Everything was perfect from the server who was wonderful to the delicious sandwiches. Make sure you take home a baked treat as well.

While on a shopping trip with my son & granddaughter, we stopped at this cafe and were immediately impressed with the entry and the stained glass books window above the door. The atmosphere was wonderful and welcoming. The staff assisted us to a beautiful booth, and we each ordered something different. The food presentations were great, and delicious.I had the quiche of the day(superb), My son had the Egg Bee( He gave “chef’s kiss” on that)My granddaughter enjoyed the Turkey club sandwich and soup( the servings are more than ample).We will definitely stop back again in the future. I highly recommend this cafe for a joyful, memorable experience.

I came in for lunch with an old friend, whom I had not seen in over a year. The café was relatively steady (not too busy, not too slow) when we sat down around 11:40. We got coffee with was okay, and lunch as we caught up and chatted. We got our bills and paid; despite being rushed, we were not yet done. We had been seated for an hour and 15 minutes, at most; when the owner came to our table and told us we had “been here for a very long time” and that “others needed to be seated” and she was “going to have to ask us to leave”. Now, as someone who has worked in the food service industry for over 2 years, my parents also being in the food service industry for over 30 years, I would know the appropriate way in which to handle this. To start, Blue Bee does not take reservations; therefore in order to get a table, you must show up early enough to get one, which is what we did. I have never in my life, been asked so rudely to leave an establishment. I was flabbergasted. Unless we were being rude to the staff (which we were absolutely not) or somehow causing a disturbance within the building, you should never ask paying customers to leave your establishment. period. Now, if we had been there for 2 hours or any longer, I would’ve completely understood. However, we had not been there for even and hour and a half, until were were told to leave. I am incredibly disappointed and disgusted by this interaction. Absolutely disgraceful and such a shame. You just lost 2 regular customers, along with our entire families and friends.

First time coming here. I got an hot dirty chai latte and a cinnamon chip scone (what’s in the picture). The scone was very nicely balanced with flavors and delicious. Very good customer service and well priced in today’s age. Had a good atmosphere, and very clean. There were a lot of people there when I went in, so if the locals like it, then it has to be pretty good!

What a great place, had Sunday brunch and was very happy with everything. Bacon & Egg quiche was so fluffy and delicious, came with big cup of soup (lobster bisque was soup of the day) YUM was excellent. Triple decker chicken salad sandwich was huge! Really good and with side salad - got orzo. And the egg sandwich was also great and bug cups of coffee.

Wow. Stopped in for lunch when we were passing through and it was one of the highlights of our day. We had the BLT and the “R” Bee sandwich, both with potato salads as our side. Everything was phenomenal. The bread was warm and soft, everything was so fresh, and the atmosphere was top notch. We finished off with fresh baked cookies. Definitely recommend!

Stopped in for lunch while tooling around town and was NOT disappointed. I got the turkey club with potato salad. Best American style potato salad I’ve ever had. Sat there the whole time trying to figure out what the little tang was, but I’m going with sherry vinegar. Perhaps someone can confirm so I can try it at home. 😆 coffee, check. Baked goods, check.

Best iced coffee I've ever had!! We had brunch (dine-in) and the staff were very friendly and casual. Ordered pastries to go and they were all fantastic! Will definitely go again next time we visit

Gave it another shot, not much has changed. The attitude of the staff is just awful - pompous would be a good word to describe them. The food came out cold, but it was really being treated like I wasn't welcome in the establishment is why I will not be going back.

The food is fabulous! But a glass of iced tea is $5 WITH NO REFILLS. coffee gets refills... it's iced tea, made with a tea bag. Doesn't cost that much. Should be unlimited refills if coffee is.

Literally the best hot chocolate, ever. Great service. And a hearty salad, huge enough to split with my guy. A bit of a wait for Saturday brunch-ish, but isn't that to be expected for a great spot in a cute town? Go.

This is one of my most favorite places to go for lunch. They have the best soups and quiche. Today I ordered the Sausage and Pepper Panini. So delicious! It was topped with melted provolone which just made the sandwich so good! The staff are friendly and attentive and the have a delicious selection of teas and specialty coffee drinks. This is a must stop for brunch. You won't be disappointed. Before you leave, grab some of their delicious scones, croissants or cookies. YUM!

Ran into this cute place one afternoon for delicious cookies. Seriously they were so good. This place was adorable and again I remind my mom of how maybe Delhi would have been the better choice to move to :P she lives close by regardless. I'm just loving what this town is seeming to become (delicious eats) and the fact it's close to my mom's house.

I love this place. The decor, atmosphere, food and service are all great. I will always stop by when I'm in Delhi.

Decent little breakfast place with a nice, clean, quaint vibe. We shared the club sandwich and opted for the chicken salad for the meat. It was good but I probably would opt for the traditional turkey or the curry egg salad which sounds fun. The coleslaw was really good but had a strong flavor so while I enjoyed it I couldn't eat much of it. My daughter enjoyed her crepe with Nutella and fruit which she opted for without chocolate sauce on top. My niece got the same thing with the chocolate sauce but couldn't eat it because it was doused with too much of the sauce. The lobster bisque was pretty good as our appetizer. I wish it had a little more lobster flavor but it was nice as is. Overall we enjoyed our experience here. We noticed there is one lady in the kitchen that seems to be responsible for prepping and serving up the food for the entire restaurant. It was exhausting watching her but she seemed to keep up with everything just fine.

An apologetic pompous place. That should say it all. Food it's just basic, nothing special. The service rude at best specially from some staff. Ambiance... well same approach is it a jazz club is it book store or a bakery? Loud, noisy and expensive.

Amazing! with the fam all the way from Paterson NJ. Meatloaf sandwich fantastic. Must have cold Asian noodles. bee club have to take half with us! We're coming back.

Came in here Saturday for a late lunch. OK, this place KNOWS how to do meal-sized salads. I had the Classic Bee salad with chicken salad. So. Good. Large and truly satisfying. The chicken salad was delicious; next time will try that on a sandwich. My husband had the Mexican salad; also great. Is it weird that I'm writing about salads for a cafe renowned for baked goods? If so, I don't care. Unfortunately, I had had baked goods earlier that day so was not going to be sampling from their beautiful display case. My husband had a blueberry scone, though, and was very happy with it. The coffee comes in big, ceramic mugs. Another touch I loved. Will definitely come back and work my way through their menu.

This place is amazing. Portions are generous and very tasty. The waffles are big enough for two people. The meatloaf sandwich is challenging to eat but worth every sloppy bite. I love the choice of sides. The beets with onions are my favourite. The menu is a perfect balance for those that want something sweet, or a salad, hearty salad, substantial sandwiches and good omelets. It hard to get a table for more than 4 people. And there is often a wait for a table, but it is worth it. Give them your name and then visit the antique shop a few storefronts down.

I like Blue Bee Cafe. It's exactly what it is - a small diner in the Catskills in a small town. Friendly staff and the breakfast here is good. We ordered a meatloaf sandwich that was really good - lots of meatloaf that was flavorful and tender and the coleslaw on the side was sooooo good! Bagel with loxs and tomato which was tasty and their tea selection is impressive. They have very cool teas to choose from so if you're a tea drinker - this is the spot. We didn't need a reservation to eat, but we showed up pretty early 10/11AM which is when it opens. Staff was very sweet and welcoming. Great spot for a casual breakfast.

Excellent food and (usually) excellent service. A bright spot in Delhi for lunch, with roots that extend beyond the recent Brooklyn influx. Support these ladies!

Ordered 3 paninis for pickup. - 1 of "The melt" - turkey, bacon, provolone, tomato and mayo (great sandwich- would reorder if I'm back in town) - 2 of the Homemade grassfed meatloaf w mayo/tomato (Meatloaf was tender/juicy, however I was expecting a bit more spice/flavor. I wanted to add ketchup or hot sauce to this panini) Paninis are $9.95 each with a choice of side: coleslaw, potato salad, beet salad, kale or orzo. We had the potato salad which was FANTASTIC!!! Note- we tried to order the beet salad but unfortunately it was sold out by 1pm. So if you're looking to get the beet salad, apparently it's a hot commodity! Also ordered 3 cookies for dessert: 1- Choc chip- huge chunks of chocolate (pictured below), but the texture was a bit off. It felt a bit "sandy" and not chewy. 2- Peanut butter - just OK, nothing special 3- Oatmeal Raisin - in my opinion, this was the best cookie because of taste and texture Great customer service.

Excellent food and service. All the sandwiches our group ordered were delicious and the portions were outstanding. The only reason I did not give the place 5 stars was because of the rude woman behind the counter who tried to deny that our group had reservations and then acted like it was our fault. She has the wait staff walking on eggshells and treated them poorly and unprofessionally.

Such an adorable place! Beautiful interior, sparkling clean, absolutely delicious brunch of salads, soup, and sandwiches. Will definitely try their strawberry waffles next time. Impressive menu of teas!

On an extremely busy Labor Day, we were so fortunate to find a seat at this lovely cafe. We all ordered something different (four of us and a little girl) and we were all thrilled with our meals. Fresh, large portions, great prices, can't go wrong!

Phenom!!! Had "the melt"- literally melted in my mouth in pure infatuation. The homemade bleu cheese was excellent, as well as my friend's tarragon filled chicken salad (light on mayo and shredded to perfection). A must go if in Delaware county. Definitely will drive from my home town Roscoe ( about 50 min away) to come grab a bite anytime. Well worth the wait.

We are here in July. Our waitress was friendly and the food was great. They have delicious bakery items as well.

Great ambiance and all in all local authentic and sweet place we love to go. Usually go with the salads which are very big and healthy portions but r everything here is well selected and made with love.

Yes, yes, yes. We had such a great lunch at this beautiful restaurant. Located on Main Street in Delhi, NY. Easy to find parking on the street. The staff is friendly and the sole ‍ was amazing. She is a non-stop machine producing food with outstanding flavors. She is a true culinary artist and don't think this is for light weights the sandwiches are packed. The BLT has eight slices of bacon . The turkey , cranberry, chutney and cheddar panini is like the best Thanksgiving goodness on a plate.

Blue Bee is such a lovely spot for breakfast/brunch/lunch in Delhi! Definitely make sure to stop here if you're in Delhi! We ordered an omelette and crepe and I was able to substitute the side of potatoes and toast (that came with the omelette) for a side salad of beets! Delicious. The omelette was cooked perfectly and had ample filling of tomato, mozarella, and pesto. A tad bit oily, but not too bad. The crepe was ginormous and filling. Everything was so fresh! I wish we had enough stomach space to try some pastries or ice cream, but that'll have to be next time!

Blue Bee is one of my absolute favorites! So much so that my lovely girlfriend took me there on my birthday. Not only is the food really good, but it's such a cute spot! The staff is really friendly, and the owners are kind folks. First off, I've never had anything there that wasn't absolutely delicious. The curried egg salad sandwich is mouthwateringly good. I've recently been drawn to the meatloaf panini. It's like the best cheeseburger ever. There's another meatloaf sandwich that is also dumb delicious. I don't typically like potato salad... But theirs is the best I've ever had. I'm not really a meat and potatoes kinda guy... And I love their meat and potatoes! They have a couple of vegan options: Asian Noodles - which is huge and chock full o' veggies; and the hummus plate. Can't go wrong with either one. I've eaten other things, and they are ALL good. Not a dud in the bunch. I have yet to try their baked goods, because My GF is a pastry chef and I'm already a little tubby from the taste testing. Lol. Another thing I love is something more subtle - the staff operate as a team, not as individuals serving specific tables. I think that sort of dynamic creates a better work environment, which creates a better dining experience for the customer. The only complaint I have is really more of a wish.... That Blue Bee was open for more of the day! It's a breakfast/brunch/lunch spot... But I would seriously eat there ANYTIME! Take my money Blue Bee! TAKE IT!!!

We have been to Blue Bee's several times and each time it has been super good!!! This last time I got "The Melt" which is a turkey and bacon panini with tomato and provolone cheese all melted together on a rosemary yummy panini tybread with a healthy amount of mayo.... Just a perfect sandwich. And their sides are super good too. I had the beet salad and loved it. My friend had a tuna salad sandwich and loved it with coleslaw which was probably the best he's ever had!! So do I recommend the Blue Bee Cafe?! YES I do! Every time you're within a 50 mile radius, go there! And the homemade ice cream is absolutely the best!! Mmmmmm

My partner and I stopped here on a Monday afternoon for a late lunch. Charming little spot with baked goods, ice cream and coffee in the front and a full menu dining area in back. I ordered the Blue Bee Cobb Salad and my partner had the tuna salad sandwich with a kale salad side. We also shared a red velvet cupcake and chocolate chip cookie at the end of the meal, Everything was delicious and portions were very generous. Staff was nice and attentive. Definitely stop in for some hearty, fresh, delicious food next time you're in Delhi.

My boyfriend and I visited the area and I had this cafe bookmarked already knowing we'd love it--and we weren't disappointed at all! We were seated in a cozy little booth in the back. The decor in this place is so darn cute and the smell of baked goods is constantly in the air. We ordered a meatloaf sandwich with potato salad, chocolate milkshake, BLT on sourdough, orzo salad and tea. My boyfriend says it was the best BLT of his life, and I ditto that with my food as well. Everything was so fresh and delicious! I wish we lived closer just so we could be regulars here. Luckily, we're visiting again this month and I cannot wait to make a stop at this cafe!

This was a pleasant surprise while running the roads for appointments in Delhi! I have to admit, I drove by it at first and had to swing back around as I thought I just saw a vacant store front and was about to start looking for another place to go. On street parking that was jammed obscured my view, but once I parked in the municipal lot across the way and walked up to Blue Bee, I could see that they were busy! A beautiful interior with touches of shabby chic and upscale abound, with a thoughtful layout that made good use of the space. Offering any and all things from fresh baked cookies to ice cream and restaurant fare, I'd speculate this place is typically busy. That busy atmosphere though, is well warranted. Their lunch menu packs a lot in with local farm to table and various options for any and all carnivores, kids, big kids in 40 year old bodies, vegans, vegetarians, you name it. From curried egg salad, to homemade meatloaf sandwiches, to paninis, quiche, salads and all sorts in-between, you won't go hungry! They offer a plethora of teas as well. I ordered the turmeric chai tea, which was delightful and not too strong. I ordered their broccoli cheddar soup, which was served piping hot and was a fantastic consistency with a blend of cheese and cuts of broccoli, and paired it with their homemade meatloaf panini. The panini had spot on panini press marks in their homemade rosemary ciabatta and was a match up of meatloaf, provolone and mayo (I skipped the tomato). The side of deli potato salad was out of this world as well, lots of dill and onions!

I would give zero stars. I came here with my boyfriend and his service dog (wearing proper identification) and the nasty woman at the front immediately said "HE IS NOT A SERVICE DOG. I KNOW WHAT SERVICE DOGS LOOK LIKE" and argued with us. This is against the law and discriminatory. I would never support a business like this. I cannot believe that in 2023 people treat people with disabilities like this.

Stopped for lunch because of the number of reviews and we were not disappointed. Blue dressing on the cobb was exceptional. The turkey club and potato salad made believe that there is potato salad I can eat (first one I have ever liked). Would commend you stop and have a bite.

I have grown up in this area and it is a nice change to see a place with quality meals and baked goods. The decor is a nice and glad to see a reuse of fixtures, furniture, and appliances. Excellent coffee and espresso drinks. You get a big size coffee which is a good deal. We enjoyed a hardy breakfast of omelettes and crepes. Good quality homemade bread and ingredients. My mother enjoys going here on a weekly basis for lunch and late snack. For the hipsters, if you want country home goods go across the street to Stewart's. The owner of Blue Bee owns the shop which has clothes, fabrics, yarn and good quality home wares.
