had an extremely disturbing and unacceptable experience at Blue Mondays in Hollywood.
My friend and I waited in line for several minutes to use the restroom while watching other groups enter together with no issue. When we exited the bathroom, two male staff/security members immediately cornered us in the hallway. They began watching us closely, then proceeded to grab me, ridicule us, call us names, and physically drag us out of the venue, claiming we were not allowed to go into the restroom together — despite having just allowed multiple other groups to do the same moments earlier.
We were not causing any disturbance, had not broken any rules, and had never interacted with these men before. Being cornered, touched, and forcibly removed by two men as two young women was intimidating, inappropriate, and completely unprofessional.
Management should immediately review the security camera footage from the hallway outside the bathrooms at the time this occurred, as it will clearly show how we were approached, grabbed, verbally harassed, and removed without justification.
This matter is now being handled by my lawyers as sexual harassment and improper conduct by staff/security.
The behavior displayed raises serious concerns about guest safety, discrimination, and harassment within this establishment. Until this is properly addressed and accountability is taken, I would not recommend this venue to anyone.
