Dock & dine destination for seafood with Latin flair & outdoor seating overlooking the harbor.
"If the thought of wearing pants or paying $20 for a burger makes you frown, then you might want to try Boater’s Grill. The casual restaurant is located inside the gorgeous Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park and they also just expanded with a new outdoor bar called The Cleat. Now they’ve got plenty of picnic tables where you can watch the sun go down and drink cocktails in one of Miami’s prettiest parks. Just a head’s up: there is an entrance fee to get into the park, but it’s worth it. Come early and make a day out of it." - ryan pfeffer
"Before setting out to explore, head to the park’s No Name Harbor for a lunch of whole red snapper or lobster in Creole sauce at Boater’s Grill."
"We could pick you up, blindfold you, and drop you at Boater’s Grill, and you’d probably think you were in the Keys, not Miami. And you’d be half right. This place is located inside Key Biscayne’s Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park, sitting next to a quiet cove where you might possibly befriend a manatee. Stick to the standard fried seafood here and some beer if you’re in the mood. Admission to the park is $4-8 if you’re coming in a car, but that is a small price to pay for potentially meeting a manatee." - Ryan Pfeffer
