TEN STARS - I decided to be crazy and move to Miami last minute and the stars aligned me with Lauren. I was in my new apartment within ONE MONTH. I'm writing this review exactly two months from the day I decided to move and after one full month of settling in. It's all still surreal! I'm from NYC where everything is fast paced and Lauren took the lead and so much initiative in helping me getting all my documents together and finishing everything. It was nice to feel supported and to have all of my random and extra concerns addressed. I will absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to move to Miami.

Lauren has worked tirelessly from the start. The property was valued, detailed, marketed, and sold in just over one week! Her regular updates and helpful advice have been greatly appreciated. So glad!

I've known Lauren for about 4 years and she was my go to agent when I decided I wanted to stop renting and buy a home. She also helped my sister purchase a home last year so I knew she was good. She was very informative about how the home buying process works. She always had a great attitude and always picked up the phone. She never complained about showing a property at 7pm since I don't get off of work till 6:30. It took some time to find a place ( 6 months ) but it was well worth the wait. I was so happy to find Lauren through one of my friends. She is an absolute joy to work with. I was very stressed out as I needed to find a new condo to rent during the high season and Lauren specializes in condo rentals. She knows the Miami Beach area very well and calls you back right away. She sent me listings the day I spoke with her and showed me listings back to back so we didn't waste any time. She really listens to her clients about what amenities they want in a condo and only shows you places that fit your needs. I highly recommend her for her professionalism, promptness, and ability. I love my new condo!

We closed on our home about two weeks ago and it has taken me this long to write a review on Lauren because of what an experience I have had. I contacted lauren because of her 5 star rating. Little did I know what a huge blessing she would become. I have never trusted anyone while doing business with them, but I got to a point with Lauren that I trusted her blindly from homes to the people she recommended we worked with such as Nikki the mortgage lender and Paul for the title company. They were great and I trusted them because I trusted Lauren. She is the most patient and honest person I've ever met in Miami and it could be because she's not originally from here. 5 offers and two inspections later we finally found our forever home. The offers falling through were never because of her lack of knowledge or anything she missed it was either the seller being untrustworthy or myself being to picky which I am and I "research everything". Lauren had so much patience with my husbands outlandish request and my never ending questions. She was more than our realtor, she was also our therapist lol and our friend. To all my friends and family I recommend that they use lauren because I know she will treat them the way I would with love and patience, always looking out for their best interest. Even with this world pandemic going on Lauren was always looking out for our best interest without being asked too. Looking for ways to save us money and get the best deal while keeping us safe from fees and sketchy sellers. We finally closed on our home with the sellers agent being brand new, first home ever trying to sell and did not speak a word of English.Lauren doesn't speak Spanish lol but was so determined to get us our home that she went through the extent of doing most of the work for the sellers agent without hesitation and without making any extra money. This girl works! I would send her emails at 1 or 2 in the morning and she would respond immediately! I couldn't have imagined a better person to trust with such an important milestone in our families life. To sum up in a couple words Lauren is hardworking, patient, extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and reliable. She deserves a raise and vacation for everything she had to endure from our sale lol we love you Lauren !!! Thank you for everything !
