. Chicken Bacon Ranch 8/10 lots of flavors that work so good together & the chicken was so crispy & juicy. The Rangoon fries 10/10 unreal. So much flavor I will be dreaming of these fries they were so dang good! If I'm ever in Omaha again this will be the first place I go to for food.
google avatar

Paige H.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious. They automatically get 5 stars because they created french fries that were not only odd and different, but blew us away with how delicious they were. Unfortunately, they were out of the funky fungi fries we wanted to try, however, the Dragon Fries are a must try and won us over. The Block 16 Burger was so juicy and delicious. A perfect compliment to the dragon fries. The Service was pretty spectacular for being incredibly busy during a Saturday lunch rush. We put in for a to-go order while the line was out the door, and still received our food in a decent amount of time, about 15 min. There is plenty or indoor seating and even some patio seating if you like to sit in the heat of summer. A quaint little place, but they are super popular and for a good reason. I would come back again and again!

Yelp
I can say with 100% confidence that Block 16 is my favorite restaurant in Omaha. I CRAVE the poutine burrito and crab rangoon fries. I struggle to try new things there because I love that dang burrito so much! Everything else I have had there has been fantastic, i've never been disappointed by them. The specials are always fun and unique. The staff is always helpful and kind. Everyone puts their heart and soul into this place and it shows. I will always recommend Block 16 to anyone!!

Yelp
Amazing fried chicken. My sister was able to have a small wedding renting out their extra room years ago and could not have asked for better service. Food is 10/10 which is consistent with their service.

Yelp
Block 16 is downright delicious. My husband and I got takeout from here recently and had planned on keeping leftovers for the next day's meal...and there were no leftovers. We licked the containers clean! I got a seitan dragon wrap, my husband got a vegetarian version of the poutine burrito, and we got a side of the funky fungi fries to share. The dragon wrap is SO good and the sauce that's on it makes it tangy and a little sweet. My introduction to seitan was when I got this wrap for the first time many years ago and it it still my favorite way to eat it. Everything about this wrap is a yes. I also got a taste of the poutine burrito - I'm not sure what protein or steak-replacement they use for the vegetarian version but it wasn't my favorite personally as a lifelong vegetarian. The burrito as a whole was super savory and the gravy and cheese curds were an instant win. The dragon wrap wins by a very slight margin, but this burrito can definitely hold its own! The fries were surprisingly tasty as someone who doesn't love mushrooms. They're fried and seasoned so well! The only other criticism I have are that the whole meal was fairly salty. I look forward to coming back for that dragon wrap and maybe I'll double the dragon and get the dragon fries as a side too!

Yelp
Just about the time it died down in the restaurant we realized they were closed. Expect to wait... but as the saying goes, good things come to those who wait. They made it clear of the wait up front, and I never felt like the restaurant staff was 'slacking'. They are in high demand because the food is unique, and worth the wait. Give it a shot. The ambiance has a nice vibe as well.
google avatar

Maddie E.

Yelp
Their specials are to die for! My husband and I have actually taken time off work to get their spaghetti burrito. Another highlight for me is the moist maker sandwich around thanksgiving. Everything I have ordered off their regular menu has been great as well. Expect to not finish anything you order! My husband and I normally end up splitting a combo . There is normally a line so plan ahead to wait a bit.

Yelp
Please don't be scared if there's a line out the door, this place is worth it. From the all compostable dishes and plastic ware to the art on the walls, this place has my heart and I haven't even begun talking about the food. Each bite was delicious and had me wanting another. I'd have to say the Rangoon fries were my favorite. This was a wonderful place to bring my family while they were visiting. The menu has a wide variety of unique creations for everyone and their cravings that are worth standing in line for!!

Philip W.

Yelp
I had the Croque Garcon burger and the Omaha Fries. Was not impressed with either. The atmosphere was worse. The burger was obviously frozen before it was cooked. It was rough and chewy. The sauce on the fries had too much sugar, fries shouldn't be sweet. It's one of those places with unisex bathrooms. My daughter was horrified that some dude had pissed on the toilet seat.
google avatar

Orlando P.

Yelp
Came to Omaha to visit family and I saw this spot on Social Media and I had to come. This spot is kinda hidden from the street so you'll have to look for the big 16. The service was wonderful. They helped me picked which dishes to get. The food was pretty good as well. The burger was juice and the loaded crab Rangoon fries is a m
google avatar

RachelandMike B.

Yelp
Im so confused by the "delicious" and "flavorful " reviews. The fried chicken had absolutely zero seasoning. Blandest chicken ive ever attempted to eat. Poutine fried were mid. Edible but not great. The gravy was just salty, no other flavor comes to mind. And for the love....get some air conditioning!
google avatar

Yelp
AN ANOUNCEMENT TO THE MASSES! THERE IS ABSOLUTELY A "WRONG THING TO ORDER" FROM BLOCK 16! I am laughing as I type this review out, but mind you, I was super super sad while eating my dinner from Block 16 and here is why. I ordered the wrong thing! Please note that their menu is not full proof. Hahaha I ordered the Dragon Wrap with housemade Chickpea Meat. Omg. It was so bad. It was the saddest thing I've had in a very long time. I didn't eat it after a few bites.. The pita wasn't even warm or toasted. *insert cry emoji But, really, I can see where the other menu options are better and I had no reason to be healthy about going here. Maybe just don't order that. Hahaha 06-20-2024

Yelp
Best place to eat when you're in Omaha. Everything on the menu is phenomenal and priced reasonably. Highly recommend the poutine burrito, the croque garcon burger, and the duck duck goose fries. Friendly and helpful staff, too.

Yelp
So we finally made it to Block 16! We don't get to the downtown area often but it happened to work out for us. We pulled up about 10 minutes before they opened for dinner service and there was already a line down the sidewalk but we didn't let that deter us and you shouldn't either. Once you get close to the front door you can scan the QR code for the current menu, it changes frequently, so you can be ready to order when you get to the counter. Once it was our turn we were happily greeted by everyone working behind the counter. We ordered our food, a bottle of wine (only $20!) and got our number. There are lots of big group tables and a few small tables inside and some tables out on the patio to sit at. The patio in the evening is in full sun so be prepared for that. Once we sat down we didn't have long to wait till our food was delivered. I ordered the Pulled Pork Roll and the Dragon Fries. My husband had the Frenchie and none of it disappointed! Everything was fresh, high quality ingredients cooked to perfection. Hopefully we can get downtown a bit more often and stop by again!
google avatar

Dillon G.

Yelp
This walk in sandwich stop came with high praise from the locals. The food was hot and delicious! However, it's a very casual seating area and it's all self service. The Dragon Fries were tasty as was the Croquet Garçon Burger was fresh. Recommend for a causal lunch or dinner.
google avatar

Lauren J.

Yelp
We were going to a show at the Orpheum and heard this is the place to go! This classic, yet elevated, burger joint should be on your Omaha list of places to try. There is a wide selection of burgers to fit every taste and you'll have your burger (or chicken sandwich) in about 15-20 minutes with some very fast service. This is nothing fancy, but it has exactly what you need. Very basic and disjointed vibe but when you have such good food, you don't need anything fancy. There is no call ahead seating and it has a 'seat yourself' area. Get there early to get a spot to enjoy some great food.
google avatar

James H.

Yelp
Love a sandwich spot. This place has very unique sandwiches and "funky fries". Line was to the door when I came and seating wasn't that spacious although if you wait around you'll find somewhere to sit. I ordered a bacon and brie sandwich with the duck duck goose fries. To be honest, the fries were better than the sandwich but I still enjoyed both. The sandwich could've used a sweeter or more potent jam and thicker bacon as I felt like I was just tasting chicken and cheese. Anyways, lovely spot and plenty of options that you can never get tired of.
google avatar

Trekforbeer B.

Yelp
More of a 3.5 but not a 4. The first place that was a true disappointment. The Croque burger that Alton Brown claims is the best just isn't. Its a bigger smash burger, an in between size that just isn't write. My burger wasn't pink, overcooked and lacking seasoning. All I tasted was mustard. The chicken ranch was pretty solid, leading me to believe that Omaha just might have the best fried chicken overall in the country. Duck goose fries had some interesting flavors, but overall too messy. It's fine but not worth the hype.
google avatar

Courtney T.

Yelp
We heard great things about Block 16 so stopped on our way out of town. Order at the counter and then wait for the food at your table. I could see how parking would be tough when it's super busy! We sat outside at one of the three available tables on the small patio. Croque Garcon Burger 5/5: the best thing we ordered. It wasn't cooked medium as stated but it was still very good. The egg was over easy, the truffle mayo was delicious! Seasoned Fried 2/5: just not good. They were not seasoned at all and for $4, we were left disappointed. Poutine burrito 5/5: although the presentation was not super pretty, a solid and filling choice! Filled with cheese curds, tots, and a very tender beef. The malt vinegar aioli was definitely a very strong flavor but complimented it well.

Yelp
If you're only in Omaha for a day or two, this restaurant needs to be at the top of your must-try list. Their menu is full of deliciously creative items made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. If you're feeling adventurous, they also have daily specials - either a concoction from the culinary minds behind the restaurant, or their take on a famous piece of pop culture food. You can't go wrong with anything on their menu, but if it's your first time, you need to try the Croque Garçon burger. This is the burger that put them on the map, and got them recognized by esteemed food critic Alton Brown. I highly recommend getting there early for lunch and dinner. This restaurant gets busy, and they do sell out, but the food is simply not be be missed!
google avatar

Jeffrey L.

Yelp
This place blows me away! The food is so good and the service was phenomenal! Bourdainwich is a winner. Surpassed my expectations. Oxtail soup was very good. My company enjoy their salad. Great deal for the veteran, me. Thank you!

Yelp
Ordered the Croque Garçon Burger... omg super delicious. I love a burger with a fried egg on it. The service was perfect The ambiance was great with a lot of cool wall pics. Highly recommend

Yelp
The butter poached Maine lobster and shrimp sandwich special was DELICIOUS, a bit on the pricer side (it's lobster in Nebraska so ofc it would be) but definitely worth it. Service is also fantastic, the cashier was so quick, kind and helpful! Everyone was clearly working their asses off for us, it's so sweet how much they all clearly care abt their work. The restaurant itself is also beautifully decorated, with a lot of seating options available and a lovely little patio. Absolutely 10/10 nice work you guys!!!
google avatar

Kaitlin C.

Yelp
Back at B16 for the millionth time and still you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. As always I would reco to go and not going with large groups as the seating is limited. If you find a table without waiting or bribing someone as they get up consider yourself a truly blessed soul. I would absolutely recommend trying out their daily specials. They sell out so check Facebook and go early. There is normally also a grilled cheese special. Most of the time there is some sort of delicious jammy goodness involved. Would reco. Some how I was sleeping on the sweet potato fries. Idk how it took me this long to experience them but DAMN I'm hooked. They modestly hide up in a small corner of the menu while the normal fries dominant in the large loaded fry section. Don't get me wrong, the normal fries are superbly suited to be smothered and loaded with melty goody magic. The sweet potato fries however reign supreme as a side. Do yourself a favor and upgrade on your next meal.

Yelp
There burgers never disappoints and the service is fire. You must try a homemade cookie it's much better than it looks lol!!
google avatar

Janet L.

Yelp
Came here to grab a quick lunch to go. Lady at the register was really nice and helpful. I had the Frenchie burger and fries which were great. Also had the pulled pork roll sandwich which was extremely dry. It was terrible.
google avatar

Keaton S.

Yelp
One of the best burgers I have ever had. All the flavors complemented each other perfectly and the meat melts in your mouth. The fries were delicious and the beef was tender and so flavorful.
google avatar

Tank G.

Yelp
I head heard a lot about this place and was directed to it by a co-worker. They have limited days and hours of operation, so they must be good. Because I have learned that most restaurants that limit their hours can afford to because they are doing such good business. They have a menu that includes some very exotic burgers and fries. Be on the look out for their weekly special burger. They have canned adult beverages for sale, if that is your style. You can get refills on their other drinks, but it is not self serve. You have to get it from the cashier at the front counter where you order your food. You will find metered street parking and commercial garages within a reasonable walking distance. I recommend getting there early because they do get packed. They have a decent sized dining area, but seats go quickly during peak hours. They also have a small patio area out of the front sidewalk. The staff there was friendly enough, but my interaction with them was limited. I ordered the special, the Big Quack, with a side of fries. It took about 12 minutes for me to get my food. If you need salt you have to get that from the counter as well. My burger was good, but did not live up to the hype. It was just ok, for me. Nothing special. My take on this place is that it was slightly above average. I may have caught them on a bad day or ordered the wrong thing. Anyway, it is still an option for lunch or dinner in downtown Omaha.
google avatar

Christopher D.

Yelp
Parking is metered. Clean indoors with bench sitting. Order at desk then they bring food to you. Good selection of beers. Food was a step up from bar food. The poutine had just a little too much gravy making the fries soggy and the curds were large but not melted into fries.
google avatar

Mike L.

Yelp
Went on a Saturday night. Place was packed. It's an order at the counter place and seat yourself. Very unique items on the menu. Poutine, crab Rangoon fries, duck confit etc. I had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. It was very crisp and moist on the inside. Could have used some additional heat. Was fairly tame for Nashville hot. Small tables and large all in a big room. Interesting concept. Will be back to try the confit.
google avatar

Anthony V.

Yelp
Great burger for my son and daughter, I had Nick's sandwich which was also very tasty. Busy spot, loud, good family burger spot.
google avatar

Amy J.

Yelp
Cool spot. Came here right when they opened and there was a line out the door already. Ordered their famous burger and it was good. I think what could have made it better was if the bun wasn't so dry and that maybe it was buttered and toasted inside. But I get that they need to keep it original. ‍ solid burger but not the best burger I'd ever eaten. Glad I gave this place a try!
google avatar

Pamela R.

Yelp
I actually didn't like the food and the. It took really long to be served. Although they're very busy, they have a line that goes out the building you order from the register. Then hopefully find a seat and wait for your food to be delivered.

Gwen B.

Yelp
The food was good, but the wait was 30 minutes (on a Wednesday afternoon) and the person taking my order would not substitute provolone for Swiss "no substitutions " but i could leave cheese off she said- so i did. Unbelievable. Music inside was loud and annoying- i like music- but even family with young kids commented on it too. Not sure we'd go back.
google avatar

Tracy S.

Yelp
Was this the best burger I've ever eaten? Yes, yes I do believe it was. It lives up to all the hype. Alton Brown was not wrong. Here's the description: "CROQUE GARCON BURGER It rhymes with "smoke cars on," and it's a 1/3 pound Jon's Naturals burger with cheese, ham, a sunny-side-up Evetta Farms egg, green onion, mustard, and truffle mayo on a Ciabatta roll." We asked for the beef to be cooked a little less than medium and it was cooked perfectly! They aren't kidding when they said it was messy. I'm glad we sat in the back because I'm sure the sight of me devouring this long anticipated burger was not attractive. Not to fear, my hubby was doing the same. The Duck, Duck Goose fries were good but the griddled cheese curds weren't real hot. The sauce was just a little too sweet for me but they were still good. The Funky Fungi Fries were AMAZING! The fried mushrooms really elevated these fries. We fought over these. The daily special was a chicken sandwich with a ton of ingredients including pepperoni marinara. If I can find the description, I'll update this post. It was good but the burger above was just the best! Someone has a very funny sense of humor with the bathroom signs. Tip: if you want to buy another beverage, you can head right up to the counter and they will fit you in, no waiting in the line again.

Yelp
We were deceived by the positive reviews. This place was awful. We waited at least 25 minutes for burgers that were mediocre at best and expensive. The worst part was there wasn't any ventilation in the restaurant. The cooking smells were overwhelming and clung to our clothes and our hair. Skip this one.

Yelp
I heard that the food here was really good, so we thought we would give it a try. Not knowing what to really expect..We were not disappointed. When you walk in, you are immediately hit with the realization that this place is different. It's busy, very busy, it's loud, it's crowded, but everyone seems to be very happy to be here. You will walk up to the counter and place your order. From countless types of burgers to fries galore. Pulled pork to fried chicken. With names like "Croque Garcon Burger" and Dragon Fries, and well written descriptions of what each dish is. Take your time and decide. It was so busy the night we went, that I had the opportunity to stand in line and watch how well the staff worked out the logistics of getting the food out to customers. It's an extremely well oiled machine! Every person had their job and did it well. Once you order your food and you're given your order number, you go find yourself a seat at any of the 5 communal open seating tables. If that isn't to your liking, there are a few smaller tables for two scattered around the small interior of the restaurant. All very inviting, even when sitting at a large table for 8 strangers. There's a huge mural on the wall that you can't miss. It seems to be a very popular topic of conversation. It's kind of like a "seek and find puzzle" without meaning to be. Have fun with it. Overall, I don't think you can go wrong here. The burgers are seasoned well, the fries come in various varieties and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Great price for some great food. Give it a try!

Yelp
Okay - okay - okay. I wish I could give them 5 million stars! I watch for their lobster specials on their Instagram and just had a strong feeling it would be yesterday. I must be a psychic HA! I could not go yesterday but I called to see if they still had some today - lucky me! They did. The staff is always so warm and comfortable - making you feel like you're at a friends house. They make you feel special! B16 is more than generous with their portions of Maine lobster (you get a lot of claw meat which is even more generous;) it is unlike any I have had in landlocked Nebraska. If you do not believe me - look at the beauty yourself! The rolls are Connecticut style - meaning simply warmed with butter rather than mayonnaise (which I prefer - all lobster flavor just amped up !) (P.S. I added the pepper to the fries cause I'm a pepper freak.) Thanks again Block16 ! - Fan Girl
