Fantastic dinner tonight at Bluebird. Adam, our server was attentive and engaged but not hovering. We had the Tartar 10/10 (just add the shaved truffle, you only live once), scallops, oysters and steak frites. Every dish was balanced and cooked perfectly. I paired the meal with the Cedar creek rosé out of Oregon, fantastic wine, the bright acidity cut thru the richness of the meal. Both my girlfriend and I have now put this into top 5 meals we've had, and we have had some incredible meals! Highly recommend.
