We had an AMAZING time. I am a huge Gordon Ramsey fan. This was my first time in Vegas, and my final night there with my husband he surprised me by taking me to BLT Steak. The seating was great, our waiter was very on point with his service. The food was beyond amazing. The Pop Overs were a great start to our meal. My husband had the ribeye, and I had the lobster. We had the chance to meet with Head chef Ariel Malone who won season 15 Hell's Kitchen. She was great, very nice, sat at our table with us talking, and we were even able to take some pics...If we ever go to Vegas again, we will be eating at BLT steak again. Keep up the great work, Gordon Ramsey made the right choice by choosing Ariel as his head chef This was May 2016- Just edited and added photos to my original post

Fine service, excellent meat and seafood. the Porterhouse for 2 and the huge lobster were cooked perfectly. the huge popovers are a sight to behold and tasty too. We used a Groupon. Made the meal all the more enjoyable.

High end steak house with great quality of food. Good atmosphere and friendly staff. Steak was too perfect and so delicious. Sides are also tummy. I ordered onion rings , smashed potatoes and creamy spinach. Everything was top-notch. No restrooms inside the restaurant. Book the table before you go. Food was super expensive. Place is little busy and crowded.

Great steak cuts. I had the 22oz ribeye and it was cooked perfectly medium with a nice slightly charred outer layer. Ceasar salad was excellent and the complimentary bread, duck liver pate and dessert was a delicious surprise! Service was great too. A must dine if you stay at the hotel and get a voucher!

Wow, what can I say. Sunday brunch was everything I expected and more. It was worth every penny. Make sure if you plan on coming here to visit that you make a reservation! It is a must otherwise you most likely won't be able to get. We made an earlier reservation for brunch to beat the rush and was it worth it. We arrived a bit early and they served us champagne while we waited. We were seated a little earlier than our reserved time, which was nice. The hostess and our server were very nice. I wouldn't have expected anything less. You should deserve great service from the beginning to the end if you're at a high end place! The server was on top of his game with refills and making sure everything was spot on. He made sure if we wanted specials they had that were cooked to order. The bread that was served was fresh and spectacular! It was just how I remembered it, light and fluffy! Don't spend much of your time eating the bread because it is filling! Although the buffet does not have a ton of selections, it fit my taste. How could you complain when you have surf and turf for brunch? I had many servings of the lobster tails and filet mignon. The dessert section wasn't too bad, but I was not really there for the dessert or am I a huge fan of it. Everything was fresh and delicious. Everything was a delight and I absolutely can't wait until I can come back here! Like I said I'm the beginning, it was worth every penny!

We ordered the wagyu filet mignon, grilled tuna, crab cake, cocktail shrimp and a side of carrots. The filet mignon came out medium rather than medium rare and was a so/so steak. The shrimp cocktail was salty but the rest of the food was good.

The food was amazing and the service was just as good as the food. Dim lightning set the mood for a romantic setting for you and your significant other. It's worth every penny as the flavor of the food is out of this world. I highly recommend this establishment.

The ambiance of the restaurant was nice, and we were seated promptly. However, there were two tables of loud inebriated guests that made it difficult for the guest at my table to hear one another. I ordered the New York strip medium. My steak was overcooked. I expected a 28 day dry-aged steak to be a lot more tender. I really had to put some muscle behind my knife. My guest ordered the Filet, and she also felt her steak was overcooked and lacked flavor. One guest ordered the Cowboy ribeye which he enjoyed, but the quality of meat for the majority of our party left something to be desired for a semi-upscale steakhouse.
