The tender berbere-spiced lamb makes you wonder why you’d ever eat anywhere or anything else." - gianni greene, chelsea thomas

We had a wonderful experience at the Blue Nile showroom at the Galleria. I made an appointment online and I was able to get in the same day. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly. They asked for our names and even though we were 30 minutes early they were able to accommodate us. Michael helped us and he was incredible. Kind, polite, warm and funny. He took the time to explain the 4cs (really important when picking a diamond) and helped my husband and I pick rings for our vow renewal within our budget. There was no pressure to buy something more expensive. He genuinely cared about what we wanted. They have limited in-store options as their inventory is mostly online so Michael ordered both our rings and they arrived at our house as expected, just 5 business days later! We are thrilled with our rings and I highly recommend you visit Blue Nile and ask for Michael :)

Product is wonderful, but shopping experience left my boyfriend and I disappointed. Our sales associate was aloof and did not follow up on our request. While we did not have an appointment, we confirmed that walk-ins were allowed and chose a bracelet on display to take home. We also mentioned that we’d like to take a look at earrings available for order at a later time. However, after reviewing the bracelet and wrapping the gift, we were not invited to look at further jewelry options or place orders. This may seem petty, but luxury shopping experiences really encourage repeat clients and hospitality goes a long way in fostering those relationships.

I've been a Blue Nile customer for over 15 years, dating back to when they were exclusively online. It's exciting to see their new physical store in our city! The service was exceptional—the salesperson was incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions, making the experience enjoyable and stress-free. I appreciate their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Whether you're shopping online or in-store, Blue Nile consistently delivers a fantastic experience! Highly recommend!

They canceled our appointment at the last minute. We drove 50 minutes to the galleria and were parking when we get a phone call 16 mins before our scheduled appointment that they were closing the store due to staffing issues and canceled our appointment. The lady on the phone didn’t introduce herself, say that she was calling from BN and just offered to r/s us for another day, but we took the day off to come in for the appointment, and lost all trust in them. Like really? You couldn’t call us at opening to cancel the appointment if you were having issues? BEFORE we drove almost an hour. Completely unprofessional and no care whatsoever. We won’t be doing business with them and telling others to stay away. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. There are way too many jewelers to deal with unprofessionalism.

My husband and I came to the store today and opened the door to the store 5 minutes before 6pm when the mall closes at 7. I asked the girl at the door if they were still open and she didn’t acknowledge me, turned her head and motioned to another employee. After waiting for a response, I asked her a second time and the other employee was visibly annoyed and rolling his eyes. She finally responded and asked what I was looking for and I told her bracelets and that we were just looking. She gave us more hesitation and then finally said it was okay to come in. At that point, I already wanted to walk out and the other employee completely ignored us as we walked past him. Nobody told us where the bracelets were that I had said I was looking for and I finally asked if they sold bracelets. The girl at the door pointed them out to us but we just ended up leaving. This is extremely disappointing especially because we have shopped here before and had a great experience with another employee in the past.

We spent time with Michael Tripp who was extremely helpful and courteous in educating us about the process. Michael did his best to help us find what we wanted, and even though we weren’t able to find our specific ring, he helped us locate a place that could help us. We plan to return to work with Michael on future purchases due to his honesty and helpfulness.
