Boba Truck Cafe

My friend recommended me this cafe and i immediately fell in love with it. The drinks are so good, it’s refreshing, enough sweet (i usually order half sweet for milk tea and regular sweet for tea). This photo is peach green tea with boba for a hot afternoon and its one the best 💗 ah and the staff is really friendly, she makes the best drinks 😩💝

Got a Lychee Oolong Tea with boba, boba is perfect?? Tea is delicious, not too sweet but still tasty. They allow adjustments to your tea strength and sugar levels but the default was perfect for me. And super quick!

Tried this boba place for the first time and I am blown away. The mini boba was so good and the perfect texture. The price was great and the tea itself tasted fresh. Will definitely be coming back.

They sell amazing matcha boba milk tea here! It is on their secret menu thought. Offer a rewards program, with double points earned on Thursdays. Boba is gourmet, heavenly delicious, and balances the matcha tea perfectly, so no additional sweetners are really necessary.

Best Boba Spot in Northridge This has been my go-to boba spot in Northridge for almost 7-8 years now. Every time I pass by, I make it a point to stop here. What sets this place apart is the distinct tea flavor in their milk tea. Instead of using pre-made milk tea, they brew the tea fresh for each order and mix it with milk, resulting in a deep and pronounced tea flavor that's hard to find elsewhere. My wife always orders two drinks--one to enjoy the next day--which has become a habit for her. If you're ever in Northridge, I highly recommend stopping by and giving this place a try. The only downside is the small parking lot, which can be a bit inconvenient. However, when it comes to taste, this is hands-down the best boba spot around.

Still coming here after all these years and the quality is still excellent. Noticed my first review was 8 years of this place. I love how they brew each tea fresh and you can definitely taste it! Please consider adding the agar or white boba to the topping menu! Service is great and friendly. It's a small space, but there are tables to sit and chill. I like their new fish aquarium!

I have been their customer for ma years now and still in love with their rose green tea. I've tried it at many different places but Boba truck is still the best. They brew their fresh tea from good quality loose leaf tea, and you can request for stronger tea and less sugar. Their boba is always fresh, good flavor and nice texture, soft and smooth on the outside and chewy on the inside. Price is very affordable compared to other places. Their employees are very nice and friendly. My favorite drinks here is Rose green tea with stronger tea and less sugar and extra boba

What a great treat to have on a hot day. The boba truck was at the Kia Forum in inglewood for three days straight for the Valorant Championship tournament, serving up some amazing flavorful drinks. With or without boba. The service was top notch, and all of the staff was so nice and attentive to your wants and needs. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had, and all I saw was smiling facing from the staff. From ordering your drink to receiving it was about 4 minutes. This truck was pumping out some drinks fast. The prices were spot on $4 for a regular and $6 for a large. With or without boba. They had plenty of flavors to choose from, so everyone had options. Awesome job, and thanks so much for the tasty treats.

I love the Boba Truck. I have been coming to them since they had their truck during the food trucks in Granada Hills. They have the best teas in the valley. Their teas are steeped to perfection and I love adding mini boba to my drinks as well.

One of my favorite things in the world is a good Thai tea and I tend to get them everywhere I go that has them and this is one of the better ones I have tried! I used to get boba from here when they had their truck and now they have their own store front. Woohoo!! Lots of good drink specials all the time and I love that they have different toppings to choose from. They also have a point system with your phone number where you can earn free drinks and other stuff. Don't forget to check in on Yelp for extra points. The staff is so kind here and the drinks come out fast. They have a few tables indoor in case you want to have your drink there or you can get it to go of course. Shared parking lot with other businesses.

I used to come here pretty frequently when they had their location in Woodland Hills! Right on Winnetka and Roscoe which is now a BonBon boba spot. I used to always come by the Granada Hills Food Truck row and get excited seeing their truck there as well! Sad that I haven't seen them there lately but it would be nice to see more boba stuff at that food truck night. Their Honey Green Milk Tea is suuuper good! I can't remember if I've had their classic milk tea but I'll have to try it next time. Also wondering if they have an Earl Grey one. Their boba pearls have great chew to them as well! I may be a bit biased, but this is my favorite place to go. Small quaint business, great employees, very professional. The drinks are awesome. In my opinion. Restroom is very clean. There is a abundance of parking management is also cool.

My favorite boba joint. The almond pudding here is a must . They're always super nice and their teas are flavorful and high quality . They're dairy-free as well!

I used to get the boba truck when they'd pull up right outside of USC on Jefferson. I finally made it to their storefront and it's just as delicious as I remember! I got the jasmine milk tea less sweet with boba and loved everything about it. The tea flavor carries through really well. The boba is also cooked to perfection. The original milk tea was also delicious but I'm coming back here for the jasmine milk tea! My wife ordered the mocha milk tea and enjoyed it as well. Service is top notch! They're really helpful with suggestions so don't be afraid to ask if you're not sure what to get.

I love this place!! I prefer them over other local spots like bon bon/ice bar. They have higher quality teas, especially bc they brew each cup to order. Another feature of theirs i really enjoy is the mini boba!! The owner and employees are all super friendly too! Would highly recommend:)

Still my favorite boba shop in the valley ! Chewy honey boba and freshly brewed authentic tea really make it stand out . I have been a customer for almost 10 years . Quite a few new boba shops have opened in north valley during the past few years. But none of them is on par with the boba truck. I'm a very picky boba tea drinker, and I usually only get boba tea in SGV. Boba truck is simply the best in the valley .

The world's best Boba! I've been coming here for over 10 years and it's by far the best Boba I've ever tasted. Tina and Mike are just incredible and get it right EVERY time. All the teas are hand brewed, so you aren't getting that nasty powder stuff. Lately there's been a new girl there answering the phones and taking orders. Very soft spoken. I forgot her name but she is SO kind and a GREAT addition to the team. She always repeats everything back to me, and makes sure my order is perfect. She's extra polite, and genuinely seems to care about me as a customer. I feel really happy when I see any of these three working. I can't wait to go back again soon! I want to hire them for catering. No other boba place compares.

Jan 8th, 2022 5pm The name of the boba shop is a little misleading. I did some digging and found that they do indeed run a Boba Truck along certain neighborhoods but this is their standalone store. I was happy to find that their menu options included a variety of different tea flavors rather than just mostly pure syrup flavors. I ordered the fuji apple black milk tea with boba and it had the apple flavor which felt infused into the tea and not artificial from a syrup. The boba was chewy and bouncy but did not have any brown sugar or other flavor to it. I would come back to try other unique drinks on their menu such as the Cherry Blossom green milk tea and Japanese Barley green milk tea.

Boba-licious! Stopped in recently with the squad on a post-outing Sunday Funday trip nearby at a local brewery for refreshments and my friend Tiffany had an amazing recommendation for The Boba Truck Cafe. At the intersection of Reseda Blvd and Roscoe Blvd in a small yet inviting plaza in Northridge, Los Angeles, Cali (Reseda, CA adjacent) sits the Boba Truck (not a physical truck though they do have one for pop-ups), a very cozy bubble tea joint, with incredible service and some of the best health and safety practices around, including: Card Payments Takeout only Sanitizer provided Mask requirements And everything they can to keep both their staff and customers (new and loyal) coming back for more. Definitely an SFV/LA Valley hidden gem! They have tons of traditional milk tea and just as many non-dairy options as well for lactose and plant-based peeps/people like this vegan guy. Absolutely support the premium tea menu the most, but can't go wrong with anything on the board depending on your bubble preference. Parking is first come first serve and you can get lucky with a spot at the right time of day. There is street parking nearby as well. I'm not sure what their plans are for inside sipping, but a nice stroll around the block or a beverage party in the car can do wonders as well. Cheers to Self Care Sundays (as well as all days)! This place didn't disappoint. The elite Taiwan oolong was great! Started @ 25% and added just wee bit more for a perfect setup for my tastebuds. Combine the less than 50% sweetness and the boba, we have a winner. The service was good and super helpful for our first time at the spot!

One of my favorite boba stops, especially in the valley. I've tried most, if not all spots here (e.g. Bon Bon, Sharetea, Tea n Tea, BLTea, A Tea Thing) and if you're looking for brewed tea leaves, unique flavors to pick from, and affordability, Boba Truck is the way to go. Boba might be a little too chewy for my taste, but I love that you get unlimited toppings for no additional cost, and my out the door costs an average of $4-$5 as opposed to $5-$7 elsewhere. Before the pandemic, you could ask to smell the tea leaves before ordering and I appreciated that they had bamboo straws and allowed you to use your own mug to reduce plastic waste. Though this is no longer the case, understandably, they have COVID-19 protocol in place with only one customer ordering at a time indoors, and sanitized pens. The only downside is the tiny parking lot; however I usually park at the bigger lot where the Subway is and it's a minute walk.

Their rose milk tea is great. Thai tea is basic but tasty. They have a fish tank, really cool fright for the littles. Not much seating inside but it is nice. a

Been a customer for 3 years now(sorry late review lol). But at least that makes my review more valid, I guess I only order milk tea. I usually get the Cherry blossom milk tea, oolong milk tea, and the fuji apple black tea at 50% sugar and that hits the spot for me since I don't like my drink to be too sweet. Tea: very high quality Boba: bouncy texture- very chewy which I think is one of their distinctive qualities Service: 10/10

HOLY GRAIL OF BOBA TRUCKS. And I'm not just saying that because they were vending outside of Fate Grand Order Tour in LA. Such an extensive, unique menu, to the point where I wished the event was longer so that I can try more drinks. (We ended up getting 5 in one day). We got the: 1) French Rose Milk Tea: -You can taste the floral rose flavor. Not too artificial either. -The base of the tea was reminiscent of something I'd get from high tea. A slightly luxurious taste you can get from an European tea, but with a dash of milk. -Scores better than some rose milk teas I've had at physical establishments. 2) Duet Milk Tea: -This is half coffee, half milk tea. -I don't drink coffee, but my friend really enjoyed this. 3) English Breakfast Milk Tea: -Imagine a Biscotti cookie but in creamy, decadently sweet milk tea form. -Truly a pleasure to drink and enjoy. 4) India Darjeeling Milk Tea with boba: -There is a slight cinnamon-y taste too it, very enjoyable. -Boba had the perfect consistency. Neither too chewy, nor too hard with a honey taste. 5) Rose Oolong Milk Tea (half sweet): -Similar to the French Rose Milk tea, but instead you get the rich, deep flavor of Oolong tea afterwards For all of these drinks, you can truly taste the real brewed flavor of tea underlining the milk tea. It's this extra touch that really sets this apart from all other boba trucks that I have consumed from in the past. I really hope to run into this truck again at future events. There's just so much to try and all of it is really good!

First off - it's not an actual truck so don't let that get to you (aka sometimes when a food/drink truck comes up, I'm skeptical of going just in case the truck won't be there). I ordered a regular size, french rose milk tea with boba and it was delicious! The people working there were super sweet and even asked how my first sip was because they know it was my first time. The parking lot is pretty small and shared with other businesses, and it's on the corner of a busy intersection so getting to it took some time but I'm glad I gave it a try!

Solid boba spot. It's designed where you get stopped once you enter the store -- Covid precautions I guess. Decent prices. Ordered the Thai boba. Maybe a tad undersweentened but service was quick and friendly. I'd come back.

I LOVE their Black Strawberry Tea and have habitually ordered it for years now ever since my girlfriend showed me to this place. Absolutely phenomenal and will always bring us back here. Only suggestion I would make is to update your hours online whenever they shift because a time or two we missed the new schedule by a small amount of time.

My daughter was craving a strawberry smoothie but since it's not on their menu here, the gentleman made her a strawberry juice with boba, less sweetened. She enjoyed it and I liked it as well :P I had the almond milk tea and the hubby had the taro milk tea with almond pudding. Both were adjusted to less sweet which were perfect and both drinks were nice and refreshing. Overall, great quality. Service was friendly and attentive.

My favorite boba spot of all time and I've been to so many this one takes the number one spot and is definitely keeping it. They have so many options and different types of things you can add to your drink everyone will definitely be satisfied coming here. Staff is super sweet and work as quickly as they can this place does get busy but wait times are still shorter than most boba spots.

I wasn't too sure which beverage I should choose as there were so many great options. I spoke with the lady at the food-truck window screen and she help me figure out something I was open to trying. She suggested I try the Cherry blossom green tea boba; she mentioned it has a light floral scent/taste and I'm all for floral--only instead of regular milk they were able to substitute for Almond milk. I had never tried this before but that's what I ordered. She was very kind and helpful in making my transaction purchase. After ordering she mention it would be about three minutes which isn't bad at all. After three minutes, like magic, my boba was ready! I snapped a photo with my boba in front of their truck just before indulging. It was really good; nice and smooth taste. Until we meet again...

Cool guys who made a simple Milk Tea into a sought after drink/dessert. I've seen the Boba Truck around town, but this is to review the brick and mortar. Small, but to the point - this is what we have, no fluff, just tiny boba (ok they have regular boba and other jellies too, but it's simply milk teas) and their tea's are very good, they don't make them too sweet so I didn't feel obligated to tell them what percentage sweetness I wanted, though the girl in front of me seemed out of sorts as if she was overwhelmed at the fact she was actually standing INSIDE of the Boba truck ordering a boba... it was cute, but also slightly annoying because the lady behind me (like myself) knew what we wanted and it took 30 seconds instead of 6 like the girl. Overall good boba, location, kinda sketchy, quality very good, parking kind of a nightmare. Over all, it's A Ok to me :D I'll go if I know I'm driving near it, but I'll avoid it if it's too dark out.

Best boba tea in Los Angeles. Change my mind. Ultra premium tea and boba that is always fresh makes for the best boba tea I've found. Worth a drive. Jasmine and Barley are two of my favorites.

I think I might be addicted to this place since I'm here every single week but I can't help it, it's that good! I love how they have a wide variety of flavors, which I'm determined to try almost all of them :) they have milk teas as well as non milk. The best part is they have mini boba which I hadn't had before this place. I'm not a huge fan of boba since most of the ones I've had have been chewy but the one here is pretty good. The mini ones are the size of peas, and really soft. I'm also able to customize the sugar level and amount of ice. They have 2 sizes regular and large and they large is pretty big. Price wise its average, either $3.75 or $4 depending on they type of tea you choose. For $0.50 more you can upgrade to the large size! Service is great, I'm usually in and out in 5min and not really busy around the time I go, which is usually around noon. I just wish they opened a little earlier but it still works out with my schedule. Favorites so far are the rose milk tea and the duet, which is coffee and milk tea :) So I just found out there's a secret menu which includes matcha milk tea! :)

The place is small but clean and parking is a handful. The lady working was very welcoming and polite. They currently have a $5 special on smoothies. My son has been on this place and a repeat customer. He loves their honeydew smoothie with boba. This is my first time trying their boba and ordered the strawberry smoothie. The lady asked me how it was since they just started the smoothies recently due to the hot weather and people asking for other flavored drinks. I wasn't disappointed. I love their strawberry smoothie. It was very tasty and refreshing. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

I tried their drinks during a lunar year festival which they handed them out for the event. Perhaps because they had to cater to such a large event that their drinks were a bit underwhelming in flavor. Pandan milk tea- just tasted like milk tea. Granted many pandan flavored foods are usually mild in flavor. Honey green tea- it was good. I wouldn't have minded the flavor of the green tea to be stronger. Boba was hard in the middle and almost flavorless. Jelly was chewy and yummy.

Used to get boba from the actual boba truck before they got their brick and mortar shop, so I try to stop by whenever I'm in the area. I've tried the almond oolong and elite Taiwan oolong, both of which are good. I usually get 50%, which is just right for me since don't like my milk tea super sweet. You can also customize your ice level. I like that they use shakers to ice the tea so that it doesn't get super watered down. The tea flavor is pretty strong without being bitter, and even though they use non-dairy creamer for all their drinks, it doesn't taste overly milky/creamy like some other places. It's great that they give you up to 3 extra add ons at no charge! Most places these days charge 50 cents or more. They don't give you a ton (which is great if you don't like ending up with 20 extra bobas at the end). The boba is on the firmer side and is flavored.

5 Stars for service! I was in the area and couldn't get out of the car, but I called and the team took care of my order and brought it to me. Talk about going the extra mile. When I'm in town, I usually like getting: 1. Lychee Oolong Tea with pearls, no sugar. 2. Premium Oolong Milk Tea with phalf sweet.

This is my ALL TIME favorite boba place. The quality of their tea is sooo fragrant and boba is always excellent. I try come at least once a week since the first time I was introduced to this place maybe two years ago. The servers are very friendly and are very accommodating for anything you might want (sweetness, ice, milk). I like how they don't charge extra if you want to make the drink hot, because some places do. My favorites : Elite Taiwan Oolong Milk Tea Japan Barley Rice Green Milk Tea +boba in both of them (and 75% sugar because their boba is already sweetened) *tip: they have a point system for racking up free drinks, but if you save to 100 points, you can have 4 free upgrades each day! I'm saving up to get there :) The parking is pretty good. There's a small lot in the front that has a few spaces. Sometimes there might not be a space, but just wait a few minutes and someone will be leaving.

Drinks: Very good place to get boba in Northridge. They're aways consistent with their drinks! Thats why I always come back. Plus I am in love with their cherry blossom green milk tea. Let's say if they stopped carrying it I would be heartbroken Point System: I want to elaborate more in case anyone is curious: - 15 points = free drink - 100 points = VIP (free upgrades to large, which is .50¢) A good way to get there is to get an extra point for checking in and Thursday is double points! I finally got to VIP and love the free upgrades :)

Pretty good boba for the area. Their boba is delicious and the tea flavor in their milk tea drinks is strong. The last two times I went, I didn't even need to adjust the sugar level because it was perfect. The line can be long since they seem to be busier with COVID so I do recommend ordering ahead on their website. Nice people and good customer service.
