"A new brunch spot has landed in a 3,000-square-foot space in the city’s New Center area. Diners can take in brunchy classics with a halal twist, such as bacon made with beef or turkey, a za’atar grilled cheese sandwich, a Lebanese-inspired omelet filled with sujuk, and labneh toast topped with avocado, radish, dill, za’atar, and lemon zest. I loved my experience at BLVD Brunch House! This is a new restaurant that opened last year. We came on a Sunday afternoon and it was packed - definitely recommend making a reservation! Luckily we were seated right away. I enjoyed my chicken and waffles, but the pancakes were the star of the show! I also loved their strawberry lemonade. Prices are great and service is very friendly!

BEST. BRUNCH. EVER. Literally the tastiest and crunchiest chicken and waffles. By far shocked by the menu variety and unique options. Salmon bacon was new and tasted fantastic. Plenty of options for everyone. Got to meet the owner and he was so charismatic and kind. Always attentive and walking around helping/talking to customers just as much as servers. PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE !!!!!!

I am SO glad I tried this place out today! It was fantastic! The service and the food were excellent. The peach cobbler French toast and the chicken & waffles were delicious. I also got an orange juice and an iced mocha latte which were perfect. They have very good coffee. The home fries that I ordered on the side were also amazing. You have to try this place out! I cannot wait to come back and try more items. It’s in walking distance of my apartment too which is perfect. New Center really needed a place like this!!! I am a huge fan!!

Tried BLVD Brunch House on Grand Blvd in Detroit. It’s a halal restaurant with a nice menu. We tasted some of almost everything. We wanted some wings but they were out. I got the Grandma breakfast, with beef bacon upgraded my pancakes to creme brûlée and a side order of chicken sausages. Wavey Crockett got Classic Breakfast with home fries, sujuk sausages, and a side order of salmon bacon. The inside is nice, comfy and clean. Its seat yourself and a waitress will come and take your order. So my pancakes were delicious without the crème brûlée, 🍮 I’m not a fan of the hard sugar on my pancakes. My eggs were cooked how I asked good. The beef bacon was good but I prefer mines cooked harder. The sujuk sausage is beef and it has a good flavor but it’s dry. They told us it will be off the menu soon. They let us substitute for more chicken sausage instead. The salmon bacon is slices of skin on salmon. It’s has a nice smoked flavor with a crunchy skin texture that peels off. The star of the show was the chicken sausages. I’ve never had a chicken sausages that taste so good you thought

What a perfectly Detroit-feeling place; the flawless intermingling of two cultural comfort food traditions (Arab and Soul food) is absolutely ideal for our city, and the execution is perfect. An incredible menu, delicious food, professional and very friendly service. The only complaint I have is that the seating is terrible. I ain't gonna lie: Detroiters are often bigger people. We like our food, we like to eat, we are big people... but the chairs in this place are actively hostile to bigger folks; narrow metal seats with bars that cut into your thighs and torso, and those horrible metal stools with tiny little seats (you know the ones). If they improved the seating to be less painful, five stars all the way. The food and service were top-tier, and the bathrooms were very clean and neat.

10/10 everything was fantastic and the customer service was so perfect the staff are super nice. The food was delicious my favorite was the peach cobbler French toast , and the Oreo French toast. So many things to try, I can’t wait to stop in again. Today was my first time trying buffalo cauliflower wings and I must say it surprised me of how much it really taste like chicken

I had to stop eating to write a review because this place is 10/10!!! The food and service are excellent 👌🏼. We ordered the Key Lime Pie French Toast and the Corned Beef Hash, both are so delicious and great portions. We will be back for sure!! Thank you BLVD for the great experience! 😁

Google
Their pancakes are probably the best I've had in a while. Made from scartch, not over/under cooked, with the right amount of toppings. The omelets are made fresh, and cooked to perfection. Definitely a place to visit more often. Expect a longer wait on weekends, but worth the wait

Yelp
Cozy, clean vibe perfect for brunch. My cousins a friend and I stopped by after hearing good things. Our waitress was friendly, but we ended up waiting quite a while for our food. After asking, we were told there was a large group ahead of us. The dining room was nearly empty aside from that group, us, and one other family, so maybe they were short-staffed. Either way, the wait was longer than I'd prefer. Thankfully, the food made up for it. I had the grits and the sujuk croissant. The grits were great, but the croissant had a tomato paste-like spread that didn't quite work for my palate. My cousin Samantha had the crème brûlée French toast and grilled cheese with tomato soup--and yes, I had more than a few bites of that French toast. So good! Zeek ordered the CBLT with fried chicken, and Andres got the classic chicken and waffles. I'm big on lattes, and theirs tasted like Christmas in a cup, comforting and full of flavor. Despite the wait, the good food and friendly staff won me over. Plus, it gave us plenty of time to catch up. I'd give it another shot!

Yelp
Omg what a hidden gem! From the start Rinna was an excellent waitress! Very knowledgeable about the menu. We went here for a girls brunch. We ordered a little of everything! First my favorite was the sojuk croissant. The flavor was middle eastern. So flavorful! Next the Ashta pancakes- we're so good! There were plenty to share with us and probably a fourth person. The creme brulee waffles were beautifully plated and tasted just as good! The peach cobbler French toast was amazing. The chicken came with chicken strips instead of wings which made it juicer! Like I said we shared everything and there wasn't anything left! The waffles were fluffy the fries were cubed and crispy on the outside but soft on the outside which was great! There is plenty of seating and parking is manageable. I def would recommend this spot if you want excellent food!

Yelp
Here is the thing- all the reviews complaining about the slow service are true. It took forever to get plain waffles (they ran out of whipped cream...how??) and a simple breakfast platter. Food was def good. It's a nice clean place with good people but I feel there are places with just as good food and better service.

Yelp
The music was better than the food and service. I order bacon, eggs, potatoes and pancakes. The pancakes taste sour. When I ordered a coffee the spoon was bought out without a napkin and handed to me by the server. The serve did not have a sense of urgency or any personality or optimism. I was not impressed and will not visit again.
