The food presentation was magnificent, and the flavors were exceptional—especially the mushroom dish with truffle. Each course was perfectly portioned, leaving us pleasantly full and completely satisfied. The only small downside was the steak, as we found the sauce slightly on the salty side. The service was excellent, attentive without being intrusive. The view of the Chao Phraya River at night was absolutely beautiful, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was elegant and relaxing. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

It was a truly wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious overall, and the staff were incredibly knowledgeable, especially when explaining the ingredients and the stories behind each dish. The sommelier also explained the wines very clearly, making the flavors easy to understand. I usually don’t drink wine, but after trying the pairings, I felt that they matched the food perfectly. I visited during a seasonal special menu, and my favorite dish was the one featuring mushrooms. It was outstanding — even without any meat, the dish was executed beautifully and full of flavor. I would love to come back again when the menu changes. P.S. The bread and butter truly live up to their reputation — and special mention to the lady staff who quenelled the butter so beautifully. It was absolutely amazing!

Blue by Alain Ducasse offers an exceptional fine dining experience with outstanding food, drinks, and service. The dishes were beautifully presented and perfectly balanced in flavor. The highlight was the French duck, cooked to perfection tender, juicy, and full of rich flavor, truly memorable. The cocktails were delicious, creative, and well-balanced, while the wine selection was excellently curated, with thoughtful pairings that complemented the cuisine perfectly. The service was impeccable. The staff were professional, attentive, and knowledgeable, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommended, and I would definitely return.

From start to finish, every dish was outstanding—nothing short of perfect. The food was just really tasty, rich in flavor, and consistently impressive. If you’re looking for a dining experience that’s reliable, formal, calm, and flawless, this restaurant delivers. As a Bangkokian, the in-mall location doesn’t bother me at all: it’s air-conditioned, and you can even do a bit of grocery shopping before heading home.

One of the best restaurants I’ve been too lately. We selected the 7 course dinner and it was amazing in every way. Service was outstanding. The quality of food was the best in every way. Flavorful dishes with the best quality ingredients No wonder they are a Michelin rated restaurant. Located inside the most amazing mall in Bangkok. Perfect for an intimate celebration. The view at night is breathtaking.

Omg! Simply the best evening of our lives, me and my Twin we flew from london to celebrate our birthdays, best decision ever! Food was delicious, they treated us like princesses starting with negroni sbagliato with champagne and canapés in the kitchen, wow. The atmosphere, flavours, and service is absolutely impeccable. ☺️ Thank you again to Chef Evens and the whole team for the most magic night of our lives. Deffo will be back.

Amazing 1 Michelin starred restaurant with delicious food, beautiful views and fantastic service. Will definitely be visiting again. An absolute must-do for fine dining lovers in Bangkok. I wouldn’t be surprised if 2 stars are soon on the way. Also, great wine list and pairings available, with very knowledgeable staff happy to help.
