We ordered the grilled octopus leg, and it was absolutely delicious, tender, flavorful, and served over rice with salad. We also tried the chowder, and they gave us garlic bread instead of the bread—which turned out to be a really good call! We also got a shrimp taco that was packed with flavor. Everything was fresh and made with care, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this spot if you’re into fresh seafood with a casual, laid-back vibe!

This is our first time trying a seafood restaurant in San Diego, we were not disappointed! The scallops were cooked perfectly, not rubbery at all. The portion size was pretty fulfilling, the poke bowl had a variety of things in it, it was a little small but overall good. I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting and wanting to try something different!

First meal in San Diego was not fish tacos but 100% delicious! (Duane got fish tacos and they looked amazing and were giant) I’ve been to this place before a long time ago and it was just as delicious as I remembered it. Walk up, order, sit and food is brought to you…. The freshest ingredients! We timed it just right because within 10 minutes of us sitting down, the dining room basically filled up! Calamari, Clam Chowder, Shrimp Nachos (was a special) and Onion Rings 😋 Definitely check them out if you’re in the area!

We have been here twice for lunch and dinner this week. Food is really good, staff are friendly. I really like the ahi tuna poke bowl, the ahi Tuna is very fresh, well season and the portion is generous. I also like the mussel and clam, best mussel I ever ate.

Absolutely loved Blue Water! The Alaskan crab sandwich was phenomenal – fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. One of the best seafood experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Loved it. Great food and good service. Fish was fresh and tasted great. My kids got the fish tacos and said they were the best they have ever had. I got a plate and it did not disappoint. Would definitely come back. This is our second time here.

I got the grilled swordfish salad. It was FANTASTIC. Ordering is easy. There is a wide variety to choose from and something for everyone. They have raw and cooked options as well as vegan and kid friendly meals too. It tastes great and is reasonably priced. Definitely worth a visit.

I love this place. Get blackened fish on a salad with bleu cheese dressing. I used to go here over 10 years ago and it is still great. Personally, I think the fish higher up the food chain taste best this way. I think I had the swordfish last time, which was good. the only issue is, it gets pretty busy at times, a line out of the door. The food is great though.
