I had a wonderful experience at Blue Nile thanks to Ariana Gomez. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. Arina took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my purchase. Her professionalism and friendly attitude truly made the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for Arina if you visit Blue Nile!

Stopped at a showroom in Rockingham NH. Was met by Ariana Gomez, who was so helpful. she did not rush me. We took our time tried on many, many rings gave me a real education. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do and she never pressured me. I ended up buying a stunning ring and I’m so happy with it. Her guidance really like I said, gave me an education on the size and the millimeters of stones. I would definitely go back for another piece of jewelry. Blue Nile so far has been a great company.

I had the best experience at The Mall at Rockingham Park Blue Nile store! I needed to purchase a wedding band after one I've had for years was ruined. After shopping around at other stores, I checked out the options on the Blue Nile website. I was thrilled to see that there was a store nearby that I could visit. When I arrived at the store, I met with Alexis, and she was wonderful! She understood exactly what I was looking for, and helped me find the perfect ring! She wasn't pushy, was easy to talk to, and made it feel like I was shopping with a friend. When it came time to confirm my size, and I was going back and forth between two sizes, her and her team suggested what they thought was best, and they were right! To make it even better, my ring was available to pick up the very next day! I highly recommend this Blue Nile location. Thank you!

Ariana and her team at the Blue nile store was knowledgeable, informative and most of all patient ( and good looking). Ariana guided myself and wife through the choosing process pointed out the pros and most of all the cons in all the diamonds. My partner and I visited Blue Nile in Salem NH and were pleasantly greated by Krista Damske, our wonderful sales associate and expert. We thought some would find it odd that the future bride was involved in the choosing of the ring process, but Krista was very kind and helpful to us both. We had many questions, not knowing much of the process, the styles, sizes, cuts, carats, settings, any of it. She graciously spent time going over it all! She had me see what felt right, had me try different sized stone, and was never pushy or overly suggestive. Krista truly wanted to make sure we were happy. We didnt necessarily have a firm budget in mind, but decided on what we both fell in love with with her help in showing us several options along with prices. We spent near an hour there and left with our future ordered! Krista made our special moment a breeze with happy tears in the car 😊

I was able to make an appointment before arriving at Blue Nile to discuss my interest in a piece of jewelry. Natasha met with me and explained every aspect of the ring I was looking at. It was her intention to find the clearest diamond for me. Although I had chosen one at home, with her knowledge, she searched to find an even better one, still staying in my price range. We measured, we discussed, and together decided on the best purchase for me. There was never any pressure and her honesty throughout the process made it entirely enjoyable. I would definitely return to Natasha at the Rockingham Mall in Salem for any further purchase.

I was so thankful to find there was a Blue Nile Show room in New Hampshire, at the Rockingham mall! So many moons ago, my wonderful husband asked me to marry him and he selected the engagement ring, and band, from the wonderful Blue Nile! This past Saturday, we met with Natasha who helped us with a new anniversary ring! She was great, well informed, very professional, and kind! She was also very patient with us, I truly appreciated her. I loved how she explained every process and gave the reassurance about any concerns we had. We love you all! Natasha, you are the absolute best!

Apparently, the images on the blue Nile website in no way shape or form are representative of the products, up close and personal. In addition, the sales person tried to tell me that any white gold ring in today's market is actually rhodium over yellow gold. I find this to be highly inaccurate based on conversations that I have had an interactions that I have had as well with other jewelers over the years I am not sure is selling anything better than you would find in JCPenney. My sales lady whose name I did not catch was arrogant, obnoxious, and downright cranky.

I purchased my wife's rings about six years ago through Blue Nile and always loved the mission of the company as well as the prices. The ability to choose the perfect stone/setting in a massive database was an added bonus. The ring(s) were starting to get a bit rundown and after learning the store had opened up in the mall here, when we are in the area for some tax-free shopping....we decided to pop in to see if they could do anything for us. Both of the rings were sent off to Blue Nile headquarters in Seattle for FREE for a tuneup and cleaning. I thought we'd have to pay for some kind of shipping but nope, overnight shipping each way on the house. I don't know if this will continue for others but it's an incredible gesture from BN and something that is extremely appreciated. The store is a bit small but everyone is so helpful. We weren't really shopping when we entered but decided to look around anyway. Once they learned she was looking for some ring maintenance, the woman was quick to point out there is no high pressure sales in the store because they don't work on commission. Emails from the shipping department came for both when the ring went out and when it was returned. On top of that, when it was shipped back to the store, they called us 15 minutes after arrival to say we could pick it up. Everyone we dealt with was superb and the process exceeded our expectations. I hope to buy more from BN in the future for this very reason, they know how to keep customers happy.

I give them a 3 because I love my ring but as far as communication with the Salem NH facility.....they get a zero

I think Blue Nile sells gorgeous jewelry and I was excited to see they'd opened a store at the Rockingham mall. When I went in to check it out and commented on how cool it was that they had a real store where people could see their items in person, the sales woman wrinkled her nose and told me snottily, "It's not a STORE, it's a SHOWROOM." She was so dismissive that I immediately felt uncomfortable and left. Definitely did not give me a good first impression.

Great store! Awesome customer service! Really clean and I always loved their online website so happy they brought this store to NH! Hayley was great, so nice and helpful!
