$20 cover for an absolutely amazing blues experience!! The seating is first come first serve and there are a lot of people standing closer to set time so I recommend getting there early to get a seat! They only do cash so make sure you have that and they have some really reasonably priced drinks, some cocktails for $6-10! The performance was amazing and the crowd had a great energy! I’d definitely come back and recommend to anyone in Chicago!

This place was the highlight of our trip in Chicago! What an incredible blues band. Each of them are ask extremely talented. If we ever visit again, we will definitely return here, thank you!

Just loved this place. Got here early and bagged a seat at the front. Music was so good and the atmosphere was amazing. Would 100% recommend a vist here.

If you are a fan of blues music, this experience is a must if you are in the Chicago area. My girlfriend and I saw Sheryl Youngblood & her band. They were phenomenal. There is also a small area for dancing, so this was a HUGE plus. What a great time. We will attend again. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!!

Blue Chicago gets amazing talent! It’s an intimate space - like most good blues and jazz clubs. On Saturday, I was charged a $20 cover at the door. I don’t know if they have a minimum drink requirement - you just go to the bar when you want something. Drink prices are very reasonable.

Absolutely loved this place. Maybe it's the band of the drinks ( no food ). Music is everything . Small place was packed with people swaying to the music ,! Well worth the cover charge .

Nice music with a mix of oldies and local bands' hits. Some blues songs but the best was a Jimi Hendrix cover by guitar. However the location is small and it immediately got super crowded. It's nearly impossible to find a seat. The staff is certainly not the friendliest in town. Another odd thing: no credit cards are accepted. They hold an ATM inside so that you can draw your cash. Pretty wierd

Great bands great music no doubt. $15 or $20 for cover charge. And then on top of that a 2 drink minimum or else they will ask you to leave. Small selection of beer and mixer. Cash only on everything to avoid paying taxes.
