Most overpriced airport food you can get, I would avoid like the Clap. Here’s what a $14 pretzel looks like. (One pretzel bite eaten and it was terrible) Might as well just go into the airport bathroom, flush $80 down the drain and get a three-day-old egg salad sandwich from the Hudson and still be happier with your decision.

87$ for small Cesar salad (croutons were stale) 5 potstickers and an old fashion. Then asked to leave the server a tip after ordering via QR code. Not even salt and pepper on the table! There were three in our party (all ordered separately) and one person got her meal after the other two were finished. Then there was a dispute over what was ordered, using the QR app. The app was cumbersome and confusing. And they forgot the $8 bottle of water! Paula was a lovely server.

So they say never to expect good airport food. I really wanted Blue Point (BP) to be different and yet here we are wondering what we were expecting. First of all, the prices are outrageous for the food you get. The "Eiffel Burger" is $25 of which you get a standard frozen bland patty between an off-the-shelf English muffin. The onion soup that comes with it wasn't too bad in taste (perhaps because my expectations was so low at this point) but looked like an oil leak from an old car. Oh, you pay extra for fries, which are again bland. To further sprinkle salt in the wound, $16 for a pint of beer. So you are essentially paying Gordon Ramsay prices for food put together that was all purchased off the shelf or defrosted. And of course, the service is non-existent. You use the QR code to order via a website and some person walks by and tosses the dish, then disappears, never to be seen again. Had it not been in an airport terminal, this place would be out of business by the end of first week. Save yourself time, money, disappointment and the rage.

Had a lame experience at this place. Waitress (short girl with curly hair) can’t be bothered to remember her name was very rude. She threw the pen in my direction to sign the receipt instead of handing it off like a decent person. It’s kinda of lame considering how you’re paying almost $15 for a single drink and they cant be bothered to be nice.

This was by far the worst food I had picked up to go from any airport, anywhere in the world. I was rushing to get to my flight and the server was kind and said she would get my sandwich quick. I took my bag and ran to the flight. Sadly, what I did not know is that I was going to get a piece of cold leather (disguised as a chicken). I tried to take a bit and truly could not. The passenger next to me commented that maybe they gave me the plastic sandwich model by accident because that did not look real or safe. I would say I am worried about getting sick, but truly I could not get a bite. $28 !!! Down the toilet. Please save yourself the pain and stand in line elsewhere

It’s wild this place has such a low rating. We had beers and fries and it was a solid option for a major airport. Obviously it’s gonna be more expensive than your home town bar - Reviewers need to get a grip. The place was clean. The beers on tap were not soapy, fries were fresh and crispy. Our server Paula was nice and attentive. Timing did not affect our travel plans and was positive regular airport bar experience. Would come back.

I definitely should have read the reviews before eating the disgusting food here. I don’t understand why they are still open. The buffalo chicken tenders I orders tasted like a small piece of chicken wrapped in a slice of bread snd then fried too hard. I couldn’t even eat it. I hate I wasted $16.32 on food that was inedible!!!

This review is for their Chicken on the Fly: there was no service, just a screen, people in the back but they won’t come out. Many customers came and went but I already ordered so I waited 13 minutes for cold fries and a Nashville chicken sandwich that had no spice, and got 2 drinks for just under $40. When they brought my food I wanted ketchup for my fries and the large woman made me wait while she dolled out all of the orders that had piled up and gave me grief for even asking. Maybe bring the meals out when they’re ready and fresh instead of waiting for them to pile up? Nah. Horrific place to eat if you’re trying to catch a flight.
