17 Best FiDi Lunch Spotss Under $20 | Eater NY

"This fast-casual spot offers filling, healthy bowls with a number of gluten-free and meatless options, with an emphasis on partnering with local, small-batch farms. Seasonal highlights include the turkey meatballs with charred broccoli and the gluten-free aloo tikki with mixed mushrooms. Blue Park Kitchen is a bit more under the radar than some of the bigger national and local chains in the neighborhood, so lines tend to move more quickly for those short lunch breaks." - Eater Staff

A standout for healthy food in midtown. Everything I've had here so far has been flavorful, fresh, and made with care. There are so many spots like this in the area and they don't even come close to the thoughtfulness of Blue Park Kitchen. I had a salmon bowl the first time, and it was super moist and not overcooked. Wonderful selection of veggies and tons of sauce options (the pumpkin pesto is AMAZING). Will definitely keep coming back.

Blue Park Kitchen is always my go to when I'm coming through Grand Central (and FiDi :). I love the flexibility of making my own bowl since I try to eat gluten free - I especially love the chicken crispies (gluten free!!) the lemon ricotta and roasted chickpeas. They are great at accommodating food allergies and I'm in and out as fast as I want. I'm grateful to have a spot that serves healthy food that never gets old. The people who work there are so friendly -especially Keisha who recognizes me every time I come in! We need a Blue Park Kitchen in Brooklyn :)

Ordered kale base with no grains assuming I would get a full base of kale. Instead I got the same amount of kale as I would have received with the grains. So I get half the food for the same price. Also missing the dip I ordered.

Overall not satisfied. Portion was on the smaller size and although the falafel was baked, it was pretty dry and cold.

Our office ordered lunch here for the first time - the delivery was so speedy! We submitted our order 11:48am and by 12:07pm the delivery was downstairs. The food came nicely and securely packaged. All the meals ordered were correct and delicious! We also got the snickerdoodle and chocolate chip cookies and they were fantastic. Very impressed already! Will definitely order again.

This place is amazing. How have I not heard of it before? I wish I had because I’d be coming here for lunch nearly every day! I walked by randomly and stopped in, and I was not disappointed with the food, service and overall quality. They use no seed oils! It’s incredibly hard to find restaurants/take out places that don’t use inflammatory oils in your food. If you are a fan of Dig Inn (who does use seed oils) this is so much better and healthier.

The place has a lot of space to sit comfortably. The ingredients are top notch. Super fresh. Even salad oil they use is top grade and it tastes as such and also contains a hint of vinegar and garlic, but not artificial tasting like most places, actually freshly made. They brought healthy food to the new level along with DIG. The server was super courteous and tried their best to please you.
