I am SO glad I tried this place out today! It was fantastic! The service and the food were excellent. The peach cobbler French toast and the chicken & waffles were delicious. I also got an orange juice and an iced mocha latte which were perfect. They have very good coffee. The home fries that I ordered on the side were also amazing. You have to try this place out! I cannot wait to come back and try more items. It’s in walking distance of my apartment too which is perfect. New Center really needed a place like this!!! I am a huge fan!!

I love this place! It’s so great the food! People are nice. Food was fast. I love the cinnamon rolls too. The Oreo French toast is INCREDIBLE! Yum! The place is so clean and the atmosphere is so cool. Thank you so much

This place was incredible! Food was 10/10 ! The whole family enjoyed all the dishes , including the little children who are usually picky . We’ve found our new favourite brunch spot . This place has a really tasty variety , our family was super impressed and left happy . Service was also exceptional . Beautiful and modern place too !

The food was delicious at a good portion size for the price. Customer service was excellent. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The dining area was comfortable. This restaurant is a must visit if you’re in the area visiting the DIA.

Boulevard Brunch House was a great find for my husband and our friends. We went there on a late Saturday afternoon and found it to be very enjoyable. The food was great and came out quickly. They may need one or two others on their wait-staff to assist customers because we came in and were greeted nicely but afterwards, we had some questions about items on the menu (just wanted to know what certain things were). And at times the wait staff was busy doing other needed things, which is important. But overall, this is a great spot!

What a wonderful quick service brunch spot with delicious food. We ordered at the countern and enjoy table seating. It was the perfect spot to eat before enjoying the Motown Museum. We ordered the Avocado Toast, Corn-beef Hash dish, cheesy grits, and beef bacon. Lots of dairy free and egg free options

Food was INSANE. Definitely going to be coming again. Great seating by the window with plants, got so much work done AND had some of the best food I’ve had in a minute at the same time. Definitely recommend for anyone to walk in and give it a try.

Food was great and the staff was so nice! The batata harra was especially tasty. I had the shrimp and grits and I enjoyed them.
