"Welcome to Bluebird Brasserie! Here at Bluebird we love craft beer, our fancy, custom 7-barrel brewery and our fancy (not really so fancy) GABF award-winning brewers prove it! We are proud to be cranking out a mind-blowing array of rotating beer, featuring a trend towards the "Belgium Came to California" kind of styles we love. Having a brewery on site means we take beer from the brite tanks to your glass to your mouth, and that is the freshest beer in town every time you sit down. Sip on our brews while you enjoy our awesome pub menu that offers a little something for everyone. Oh, and one more thing - you can even take our beer TO-GO! So what are you waiting for? Come by for a brew! We look forward to seeing you."

"LA beer brewing club Hopped LA is hosting a Belgian food and beer pairing event at Bluebird Brasserie in Sherman Oaks on Monday. It’s a beer aficionado’s paradise, with house brews, Liege waffles, a tour of Bluebird’s seven barrel brewing system, and a meet with award-winning brewer, Noah Regnery." - Mona Holmes
"What It Is: A brewery and casual restaurant in Sherman Oaks Perfect For: Casual Weeknight Dinner, Drinks & A Light Bite The newest beer-focused spot from the people behind Mohawk Bend is in Sherman Oaks, and it’s already packed - when we went, we saw parents with babies in high chairs, couples on dates, people grabbing a quick solo meal, and lots of friends catching up. This place is clearly a crowd pleaser, which we suspect has a lot to do with the beer - they brew a bunch of Belgian-style beers in-house and have an interesting selection of outside beers on tap. There’s also a lot of Belgian food, and while they’ll probably tell you to get the moules frites, we’d go for the fantastic roast chicken - the rest of the menu isn’t super interesting. The Verdict: Worth checking out for a beer and a snack, but don’t travel just for the food." - Jess Basser Sanders, Brant Cox, Brett Keating

"LA Times talks Bluebird Brasserie from a beer perspective. The new ABC project up in the Valley is all about the Belgian lifestyle, from its rustic look to its food to the beer that’s being made on site." - Farley Elliott
