I tried the 3 meat and 2 sides box and it was 🔥 delicious 😋. The brisket is super tender and juicy....literally melts in your mouth. The sausage is super flavorful. The vibe is nice. They have outdoor seating. The self order kiosk was not taking my card so had to order at the counter. The price was a few dollars higher but the food was worth it 👌. Amazing better a little room for improvement. Would definitely recommend 💯.

I ordered from Blu’s Barbeque & BBQ Catering through Uber Eats, and it was a great BBQ experience. Even though I didn’t get the chance to dine in, the food arrived fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. The brisket was probably the low point, I’m blaming the delivery time on it. The burnt ends were insanely good, and the seasoning was on point. The sides were impressive—the Cajun potato salad, mac&cheese, baked beans, and sweet potato casserole. But the star of the show was the smoked chicken.. wow seasoned & tenderness to the gods! I can’t wait to visit in person one day, but until then, I’ll definitely be reordering. Highly recommend Blu’s for a taste of authentic Texas BBQ.

Blu’s BBQ gives large portions! People are nice . Never been here before, but learned that quite often people order their food in advance and pick it up at the window or there is a screen outside where you can place your order. Since we were new to this experience we actually went up to the window and asked a lot of questions to the guy behind the counter, and he was super kind to answer our questions and help us. There is a small outdoor seating area to the side of the place if the weather is good it’s a great place to sit outside and enjoy each other‘s company and eat.

First time at Blu’s Barbecue today and I am only disappointed in myself for not going sooner! I loaded up my GROUPON, checked my dignity at the door of “Pleasure and Fulfillment” and embarked on a solo-birthday-smorgasbord! The fella inside was kind and helpful “The Jalapeño Brisket Poppers are extra big today!” Birthday banana pudding? - “yes please!” The line was growing when I returned to the window for a tea. I’m not sure if he took pity on my lonely dining situation or didn’t want to touch my saucy hands for a transaction, but he spotted me the tea “on the house!” As I was off, I stopped at the window to offer my appreciation and thanks…they forced another banana pudding upon me! Befuddled with gratitude and weighed down by pork-belly-burnt-ends, I drove home with a saucy smile. Support local business! Groupon $27-->$40 I spent an additional $10, +$15 tip. Easily 3-4 meals (for someone with dignity)

First time here. I ordered chop barbecue sandwich. Waiting 11 minutes for it and turned out to be cold. I've never gotten a chop barbecue sandwich. That was cold before very, very disappointed. That's my first and unless somebody reaches out to me. It will be my last visit. I cannot recommend blues BBQ to anyone. Unless they're starving. An entire need of nourishment! This was the Dallas Location on Preston when I tried to call.I got the Louisville number and they were saying that the stores closed.I don't know what to think.There were still people standing around when I left at after eight fifteen. Very very disappointed.

We have been here several times before and most times it’s pretty good but today the brisket was dry and the wings were cold. Ordered moist and the brisket was lean and dry. The wings tasted good but we had to heat them at home. Our sunny day picnic was not good. We should have taken the food back.

If you’re looking for mouthwatering BBQ, Blu’s BBQ is the spot to visit! The rib tips were absolutely amazing—perfectly seasoned, tender, and incredibly meaty. The burnt ends were smoky, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, while the potato salad was creamy and delicious, the perfect complement to the meal. The smoked turkey was a standout too—juicy, savory, and full of smoky goodness. The staff at Blu’s was beyond friendly and made the experience even better. He gave excellent suggestions on what to try from the menu, and they did not steer me wrong. Every bite was pure BBQ heaven. I can’t wait to come back and explore more of the menu. Highly recommend this place to any BBQ lover!

Update: BEST DAMN SMASHBURGER IN TOWN. Pic attached. Smashburger deal on Fridays is unbeatable. Love the “hidden gem” on Preston. Great, consistent bbq with an evolving menu. Their tacos are brilliant as are the tots with pork belly (ask for it). Hands down the best smoked birds - turkey and chicken. Brisket, ribs and pulled pork all class acts. Just wish they served Coke/Pepsi instead of Stubborn soda and also hope they get a liquor license soon. Also, their dining room never came back since COVID but the outdoor patio is pretty convenient. We just grab beer from the 7-11 down the road.

Let me start by saying that I have been to this place 5 times since early March!!... today is April 2nd. (Yes, I know... I have terrible eating habits) That should say a lot tho! Bottom line... absolutely give them a visit! So why did I give four stars instead of five you ask? Good question. I deducted one star for inconsistent performance. Three of the five times that I've visited have been phenomenal. Whereas the other two times have, unfortunately, missed the mark rather substantially. -The first time I went : I ordered a half pound of pork ribs, and a small side of mac & cheese. I literally made it three blocks before the wafting scent of smoky rib deliciousness won and I had to pull the car over and just chow down in the 7-Eleven parking lot. (I will say that the mac & cheese was just OK but MY mac & cheese is amazing so everything else basically fades in comparison!) -The second time I ordered: the food was just as good and luckily I made it all the way home. However I did decide to pass on the mac & cheese. Third time: I went on my lunch break and it was everything that I wanted it to be.. it hit that greasy spot and it just made me glad to live AND work rather close to such an amazing barbecue place (it's a catch 22, really) This is where it gets tricky because for weeks I had been raving to my friends and family about this barbecue place; how amazing the barbecue, how it's fall-off-the-bone tender, etc. Alas, I finally had a friend to join me for lunch and of course we decide it best if we go to Blus barbecue and on this day not only were the ribs incredibly tough to the point that we were not able to eat them but they were also incredibly over seasoned and I mean heavy heavy heavy on the pepper. I apologized to my friend I told her heyit's not normally like this she understood because she had been hearing me rave about these ribs and me being the picky person that I am she knew that it must just be a one off. The fifth time that I went which is the pictures that you see below the meat was fall off the bone tender I even explain explain to the cashier that my last experience was definitely subpar he apologize and threw in a spare rib. But as you can see the ribs were definitely fall off the fall off the bone tinder however they were not seasoned well and they just didn't have that you know like it's almost as if they may have been boiled or some thing I'm not sure if maybe they changed cooks in the back I don't know but whoever was there in the back cooking at the beginning of March we need to bring that person back because the consistency is really what's throwing me off at this point. Now that I finish the ribs in the pictures below. Period.... Absolutely Will I be in just as quick of a hurry to go there again I don't think so because I'm just afraid to get disappointed at this particular junction... but it was fun while it lasted!!

I love bbq so much and by far, the best I have ever found is at Blu's. I've moved out of state and the first thing I do when I land is order it so it's on my mom's doorstep by the time we get home from the airport. The fatty cut brisket is juicy and flavorful and the pork belly burnt ends are what dreams are made of OH MY GOD. When it comes to sides, the deviled eggs, Mac and cheese, and Cajun potato salad are all delicious. What I think about day and night, though, is their bread pudding. Holy crap, I wish that was a daily menu item because it is the BEST bread pudding. If you're wanting good bbq, look no further. This place is literal perfection.

Wow! Let me start there. I've had a lot of brisket in a lot of places but Blu's is among the best I've ever had and among my very favorites. I ordered 1pound of their "fatty" brisket, large slaw and large banana pudding. Let me say this is a lot of food! Also, while the brisket is fatty, ultimately this gives the meat a tenderness (without being greasy) that I don't often experience. Their brisket is next level and has to be experienced to be believed...I don't have the words to fully describe the greatness (of this brisket). The slaw and the pudding are good but it's so difficult to give them the kudos they deserve when the brisket was next level! Other than that it's not a sit down restaurant, very no frills...the exterior is fashioned from shipping containers, so that unique in my experience...and there are picnic tables with utensils and napkins nearby. Not my favorite dining set up but with the level of food they serve I'll take it!

Food was excellent but we placed our order in advance for a 4 pm pick up and it wasn't ready until almost 4:30. I'm not sure the wait was worth it.

Best bbq I ever had. I think it's the best in dfw. The bbq brisket is great highly recommend.

Roadside walk up BBQ ! Parking lot covered patio picnic style dining. Location on Preston Rd just south of Frankford Rd. Deliciousness served. Brisket sandwich was packed with generous portion of beef. Loaded baked potato was huge and a meal in itself. Owner gave me a taste of smoked turkey meat and it was so tender. Sauces were very good and complimentary to the meal . If you're on the go, stop in and get some old fashioned BBQ Menu has many choices.

The Service is truly why Blu's deserve three stars. They were friendly and offered me to try their meat before I purchased. That told me a lot; they were confident and stood proudly by their food. I passed Blu's and after a mile down the road I decided to go back!!!! The walk up reminded me of old days when barbecue was cooked to perfection. I tried a pork rib that was pretty good and the sauce was better than average. I ordered a pound to go. The ribs I sat down to eat once home were cut from the end which is sometimes a little tougher. The fat content was high which some people like. Pork fat really does season and help moisturize the meat. Too much fat can be disastrous and cause many not to patronize. There was NOT enough smoked flavor which caused me to assume MAYBE they use liquid smoke. I like my meat SMOKED that's what changes the oven and boiled ribs to BARBECUE; it's not the sauce that determine good barbecue. The meat was not as done as pork should be for me. The price was very fair. I hope they will read this review and consider making a few adjustments. I'm sure someone likes their food just the way it is. They were truly good people therefore go by and try it for yourself. That was MY opinion you have the right to yours. I pray their business does well.

We were in the area on a Sunday and often wondered about Blu's. Much to our surprise it was open so of course we had to stop and grab a bite. Blu's has a walk up window to place orders but you can also order online. Seating is limited to your car or outside seating located across the parking lot from the ordering window. We ordered a half pound of jalapeño sausage and burnt ends, a smoked chicken salad sandwich and two pumpkin cornbread muffins. The food was reasonably priced for BBQ. The smoked chicken salad sandwich was fabulous! The bun was tasty and pillow soft. The chicken salad wasn't overly smoky or too mayonnaisy; it was just right. My husband loved the burnt ends; they were tender and juicy. The sausage had a nice snap and was not too dry but it wasn't soggy either. We would definitely go back.

Rode around Plano for awhile looking for a creditable place to have BBQ since I was only in town for a few days and really wanted Texas BBQ. First time in Texas so was lost on where to go to and what to get. Just so happened I took a chance based on a photo I saw and I was not disappointed. Ribs: I can't say anything bad about the ribs at all. They tasted just as good without sauce with sauce. Big A+++++ for me because I'm not big on some peoples sauces so that makes it worth it. However the sauce depending on the palate may be different it was a vinegar based which if not mistaken is Memphis style (don't kill me Texas if im wrong I'm just going on what I was told). The only down play was it was $45 for a 1/2 a rack which was a pretty big blow to me for pork ribs. If it was beef ribs I wouldn't have said anything but that was special I had just missed. Overall rating in my opinion would be a 8.5 for the ribs just because of the taste but the price just made those bites taste different. Peach Cobbler: I'm just going to say maybe it was because I got the last scoop of the pan and it was sitting there for awhile but that was not the peach cobbler I thought I was going to get. It tasted like something out of a grocery store freezer that was heated up which was disappointing since I really wanted something sweet after the amazing ribs. I will try again when I revisit so I don't want to deter anyone from the dessert but I will have to re-review this item so I'm not going to rate it. Presentation however it looked amazing...wished it had more peaches also...got maybe 2or 3 small cuts of peaches and the rest was crust. Jalapeño Mac and Cheese: So I've only had macaroni and cheese like this out of pigeon forge Tennessee which is in my other review but it was great I finished it first out of everything...really wished it was flattop seared which is how I had it before it just does something. However I would rate it a 8 must have. Brisket Wrapped Jalapeño Peppers: This was different all the way around for me. Loved every bit and loved the overall presentation. Definitely will be going back for those...$5 a piece which is not bad for everything in them. Rate these an 8 must have. Establishment: Great vibe!!! Manager and Bartender was attentive and came over to ask about the food. Locals was fun and was live. Sitting was little odd but wasn't terrible. Just never was a fan of people passing me while I was eating to order. My own bias opinion. I would rate the establishment a 9 just because it was exactly how I would want a BBQ place to look and feel. Prices: $85 for what I posted minus a banana pudding and pulled pork 1/4 pound. I find this to be a little pricey I'm not going to lie for the amount of food that was given. I don't live personally in a cheap area at home so it was okay for me but for someone who may not...it's not a bang for a buck kind of place but a definite must try.

No more...will I order BBQ from here again. I am truly disappointed with this recent order of a full slab of ribs. It was over cooked so much that both ends were charred and burnt and the center was overcooked, dry. It was like eating jerky. The time before this order the brisket was somewhat chewy, like poor quality beef. It isn't cheap here....and there are plenty of other bbq joints... so disappointing!

Back to my go-to BBQ spot. Can't go wrong using Groupon. Saving you money for yummy BBQ. Burn ends and slice brisket today. And the black cherry complimentary pop for checking in on Yelp.

I really wanted to like this place- but i just really couldn't get over the dry/unflavored brisket. We got a pound of brisket which was about 5 slices. It had a good bark to the sides of it but the actual meat didn't have any flavor and was extremely dry and hard to cut with a knife. However both sausages were really good- we both the regular pork and beef and the jalapeño cheese sausage and they were both tasty. All 3 items (1b Brisket, 1lb Reg Sausage, 1 lb jalapeño sausage) were about $60 which is pretty average for most BBQ places. They had an area of picnic tables if you wanted to eat there but otherwise it was mainly order at the window and go. There was a good amount of people waiting for food so maybe we just caught them at the end of the day and at a bad time, but to me, the brisket was just disappointing.

I orderd online from uber eats, so yes the temperature is Uber's fault, BUT.... I ordered the 1/4 pound of burnt ends and peach cobbler because the burnt ends had a buy one get one free deal, i can see why. The cobbler was soggy and mostly bread. Don't get me started on the burnt ends, first of all, had there not been a buy one get one free deal this would have just been 3 chicken nugget sized pieces of meat. Now im no butcher but i assumed you are supposed to trim some of the fat off that way every bite has meat. 2/8 pieces of meat were just big globs of FAT and were absolutely disgusting. For the amount of money spent and the time i waited for this i am severely dissatisfied. Blessings to all

Today, I went to Blu's BBQ on Preston in Dallas. I ordered online pick-up and went to the pick-up window as directed. Once there, a Middle Eastern looking guy with glasses gave a different customer his order and closed the window. I'm not sure if he saw me or not. I waited and they never acknowledged my presence so I tapped on the window. No response. I tapped again and the huge white guy with a burnt orange t-shirt that read Beckham on the back, rudely held his hand up towards my direction (without looking at me) to gesture for me to wait. Rude!! I wouldn't have had to tap if the customer service wasn't so poor. Fast forward to the food, I ordered the Gut Buster and this has to be a joke. The sausage didn't even look cooked or heated. It looks like they just sliced it up and placed it on the sandwich. Needless to say, I won't be back.

Best BBQ we ever had. Perfect smoke, tender and juicy brisket and turkey. Jalapeño beef sausage is amazing too. We will definitely make this our new go to for BBQ. Can't wait to try the fried pork ribs.

We all like good bbq, let's be honest. We have heard this place is a hit or miss, well I am very happy we had a great experience. I actually found them on groupon, the deal was awesome, unrefusable, so we went for it. I am not sure if their dining room is open, coz the groupon was valid for take out only, which was completely fine with us since it was a lovely weather and they have some tables in the back on the side, so we did not mind. We both got brisket sandwiches, just in a different way, haha, mine was chopped, I enjoyed it a lot a lot, but the other sandwich which was sliced brisket seemed like a better deal, was definitely more meat and it was awesome too. It was a young, lovely gentleman at the window helping us, answered all our questions, yes everything is made in the house. Potato salad was great and the coleslaw as well. Paying was super easy too, discount was applied. Upon checking in on Yelp I got a "deal", another one, haha, deals just come my way all the time :) I am not complaining. I got a free crafted soda, even thou our helper did not know about this, he went to ask the manager and he came back in less than a minute tellin me I can choose whatever flavor I like. I got the hibiscus orange, wow I really enjoyed it, I've never had crafted soda before. Thanks again Blu team :) we will 100% come back and try more items.

I was so looking forward to my Smoked Chicken from you guys. So after waiting an hour, through Uber Eats, I'm looking at half of the food I ordered. No chicken, but I got the sides How does that even happen????

Carry out only and there is an order kiosk at the front. Out on a cloudy day and they don't have a dine in but sitting out front. I hope that it does not rain!!

Great BBQ. You are missing out if you haven't tried their food. Pork burnt ends were delicious.

Ordered lovekraft bbq lastnight from ubereats and got the buy one get one free half rack of ribs to get a full rack along with a half pound of brisket. Lovekraft bbq is blus bbq. When the food got here there was only 3 ribs instead of a full rack so I called blus only to be yelled at and told they go by weight even though their website says half rack full rack! This is deceptive business practices and they are ripping people off I will never give them business again and I will make sure all review sites know that lovekraft and blus are the same restaurant and they are falsely advertising to get buisness.

Joined a co-worker who had heard about it and tried it because of they hype from David Beckham trying it when Messi was playing in Dallas. All that to say. Newer place, still working out a lot of kinks I think. Slow to order. Slow to get food (it's bbq it's cooked already, shouldn't take 15-20 min for food to come out when there were 4 people eating total at place when we went. My party was 3 of the 4. Brisket was good enough to sell but not their strongest suit. Their burnt ends are probably their signature meat if I were to choose for them. I won't seek out a return but would go back if it were where my group landed on.

Best brisket I've ever eaten. We now compare everyone else's brisket to the standard of Blu's. It's like butter in your mouth. I would recommend organizing the front so online orders and in person orders have clear directions where to stand in line or wait. Otherwise good.

Wow!!!! I am so grateful for yelp was ordering on uber eats and noticed all of the reviews. I will not be eating her. I can not believe some of the responses back from owner. You do display an half an order ribs buddy. You asked a customer who spent her money to check her glasses. Ruido asf! You falsed advertised because the half or of ribs was on my cart. Not to mention the uncooked sandwich that you handed off to someone after seemingly ignoring them. It'sand easy pasy for me.

They might have good food, you simply can't get to the food! They need more employees or a better system. I'm going to Lockhart in Plano where they have enough staff to support customers. Blue's was great when the first opened, not now. After Blu's responded I tried to call the restaurant. I could not understand the person who answered. I also do not understand their written response. I wish Blu's all the best.

Went pretty early around 6.30 pm.This lovely establishment does not take orders by phone or does answer any calls.There is no way you can place an order online or by phone without going to the place and having a pre-made list (in case you want to look at the menu and order ask any questions rather than a kiosk)and speak with the guy once he opens the window. At 6.30pm.on a Thursday and they were almost out of everything. I asked for Pork belly burnt ends and they were out.I asked for a pound of pork ribs,Half of a chicken and two sides and it costed me $40. I got dry ribs possibly made in the afternoon and stone cold bbq beans and loaded beans from the previous night and old chicken with blood drippping from the half cooked marrow which was refrigeratory cold So much for the hype.I am positive this place is going down the hill. Update : I have sent the following questions to the manager and waiting for him to respond: Zach let me make clear of the following points: 1I visited on a Thursday not yesterday.It was an auto typo when I put in the review and I have corrected it. 2.I am eating chicken for 40 years and I know the difference between bone marrow blood and half-cooked marrow with dripping blood. 3.Your phone has no option of speaking to a real person you can check it again. 4.You have not addressed the concerns about stale sides and dry ribs. in your reply.Once you address it I can call you

I've been here several times and ordered the chicken half, chicken wings, rib tips, ribs, and mac. The smoked chicken wings lacked flavor but the smoked chicken half was large in size full of flavor. I absolutely loved the rib tips but the pork ribs didn't have enough flavor. I wasn't a fan of the of the mac due to once again, flavor. All in all I would definitely reccomend the meats and bbq sauce.

This place is so bad it poses as another restaurant on Uber Eats called Lovecraft BBQ...same address...look it up. I branched out and ordered from them as a birthday lunch and the brisket was like actual cardboard that you had to rip apart with your hands. I was appalled and gave it to my dog. Ribs were okay. Overall it's a disgrace for Texas BBQ.

I usually use DoorDash. Blu has the best looking sandwich. Check it out. But when I went on the Doordash website, there were about 80 menu items. None resembled the picture posted. So I spent 40 minutes going through the website to find that sandwich. I don't think it exists. So then I got desperate and I called the store which took 20 minutes to get through so now I've spent an hour. I asked spoke to an employee who is incredibly rude, and wouldn't place an order for me because sounding man and he told me the company doesn't use Doordash and he has no idea what I'm talking about. I had about $80 on DoorDash to have delivered to my family for a party only to be told that they have no idea what Doordash does

I've been driving by every day and had today stop. I ordered Slab of ribs, the Dino rib, beef burnt ends, pork burnt ends, Mac and cheese and some collard greens. Everything was soooooo good. After my first order I asked what else I should have ordered and they let me try the pork burnt ends and the chicken wings. Service was excellent. I about died in my seat trying those burnt ends. So I did make two orders. You won't be disappointed, don't drive by here without giving them a try!

The only reason this does not get five stars from me is because you have to stand outside in the heat and mosquitoes to pick up your food! That being said, the brisket is the best I have ever had! And I've had some great barbecue in my life. We will be back again and again and again, probably a lot when the weather is cooler.

Unsafe situation occurred in the parking lot here. Specifically a verbal altercation. I asked for a refund, the owner then called my personal cell for an explanation. My cell phone was supplied for order updates only.

So this is our 4th time getting the Brisket smash burger. The first two times, it was great. The third time, it didn't taste as good. We thought it was just a bad night. The picture is from last week. The burger has shrunk each time, but this was ridiculous. It didn't use to look like this, which is why we kept coming back. I called the restaurant. The person that answered was combative. He says maybe the meat is dense, so that's why it looks small. I didn't argue and said that we won't be back. They could care less. Maybe this is the reason there used to be a line to get food there and there was 1 person on a Friday night.

Foods you know pretty good, but over priced and they're always out of everything.... just weird vibes

Well, I'm gonna be honest with you, I've been to this place over the years and it's been fantastic. tonight it was some of the worst barbecue I've ever had. Starting with the sweet tea that was watered down beyond belief, the sausage was steamed, not cooked on the flame the pork ribs were cooked so long ago that they re-steamed them. The original group that I knew that ran that place are long gone and it's clear this group doesn't have a clue outside of trying to make a profit. The street corn was nothing more than frozen corn on the cob with a bunch of mayonnaise, I was starving. Ate very little and threw it out. Eat there at your own peril.

Absolutely love this place. Best BBQ around town. Try it out you won't regret it. I love this braised and ribs.

We placed a large order of prime brisket for a get together with family, it was delicious, tender and definitely a repeat. The only thing we all did not like was the beef jalapeño sausage, the color texture and flavor was way off. Next time we will try their pork sausage and see if it's better.

Food is too pricey for the portions!! They should not charge for xtra sauce $$! Get outta here top 5 bbq in dallas ??? You can not place a order online and pay cash ???? Dumbest system ever seen !!!!! Then when you call to place a order you are pushed to order online when you call not very helpful flavor was good employees are nice but definitely will not go back price point is not accurate with portions

We had eaten Blu's BBQ in the past and been pleased with the food. We ordered a meal through Ubereats and when it arrived we were stunned. The sliced beef was largely sliced fat. We were also missing the pickles and onions. We called Blu's and they told us that we had to go through Ubereats to get a refund because "Blu's doesn't get any money." If we wanted to come to the restaurant that night, they would give us a replacement meal. The only hitch was that they were closing in 10 minutes and there would be no way to get there in time. They would not offer that replacement meal the next day. There was absolutely no shred of remorse that we had received such a poor meal. We don't plan to repeat our business with Blu's.

You have to get you some Blu's Barbecue! We had brisket and jalapeño cheddar sausage and it was delicious! This place needs to be a contender for best bbq in Texas. ...And the banana pudding was great too!

The best BBQ in Dallas!!! service is outstanding!!! my favorite is sliced brisket sandwich; they put a great amount of meat and it's moist! so good!

DO NOT order this food!!! Customers service is horrible!! I order food thur Uber eats and did not receive my order correctly. I contacted Uber Eats but was told I need to contact the merchant so I did. Employee told me no refund or replacement can be done! I paid for 2 half chickens and 2 cornbread casserole that I did not receive. Never would I ever chose this place again!!!

The food was amazing and on point! The portions are large and they have a great variety on the menu. I enjoyed eating outside at the covered table areas. The guys preparing and serving the food are so kind! Blu's is definitely on my list as one of my fav restaurants.

I had told my husband I wanted to some BBQ while we were in Dallas. Didn't have a car so we couldn't go try a lot of places and we also had a little one that's sleeping patterns were off so found Blu's BBQ on Uber Eats. It did take awhile for us to get the food because of where we were at. I liked how everything was separated. The BBQ sauce was in a separate container as well as the coleslaw which we appreciated. We did have to heat up everything again. We were nervous since typically that looses flavor. To our surprise everything was so good still. We both got their chopped brisket sandwich with coleslaw and spicy BBQ sauce. Mac n Cheese, smoked beans, pumpkin spice corn bread. The buns used for the sand which was perfect. Nice and soft. BBQ sauce spicy esa level was spot on and just what I was looking for. I loved the beans. They were so flavorful. Loved the pieces of sausage it had. The mac and cheese was good. Mac and Cheese is always hit or miss for me. I also think it's based on preference. I like creamy, cheesy Mac and cheese and this was not that but still good. My husband loves corn bread and we always have to get it when a BBQ spot has it. We both were intrigued by pumpkin. It was really good and you were able to taste the pumpkin and corn bread. Overall good and we both were glad we got food from Blu's BBQ.

Brisket was dry, large man in a red t shirt was rude as they come! Asked for a flat cut brisket sandwich and he said what? I told him it was the lean part of the brisket. He said I guess so. I have no idea how this place stays open with poor quality and really poor attitudes! I've work as a Corporate Chef for several companies across the US For over 30 years. i do know the restaurant business. This is as bad as I've ever seen! Good luck, your going to need it!

Blu's BBQ is hands down some of the best BBQ I've ever had. The pulled pork was incredibly tender, the brisket was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and the sides--especially brisket chili--were spot on. The service was friendly, they offered samples of nearly every meat and the atmosphere was perfect. If you're a BBQ fan, don't miss this place!
