The Best Boba Shops in NYC - New York - The Infatuation

"We go to this popular West Coast mini-chain whenever we need to get out of a boba rut. Boba Guys has two NYC locations with some unique menu options, like the signature layered strawberry matcha latte, dirty horchata boba, and Korean banana milk boba, which uses homemade banana jam as the base. Plentiful oat milk options make this a particularly good choice if you’re a plant-based person. Boba Guys has smaller shops with a modern aesthetic (think white subway tiles and natural wood), and little or no seating—so plan to grab your drink and take it to go." - molly fitzpatrick, carina finn koeppicus

Google
I recommend trying their milk teas or matcha and hojicha drinks, especially the classic black or jasmine green milk tea, or the strawberry matcha latte. If you're getting a fruit fresca, I suggest lowering the sugar level. My only complaint is the paper straw, it tends to get soggy and lose structure, especially if you take your time with your drink.

Syl

Google
I do not recommend. It was tasteless, might as well have ordered water with Boba. And they only do iced bubble tea. Second time giving this place a try and it’s still a disappointment.

Google
terrible packaging, cannot get any of the boba with this flimsy paper straw and sharp lid. the strawberry syrup is rly bad too it is just sugar

Google
Decent drink selection (from matcha lattes, milk tea, to regular iced tea) and topping options. Not much to say about astmosphere (lack of seating overall just a small spot) designed for pickup with a corner selling merch. My drink was quite flavorful and the boba was good and chewy, but even nicer; the staff - very attentive/helpful and just friendly.

Daniel Chen

Google
Good location, clean store. But the menu is a bit confusing. Ordered a passion fruit hibiscus fruit drink. Tasted fine, lots of ice.

Taylor Snipes

Google
The Strawberry Jasmine tea might be one of the best boba teas I’ve ever had. The lychee is a close second! Both are super refreshing and incredible. Boba guys does it right and they are super quick. I love the ability to customize everything from hot or cold to the level of sweetness.

Google
Employees were nice and service was good. But the drink was very underwhelming. I got the matcha mango and there was not a hint of mango. The matcha was also pretty subtle. The tapioca was good though.

Google
got the banana milk coffee, it was good but not great

Yelp
Indulging in the vibrant atmosphere of the Red Bull Culture Clash at Greenpoint, Brooklyn, I eagerly joined the queue for Boba Guys, and let me tell you, the wait was worth every minute. As the sun beat down, their Strawberry Matcha Boba proved to be an oasis of refreshment in the sweltering heat. Though I typically lean towards popping boba, I was pleasantly surprised by the soft, warm tapioca pearls that adorned my drink. Freshly made and perfectly proportioned, they mingled flawlessly with the earthy richness of the Matcha, crafted with creamy oat milk. The friendly staff, patient and knowledgeable, guided me through their menu with warmth and expertise, ensuring a delightful experience from start to finish. With a picturesque view of the Manhattan skyline as my backdrop at Culture Clash, I savored every sip. I would definitely recommend checking out Boba Guys!

Yelp
I used to go to Boba Guys located in Canal Street Market at 265 Canal St, New York, NY, but since it has closed down and I moved to RI I don't really get Boba Guys. So when I saw a Boba Guys located at 145 Greene St (entrance on Houston), I had to get it and plus my friend and I were waiting in line for an event at Shopify. There are now only two Boba Guys locations in NY - Soho and Nolita. Through Boba Guys website, I used Square to order ahead. I ordered the strawberry matcha latte and my friend got the white peach jasmine fresca. On the web page, it said my order will be ready for pickup at 12:55 PM and around that time I saw it say that the order was ready. However, when I headed to the store it was not ready. I waited for about an additional 15 minutes. It was quite busy on Saturday around 12:30pm. There were 2 employees working. One was busy making drinks and taking orders, while the other was just focused on making drinks. The store is quite small so it can feel very crowded with lots of people ordering and waiting for their drinks. There are no tables or seats. The strawberry matcha latte is Boba Guys signature and most popular drink. It was a really long time since I had Boba Guys and the strawberry matcha latte was as good as I remember it to be. The strawberry matcha latte has premium-grade matcha and housemade strawberry puree. The boba could have been a little fresher though. The White Peach Jasmine Fresca was refreshing and it blends the delicate sweetness of white peaches with the fragrant allure of jasmine green tea. The drinks satisfied our thirst. The 16oz iced Strawberry Matcha Latte was $7.45, which includes the additional $0.85 for boba. The 16oz iced White Peach Jasmine Fresca was $6.45, which includes the additional $0.85 for boba.

Yelp
I came here on the recommendation of a friend to try their strawberry matcha latte. I was not disappointed. The fruity strawberry flavour and the earthy matcha flavour went together very well. It reminded me of the Royal Number 9 Tea from the Alley. The boba is also very chewy and soft. Overall, a knock-out! One thing to note is that there is no formal seating--only a slim bench to sit on while waiting for your drinks.

Yelp
My friend and I decided to get some boba and we wanted to try Boba Guys for the first time. After entering the shop, my first impression was "Oh wow. It's quite small." There were only 2 employees working, and because it's a pretty small shop, you can see how they make the drinks. After viewing the menu for some time, my friend and I decided on Thai Tea with Boba and Strawberry Matcha Latte with Boba, respectively. As soon as I saw the Strawberry Matcha Latte, I was impressed with how beautiful it looks! We soon took our first sip of the drinks and YUMMM, it was so delicious that we finished it within 15 minutes! I would definitely order from here again!

Yelp
I recall having boba guys a while back when they first opened in nyc but it's been a while since I've gone back. This time I came back because I saw their seasonal drinks and really wanted to try them! I ordered the ube latte with boba and the pandan caramel matcha latte with boba. The drinks are a bit pricey at boba guys and both came out to be around $17. The taste of the drinks were great but the boba topping was so disappointing. The boba was a bit too hard and pretty tasteless. I had higher expectations for boba guys and was so sad that the boba was just not good which ruined the overall drink. My pandan drink cup was also super sticky and made my hands all sticky. This shop is quite small so other than a small bench there is no additional seating. If you're looking for a sit down cafe I wouldn't recommend this spot as it's set up to be more like a to-go spot.

Corliss K.

Yelp
I'm not a boba fanatic, but I definitely can spot a good place when I try one! I've had boba guys in LA and in NYC and I think it's one of the better quality boba places in the city. I usually order one of the seasonal specials or go with a classic milk tea. It tends the hit the spot when you really need a boba fix. I think they could land on the sweeter side compared to some other shops, but that can be adjusted. This location is more of a grab and go place since there isn't much seating, but you could walk around SoHo and enjoy the walk while drinking something.

Yelp
As an avid fan of banana milk , I knew I had to try the Boba version of Korean Banana milk. After trying it three times across 3 different locations, I am happy to report it is now my favorite thing on the menu! The drink is made with a homemade banana jam combined with oat milk, which makes the drink both dairy and caffeine free. The drink has a very strong sweet banana flavor which I appreciated. I also tried the Strawberry Matcha Latte (their signature drink!) and the Rose Black Tea (not pictured), both of which were very good as well! Their American-made boba is both soft and chewy, just the perfect boba texture. Now I'm just waiting for them to open a location in Texas...

Yelp
After hearing much praise about Boba Guys, my visit was, unfortunately, a letdown. The ambiance was promising with its modern decor and welcoming vibe. However, the service fell short of my expectations. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not particularly attentive, which might have been a one-off situation, but it significantly affected my experience. The main issue was the boba itself. I ordered their classic milk tea with boba, expecting the high quality they're known for. Sadly, the tea was bland, lacking the rich, robust flavor I anticipated. Worse, the boba pearls were not the chewy, tender consistency you'd hope for; they were unevenly cooked, some hard in the middle and others too mushy. Given the premium prices, I expected much more in terms of both product and service. There are numerous other boba shops that offer better quality drinks and a more satisfying experience at a lower cost. Based on this visit, I don't plan to return to Boba Guys or recommend it to others. It's disappointing when a popular spot doesn't live up to the hype.

Yelp
My gf and I are walking around SOHO shopping in the beaming hot sun and I felt a little thirsty. We set a way point to Starbucks on google maps and somehow encountered Boba Guys. During this time, I thought Boba Guys was shutdown but apparently they do have a location. It was my first time trying boba guys during that day. I got their famous strawberry matcha latte and my gf got the lychee oolong. The strawberry matcha latte tasted very rich, and milky. The strawberry adds sweetness to cut the heavy richness from the match and milk that gives a balanced flavor with every sip. The lychee oolong is sweet and refreshing. The oolong gives a hint of savoriness to the drink. I highly recommend it!

Yelp
I was on my way to get a smoothie, and I stumbled upon boba guys. I had never tried it before and could never find one close enough to work. You know I got to check it out. I wanted to try everything, but at $7-8/drink, let's take it one day at a time :) Also, all that sugar isn't healthy, right? So I asked for their recommendations, and they did recommend their famous strawberry matcha latte. I'm not a fan of fruity flavors mixed into my matcha and milky drinks. I couldn't decide so I was like, why not... I also had it with boba because they are boba guys! Let me tell you, it has the right touch of sweetness and its real strawberries puree. Not strawberry syrup. It sweeten the drink perfectly and it was very refreshing on a hot summer day. Now, my opinion has changed about fruity matcha

Yelp
This Korean Banana Milk from the cute and quaint tea shop, Boba Guys, is their personal take on Korea's boxed Banana Milk, and it did NOT disappoint! Made with all-natural, housemade banana jam and paired with oat milk, it's the perfect beverage if you're looking for a sweet, creamy, dairy-free and caffeine-free alternative that packs a punch of flavor. The large 24oz cost $6.95 and by the time I added boba I realized it added up to $8 and some change + an optional tip, so not the cheapest. However, as far as city prices go that's pretty average. I loved how I could distinctly taste the banana flavor but it wasn't so much that it was overbearing. It filled me up to the point that by dinner time I was nearly full, so it made me feel better about the price I paid for one drink. Service was quick and friendly too. Overall, I would recommend it!

Yelp
Super delicious passion fruit boba! Boba was super soft and chewy. Passion fruit tea was super refreshing and delicious. You taste the passion fruit tea flavors. There is nothing artificial tasting, which I really appreciate.

Yelp
I used to love boba guys, but that was a long time ago prior to them closing and reopening during the pandemic. When I heard that Boba Guys had reopened, I was really excited to have it again, but was disappointed by what I got. I used to always love their matcha strawberry drinks, so I tried their matcha blueberry (I believe it was seasonal) and the flavor just was not great and the boba was not the perfectly qq texture you would expect of it. I also tried the banana milk boba and it was sickly sweet and tasted very much like caramel instead of the typical Korean banana milk flavor it was inspired by.
google avatar

Susan C.

Yelp
Given the effects of covid on various boba tea shops and locations, I was worried when I heard some Boba Guys' locations had closed, glad to see this one's still around. A pretty small place, enough room for about 5-6 to stand inside while placing and waiting for orders, with a small two-seat bench against the wall. Their bubbles are some of the best in the city, chewy and not too sweet, also made in the US. You can choose sugar levels in your tea like most other places these days. While their tea options aren't as extensive as some other spots, I like their horchata. It's on the sweeter side, but it's a cold rice milk and cinnamon concoction that can hit the spot on a hot summer's day.
google avatar

Mandisa N.

Yelp
I was honestly thrown off when I ordered banana milk and received a latte looking drink. It tasted like slightly overripe banana milk with cinnamon - which isn't bad just wasn't what I was expecting. Of course, this is probably all natural, so if that's your sort of thing, I'm sure you'll enjoy this drink! I thought it was good, again not what I'm used to or wanted so I won't be getting it again. I am open to trying other drinks on their menu and will be sure to update when I do :)

Yelp
Boba Guys is my favorite boba, so I always stop if I'm anywhere near one. We went to the other location in NYC and weren't able to get them to make our drink right, but luckily this one was able to redeem it. My husband and I got Blueberry Corn Milk and Thai Tea. The Blueberry Corn Milk was seasonal which makes me sad because it's hands down my favorite drink I've had of theirs. The Thai Tea was good, but I wouldn't say it's one of my favorite drinks there. It wasn't quite as strong as I would expect a Thai tea to be. I'll be back here next time I'm in NYC!
google avatar

Anthony T.

Yelp
Boba Guys is one of the very few restaurants I must return to and and every time I'm in New York City and after you try it I think you'll understand why. I think they have the best boba in the world and I'm certain it's because they make it fresh, in-house daily. Their flavors are unique and delicious. I think Boba Guys can do no wrong.
google avatar

Kio C.

Yelp
I tried the dirty horchata drink with almond jelly and it was really good. The cinnamon taste in the horchata wasn't super strong which is good for me because I'm not a huge fan. The coffee taste brought out the horchata sweetness but it wasn't too overwhelming. The almond jelly was a nice touch -- it's like pudding but almond flavored. My friend got the banana milk and he really liked it. He said there's a strong banana taste. It smelled delicious. I like that they have a kiosk to order from so the workers can focus on just making the drinks. Service was quick and they have one bench to sit on while you wait.
google avatar

Anna N.

Yelp
Great location for an afternoon pick me up after shopping in SoHo! The store itself is on the smaller side with no seating. The store was very cleans and service was fast and friendly. The drinks are a bit on the pricier side and can be sweet. Make sure that you adjust your sweetness and sign up for rewards to get the most out of each drink experience. Would come back anytime I am in SoHo!
google avatar

Gennie L.

Yelp
boba guys definitely lives up to its hype. i got the classic black bubble tea. it was pretty sweet, but the boba was super fresh and chewy. they have a ton of options on their menu - from hojicha to ube latte to lychee oolong. they have caffeine and caffeine free options. most of their drinks are 16 oz or 24 oz, and between $5 and $8. they also have super cute apparel. customer service is excellent - the baristas are very nice and friendly. overall rating: 10/10

Crystale Y.

Yelp
Decided to stop by since we passed by it on our way to somewhere else and was craving boba. This place is pretty hyped up and was excited to try. I was a bit disappointed as I felt like it fell short in taste. Didn't think it was anything special to come out of your way for. It's cute for instagram pictures but thats about it. There are better boba places in the area and I would probably not come back again.
google avatar

Vanessa L.

Yelp
TDLR: DO NOT GET THE UBE LATTE I tried Boba Guys a few times in the past when they had their three old NYC locations. Their drinks are gentrified and pricey so I don't usually get boba from here. Even most internationals from China/Taiwan do not get boba from here. This time I decided to give BG another shot as I saw that they reopened in NYC with a "new and improved" menu. I ordered their specialty drink, ube latte, thinking it would be a safe choice but this is by far THE WORST drink I've ever had. I immediately spat out my drink after the first sip. There was no "ube" flavor. Just some weird chai/pumpkin spice syrup mixed with milk. It literally tasted like I was drinking melted candle wax from Bath and Body Works. I usually try to be fair with these reviews and support Asian owned businesses but this drink was straight up offensive and disrespectful to the Asian community.
google avatar

Aya E.

Yelp
Ordered: 16 oz Korean Banana Milk (~$6): all-natural, house made banana jam, paired with Oatly oat milk Aya's take: Boba Guys is finally back in NYC after 2 years of being affected by the pandemic! I stopped by even before their grand opening and glad I did as there were no lines. I've had many other drinks from Boba Guys before but decided to try something new with the Korean Banana Milk. It is super sweet, creamy, with real banana flavor. Well-made and delicious!
google avatar

Emily N.

Yelp
Boba guys is always consistent with their drinks. I love how the boba tasted and the drink had the perfect mix of strawberry and matcha! Overall recommend!

Jehan J.

Yelp
Me and my friend went for their soft opening hours. She's been raving abt this place for the longest and after trying it I get it. They have really cool flavors and they taste well made. I was deciding between the dirty Korean banana milk boba and the black sugar hojicha, which was the one I ended up getting. I really really liked it as it was not too sweet and there was a good depth in flavor. My friend got a strawberry matcha which was also nice. Shout out to the person who offered us a free drink cause the person before hand was complaining about getting the wrong drink even though she actually got what she ordered lol. And it just so happened that it was a dirty banana boba drink :3 talk about fate Fyi the banana milk one was very interesting. It had different levels of flavor that made it stand out from just being banana milk. I would not order it myself regularly unless I was sharing it or really craving it cause it was very filling and I'm not the biggest banana fan but for those who like banana I recommend. I could see myself craving this every now and then. Only negative that I would have to say i guess was the price but in today's day and age, boba is pretty expensive now. And for boba guys I'd say it's actually really worth it when you wanna indulge on some good boba.
google avatar

Cathy D.

Yelp
Jasmine milk tea was good overall. Jasmine flavor was a bit weak. Rating: 3.5/5 Classic black bubble tea was okay. The black tea flavor profile was a bit lacking. Rating: 3/5 If you like your milk tea to be moderately sweet, I recommend 75% sweetness. If you prefer light sweetness, I recommend 50%. The boba is house-made, soft, and chewy, and I'd recommend it.
google avatar

Vivene M.

Yelp
Bubble tea was okay I had the hibiscus tea. Came out very fast. Service was cool , the place was very small.

Yelp
After years of enjoying Boba Guys in the SF Bay Area, I was excited to try out the Boba Guys in NYC. The SOHO location is small and is standing room only, but the interior decor is very similar to the SF locations. Drinks are all standardized so there were no surprises here. I expected the same level of quality as in SF since the prices are even slightly higher than in SF, though I was severely disappointed. The boba was undercooked and the flavors of the milk tea was just a little lacking. Mixing the drink could not save it as it was just overall bad. It looked nice enough for photos though.
google avatar

Susan L.

Yelp
Honestly so glad that boba guys are back in nyc!! Came here on a weekday afternoon and no wait! I was so excited to get their Strawberry Fresca with boba and it didn't disappoint. Strawberry Fresca; 4.5/5; their strawberry was so fresh and sweet. The whole drink was just super refreshing. Their boba also didn't disappoint because it was chewy and flavorful! Service; 4/5; their service was also very attentive, they answered whatever questions without an attitude and that's a plus! Honestly, I would come back here for their boba and welcome back as always!

Yelp
My go to spot in the area for my caffeine fix. I don't actually get boba toppings in my beverage but Ive tried it a few times and they're definitely made right. Fresh boba with a gelatinous texture, complement chew for your drinks. For those that never had boba guys before, I'd probably recommend you the strawberry or the horchata drink. My go to is a matcha latte w. oat millk, no toppings. They always make it right at this location, rich matcha, creamy oat milk with recommended 50% sweetness, always hit the spot. It's very convenient for me to order ahead for pick up. You may also order in store with the staff or order via the kiosk in front. Lines do form at this location during some prime hours. Lines do go out the door, it's a small interior inside with only 2 seats on a bench.
google avatar

Nuvdeep D.

Yelp
Can't go wrong with boba guys when craving boba. Small location but great staff and quick service. Drinks are always a hit.
google avatar

Marina C.

Yelp
Came here and got the pandan caramel matcha with almond jelly! I was pleasantly surprised with the caramel - I thought it would be too sweet but it was a really nice touch. I think the pandan flavor was not very strong and the matcha was pretty overpowering. I thought it was still good but if you wanted a strong pandan flavor you might be disappointed.
google avatar

Jane S.

Yelp
Interesting boba drink menu, not your typical. Friendly and fast service, drinks were good too. Will be back to try other drinks!

Aidan E.

Yelp
I don't know why people like Boba Guys. To me, the boba tastes hard like rocks and the drink doesn't taste like tea. This happened to me once at another location and I thought it was just a dud, like a one-off bad drink, but when this happened again I realized it must just be the product so I guess I just don't like Boba Guys since this seems by-design
google avatar

Elizabeth M.

Yelp
Boba guys is my go to boba spot. The best strawberry matcha in the game. I get mine with oat milk and depending on how I feel, with boba or with aloe or chia seeds. They stay consistent no matter what boba guys location I go to. The shop is small and super cute inside! Service was quick!
google avatar

Nicole D.

Yelp
Was excited that Boba Guys returned to NYC with this new location, presumably with a new partnership/operator than the previous NYC shops that closed. This location is small. There's a small bench but the space doesn't really feel comfortable for staying and having your drink with all the customers coming through. Still can draw some lines, so I tend to order online. Only been a couple of times and my drinks have tasted fine. The employee vibe though has changed and some attitudes are blank and indifferent. I miss the Asian representation that the old NYC stores used to have among its employees. This time around, Boba Guys seems to be on a fast NYC expansion plan with multiple locations already open in Nolita and near Penn Station.
google avatar

Marcos L.

Yelp
This boba drink was not good at all which is very disappointing for me as a regular at Boba Guys, to be frank it wasn't the barista's fault at all I was just trying a new drink which was an extreme step out of my usual comfort strawberry matcha boba. I don't know if there was something off with the espresso? It just tasted a bit burnt and made it all very bitter. Besides this awful drink I had great customer service!
google avatar

Yelp
Yay I'm so happy that Boba Guys returned to NYC! The other day I was raving about Boba Guys to a friend when we were hanging out, and she sent me a picture of the storefront when she passed by it after we went our separate ways. I was seeing another friend the next day so I went to check out the store with her then. I'm happy with the variety of boba drinks but it's a little sad that they took out muscat oolong since it was one of my favorite. I guess Lazy Sundaes still have it on the menu so I could have it there instead. Strawberry matcha latte is a staple and it is a must try. I also tried my friend's horchata for the first time and that was refreshing and I thought it would be a great drink for a hot summer day. I also tried the pink pitaya drink and it was quite interesting. In the beginning, when I took a sip anyways despite that I didn't stir the pink part at the bottom evenly, the combination of the sour flavor of the fruit and the milk felt like I was tasting drinkable yogurt. When I tried it again after stirring the drink until the fruit flavor was evenly dispersed throughout, it tasted more like sweet milk. I think I prefer what I tasted in the beginning, but it's still a solid choice.

Yelp
i'm from the bay area where quality boba reigns supreme. in my 7 months of living in nyc I am yet to find an elite boba shop where the boba itself is perfectly chewy AND sweet. seems like all of the boba shops here just make boba for the sake of having boba instead of actually perfecting their craft. all of of the boba shops here in nyc need to step up their game by cooking the boba with brown sugar or honey, not just with water. hope that helps. I got the korean banana milk, which was great for me bc it automatically came with oatmilk. the boba was a perfect texture, the best texture I have had in the 10+ different shops i have visited so far. the missing element was the sweetness though. hopefully someone sees this review and integrates my advice, especially since Boba Guys is one of the premier boba stops in the city. shoutout to the workers, they were super sweet and accommodating.

Yelp
I would give 0 stars if I could. My gf was here to purchase a drink and the lady was busy sitting down and texting her ignored us for a couple minutes. We were on the way out the door when she finally got to us. We ordered the black milk tea and felt like she she didn't want to be there. She was talking bad about another customer while serving us, which made us feel uncomfortable. No thank you or bye.

Yelp
Happy boba guys has reopened in NYC!!! After a long and hard hiatus, boba guys has reopened in a new location in SoHo. Menu is pretty much the same, the location is just off the side of Greene St and in a smaller location. I tried the strawberry rice milk which was v good and refreshing, just a tad sweet. You can't get any other kind of milk so I would recommend asking to reduce the syrup or something.
google avatar

Willy N.

Yelp
I had to knock off a star because they didn't have any Boba when I visited! The great thing about Boba Guys is they give you so many customization options from different teas and milk alternatives. Black tea with almond milk was my go to on this visit! Very sweet and creamy. Can't wait to go back and try the other flavors!

Yelp
They're back on the east coast! I happened to run into them on a stroll in the city and was shocked to find that they reopened in Soho after 2+ years! As excited as I was to have boba guys again, it didn't taste the same. The boba was fresh as usual but the taste wasn't completely there. I'm curious if it was because they just opened or the boba makers were new. Regardless I would return and give it another shot esp with the strawberry matcha latte.

Yelp
ALWAYS stop in for Boba Guys when you can. They've been my favorite boba spot for years and I am so happy they're back in NYC. Their boba is consistently good; chewy and flavorful. Whatever drink you get, it is consistently good. My favorite right now is the hojicha with black sugar and their Thai tea. My favorite off their old menu was the Hong Kong style milk tea... I'm a little disappointed that it's not on their menu now but I'm hopeful it will be in the near future. Anyway, welcome back boba guys!

Yelp
Boba here was one of the best in NYC. Selection on the menu was very unique, not your basic one-flavor drinks. It was not only instagrammable and aesthetic but very tasty. It's more of a takeout place though - only one bench to sit on and really cramped inside, so just expect to order your drink and not stick around.

Yelp
BOBA GUYS IS BACK! I came across a video on Tik Tok about their soft opening, and I was shoook. It felt like a throwback to when they first had their sneak peek back in 2015. I had to order the jasmine milk tea with 50% sugar which is my go-to drink, and I recommended the strawberry tea fresca to my friend. There will be another location in the Soho area, so please be here to stay!

Yelp
Was so excited to return to boba guys! Boba guys was one of my favorite bubble tea places before the pandemic and I'm so so so glad they are back! I got the dirty banana milk and it was delicious. Really glad they are back and already looking forward to my next visit to Boba guys!

Yelp
I was so excited to learned Boba Guys was back in town however the drinks were a disappointment. Jasmine Green Tea - tea was very bland and although I asked for less ice, the cup was still full of iced. Strawberry Matcha Latte - the strawberry purée was really sweet and the matcha taste wasn't there.

Yelp
Boba Guys recently opened up in their new location. Service was friendly and they really make sure you like it by telling you to let them know if you don't. I had their coffee milk tea with 25% sugar and that was perfect for me. I've tried the hojicha and the strawberry matcha latte prior in their old location and those were good as well.

Yelp
It pains me to say it but really did not enjoy this boba. I got the mint coffee one and the cold brew was just so bitter tasting and had a very small almost unnoticeable minty flavor. It also had way too much cold brew and no almond milk. It's a milk drink so that was really disappointing. I think it would really help if you had a different coffee blend or even use real espresso shots rather than cold brew (which just dilutes and waters down the drink). For over 7 dollars for a small (16 oz) I had higher expectations and left feeling sad. Hope to give this place another go and make an update soon!
