Blue Bottle Coffee

I tried the iced spiced Nola and I’ve been thinking about her ever since! Delicious! The baristas were friendly, the space was clean, and the service was quick! Their merchandise and cups were actually adorable as well!

I didn't find anything special here except for the extremely friendly and welcoming service. I ordered a matcha drink, and it was just okay—nothing special. However, the location is great.

Got the saffron vanilla latte and the sweet latte. I'll give credit where it's due. The coffees were both very good. However, I'm not sure I'd check them out again... $8 for a small coffee with incredibly slow service... it seems like the 8 people they had working that day were all on the same slow wave length... The location is nice, but more could be done about the cleanliness. Tables are dirty and the garbage was full. Eventually, somebody did come out to change the garbage bag but it was painful to watch. SO SLOW!

If you love coffee that is roasted perfectly and served to perfection this is the shop for you. I’ve been twice and will go again this morning. The barista is amazing. Her latte art whether using oat, almond or milk is impressive. The Nola shakerado is fire! The space is small and busy. I don’t mind the wait. Barista and people watching is an enjoyable way to spend a few minutes. 3rd wave coffee at its peak!!!

It's sad for me to write this review; I watched the rise of Blue Bottle many years ago in San Francisco and for 18 years I've gone to countless locations and have been a fan. It has been a few years since I've been to one since there are none in the area I moved to. First, $6 for a cappuccino is highway robbery -- especially when it was mediocre at best. A premium price for a very non-premium coffee. The croissant was barely on par with one from a grocery store -- and it was $5.50. Also, there were months old beans for sale. I'm also used to waiting for my coffee, but the service was so slow it was ridiculous--it was not crowded at all. I hope I'm not watching the fall of this once great coffee brand, but it sure feels like it. Blue Bottle became popular because of their extremely high quality coffee (and also food by the way). That is gone and I'm not sure what's left besides the name and over-priced, just okay coffee.

It’s considerably smaller compared to the other blue bottle location. But here you also get a great view of the city and the space still felt quite spacious because of the overall white design. We ordered an espresso and a Cordato and they were both really good!

Service was a little slow for the amount of people there were; however, the coffee does not disappoint. Beware, the sizes are smaller than other coffee shops. But we'll worth it's ambiance is clean and modern. The inside has a decent amount of sitting area. The outside has a few outdoor tables and chairs but it's located next to a plaza that offers more sitting options.

There is something wrong with my GPS. This Starbucks looks very blue. But the line is long and full of beautiful people. So I guess it must be the latest pop-up store. Anyway, my better half and I bought many things we don’t really need. So all’s right with my world.
