The fried chicken sandwich is delicious! The spicy one has a solid kick, it’s no joke, be aware. The fries are really good as well.

located in a medium sized food court in the 14th & Union square area I made a treacherous journey from 34th & Herald for the Bob White Counter Chicken Caesar wrap. I was not given the warning but did hear other customers get told wraps take the longest so expect to wait at least 15 minutes around lunch time if you order any wrap. Was pretty disappointed in the chicken ceaser wrap because it completely lacked ceaser dressing…. Kind of defeated the entire purpose.

Will be coming back! Service was outstanding - Alex was so sweet and patient. She helped us with all our questions and recommended we try the combo with fries. The tenders are juicy with a hint of spice, but enough to keep you coming back for another bite. Fries are crispy and hot. There are not a lot of items on the menu but that allows them to make sure that their food is always good.

I felt this was just kind of average for a a chicken sandwich - not horrible but not great either. The chicken wasn’t paricularly juicy and just uninspired. The fries were actually much better, served hot and perfectly crispy. Overall though, it’s just not a place I’d be running to return to.

Okay we need to talk about the honey dipping sauce with hot pepper flakes, this sauce is addictive it's delicious and I can't get enough has the right amount of heat! The chicken tenders are fresh not frozen at all they are fried very well no grease or greasy and also cooked to perfection! The biscuits homemade literally melt in your mouth 10 plus everything is made with care and love

I got the buffalo wrap a few hours ago today, it was so GOOD & the fries? CRISPY. It’s worth the $10, definitely coming back

I was looking for the original Bob white because i wanted real bone in chicken so i had to settle for chicken tenders. The tenders were good. I’d recommend. I wonder what the spicy Chicken taste like. The lemonade was good. The fries were good. The fries tasted like arena fries. The coleslaw wasn’t good. It lacked flavor. Same for the bob white sauce. It lacked flavor. The brownie wasn’t so good. It had a toffe flavor i didn’t like. I wasn’t a fan. Chick fila brownie is better. It’s a basic milk chocolate brownie

This place is really good! The chicken is always cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and just the right amount of spiced. The fries are crispy and delicious. On top of that, the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend stopping by!

Second try to this place. Chicken ceased wrap is pretty good. The crunchy chicken with lightness of lettuce made it great. Fries were flavorful. They have unsweetened ice tea as well. All are good. If you order on the counter, takes about 10mins for the food to come out. They call out by names. So today was interesting because someone had the same name as me and she literally snatched the bag. However I felt like that was my order since I ordered before her. I could be wrong too. Who knows. Maybe the staff should call by numbers. That might make it more clear. It's located inside a foodcourt. They have high stools by the windows or regular tables. Usually people take out.

I saw a lot of reviews raving about the chicken Caesar wrap and although it was good, I don't think I can rave about it. It does what it needs to do. The chicken tasted really good but there simply wasn't enough of it in the wrap. I'm personally interested in going back to try their sandwich/tenders to get a clean taste of the chicken. I'm pretty hopeful about that. To my surprise, the cookies were the star of the show I REALLY enjoyed them, so there is that!

Located in Urban Space on E 14th, went for their chicken caesar wrap. Great flavors but I prefer more chicken than lettuce in my wrap (seemed to be the equivalent of one small chicken finger chopped up inside). I'm going to try them one more time and ask them about the quantity before I order next time. I understand that it may be their standard amount, but if it is, I will go back to ordering something else... and update the review.

I genuinely feel like everyone gassed up the chicken caesar wrap beyond belief. Did I miss something? No shade at all it was a decent wrap but miss thing wasn't all that I fear. Maybe I'll try something else next time!

I love chicken Caesar wraps and I was so excited to try this because of all the great reviews and videos online but it had a weird funky taste and at this point I hope I don't get sick.

I walked into the Urban Space Food Hall and came across Bobwhite! It was literally the first thing I saw when I got there. Prices were very decent for chicken and fries! Ordered the chicken sandwich and fries combo to see if the chicken sandwich is really something. They made my order pretty fast and not that much wait time despite a few people before me. Opened the box and saw a nice chicken sandwich with all its ingredients packed inside the buns neatly. It got pickles and sauce that tasted very yummy! The chicken is very thick in cut and very crispy! It was not small and was very filling. Fries were crispy and a nice thick cut! Not overdone and cooked to perfection! Will be returning here to try out their tenders!

My boyfriend and I stopped by after a long day of walking around SoHo, and I'm so glad we did! I ordered a fried chicken sandwich with fries and a lemonade, while my boyfriend opted for the buffalo chicken sandwich. Both were excellent; the chicken was perfectly crispy, and I particularly enjoyed the pickles. The fries were also perfectly golden. The lemonade was on the tart side, but I didn't mind. The service was efficient and attentive. This location is inside Urbanspace, which was a nice touch with other vendors there, giving it an upscale food court vibe. Prices were reasonable too--two combos and a drink came to $27. I would happily return! (I wish I would've have taken a better picture but I remembered once I was halfway done lol!)

Located in the Urban Space food hall , lots of seating in the shared area. Good spot to grab a quick bite. Chicken is juicy and flavorful. The Buffalo sauce was a bit salty for our taste but there are other options for sauces or have it without sauce . Fries were on the money while hot. Very yummy. Service is quick and friendly. Good value for the price. Student discount available and they also have Foodie Card discount.

Ordered some takeout last night and man...their chicken fingers are bomb! Like frigging fresh and tasty! The ranch was fresh made which takes it up another level. My only issue were the nasty/soggy fries. Bob...you can do better! They were not crinkle cut fries nor were they fresh cut. They were like the crap ones my highs cool lunch room had. Food was delivered fast and hot. Will definitely either eat here or order takeout again!

Visited NYC and ended up eating here 3x. Found them online over the Caesar Wrap hype. Got the wrap and was disappointed; however, french fries, and ranch were delicious. Went back for the tender combo, and was not disappointed. Staff is hand breading the tenders in the back. Hot, fresh, and crispy. Ranch dressing is amazing with an extra dill taste. Will be back on my next trip to NYC, and will be telling my friends.

Ordered some chicken tenders the other night while enjoying a glass a wine at Irving bar and grill. They were delish!! Meaty, perfectly cooked and quite tasty with flaky breading. Will definitely try again and again!

Had to try the chicken caesar wrap after seeing it all over social media. The wraps were solid. It had crunchy croutons, crispy chicken, and good ratio of caesar dressing and filling. This location is located in a nice food hall. They have partial outdoor seating that is fun to sit and people watch.

It's kinda fast food, but there's really nothing like it. I prefer to call it takeout, because it's too good to be "fast food". Got the 8 piece chicken fingers. Very good. Their Buffalo sauce is ridiculously good. Clean spot. Nice people work here.

It was what I expected from a good chicken sandwich. Definitely was as advertised and im glad it was an option through my MealPal app. Overall I rate the sandwich an 8.5/10 respectfully. The fries kind of tasted like cheeze its a bit but they were pretty decent so 7/10 is fair. Overall 5 stars because my expectations were met and i got my food pretty quickly upon arrival at 12:30 PM on a Thursday afternoon, double cheeked up. The ambiance was within a foodcourt and although I didnt take more pictures, it was spacious, had good seating stools but the weather was too good to eat it inside. Will be back!

Decently priced food, great meal. Would come back again. I've never had a peach sauce as a dipping sauce and it was pretty good. Also ambiance, there's lots of other food places around, food court atmosphere but spacious. There's outdoor seating too and they have Jenga and corn hole to play too.

Do you want the best chicken caesar salad wrap of your life? Come. To. Bobwhite. I came here twice while I was in NYC because this wrap single-handedly changed my life. I so wish there was one in Minneapolis because I would come here all the freaking time. It is so flavorful, crisp, and saucy. It's also priced pretty good for how much you get (the wrap is huge). I also got a side of fries with my wrap and that was game changing. I think about this wrap a lot folks. Highly recommend giving it a try if you're a chicken caesar wrap kinda person.

Tried the spicy chicken sandwich. It was dry and not spicy at all. This place is very skippable

Visited Urban Space Union Square for the first time, and was craving fried chicken sandwiches. We ordered a chicken sandwich with no mayo and a spicy chicken sandwich with fries. They prepared the food pretty quickly, but they did mix up our orders. My chicken sandwich was super spicy and left my mouth gradually tingling. The 'spicy' chicken sandwich was not spicy at all. I couldn't eat mine, so we had to go back and ask them to remake it. They gave us free chocolate chip cookies for our inconvenience. The iced tea was okay. I actually enjoyed my sandwich and thought that the chicken was nicely seasoned. I loved the pickles.

Friendly service, fast preparation of the food, and prices that aren't extortionate; three great things for a fast food operation. The chicken sandwich was juicy and crispy. My only complaint is that the fries were a bit bland and not crispy enough.

When I tried this for the first time, it was the perfect chicken with the perfect type of fries. This location has, well had crinkled fries which to me completed the combo. Today I was served regular fries. Total let down as they retain oil they are cooked in. Go back to crinkled fries Bob. Retained hardly any oil and were great with your chicken.

3 1/2ish stars this Bobwhite satellite location is in the UrbanSpace food hall in Union Square. it offers an abridged menu of the stand-alone brick-and-mortar locations. menu definitely caters to the NYU crowd as it is mostly fried chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, fries, and a couple of other items. ordered a Big Tender Box and a side of fries--got the original flavor chicken tenders with a couple of dipping sauces. the chicken tenders were seasoned well and the sauces tasted great. the tenders were not crispy though...the breading was cooked through but sadly no crunch. the crinkle cut fries were crispy with soft potato-ey insides. maybe this was an off-day mistake bc the fried foods at the original BobWhite locations are fried til crunchy. the service is friendly and quick.

After shopping around, I needed a place to fuel up before my next adventure. I stopped in the urban space and bob white was the first place I came across. The menu was simple and I know it's been viral a few times. The service was fast and friendly. I got the combo box which came with the chicken sandwich and fries. The fries were fresh but basic no seasoning so I had to ask for some sauce. The chicken sandwich came with mayo and pickles. The sandwich was hot but there was nothing special about the meal, I wish it had some lettuce or a special sauce.

Sorely disappointed in the spicy chicken sandwich. The staff is quite friendly and service is quick (not a lot of customers...) but the sandwich is EXTREMELY dry and small. The combo for 1 sandwich and 1 side ($10) is affordable but quality is extremely poor. Felt like a waste of money and calories. Fries were cooked well but tasteless. Have not tried the other store in the city so maybe it's just this location.

By far the best chicken Caesar wrap I've ever had. Florida people will get this -- it's on par with a chicken tender pub sub.. but Caesar wrap style. Definitely also try the Bob White sauce and honey mustard side sauces!

I was expecting more. People rave about this place and it was fine but wouldn't necessarily need to come back.

I tried the wrap from here once and it was great so of course I bring a guest from out of town and half of my wrap has less than one piece of chicken and almost no Cesar dressing in the other half, I had to keep apologizing to my guest this is so rough this wrap is so unacceptable

Crispy, juicy, well seasoned fried chicken. Can't go wrong. Anyone who appreciates fried bone in chicken will enjoy this. Very impressed.

Came here today for a quick bite and ordered the spicy chicken sandwich! It's probably the best chicken sandwich I ever had! Service was great and the food came out fast and hot!

Food was absolutely amazing. Probably the best thing we had on our visit to Nyc. We got the spicy chicken combo and the buffalo tenders, both were phenomenal. The service was quick, no complaints there. It's located inside a food hall so looking at the other restaurants was nice. Overall would definitely recommend.

Finally had a chance to give this chicken a try. I had the chicken sandwich and it was just okay. The service was good and very fast. What I will give them is that they know how to fry some chicken. That crust whatever method they use is on point. It could just use some additional seasoning or sauce because it was a little lackluster. Perhaps I'll try the spicy next time but the counter person and a patron told me it's pretty spicy.

My bf and I mainly come here for the Chicken Caesar Wrap. At $11.99, we found it to be a good meal when we want fried chicken without feeling too guilty and unhealthy. The portion looks small, but it's pretty filling. Would recommend getting without croutons if you're not going to eat it right away, unless you like soggy croutons.

Someone made a video about the food from Bobwhite and posted it on TikTok. Gosh!!! The chicken wrap was delicious and fully packed. My favorite wrap, by far. I need to try their Mac&Cheese when I'll visit another Bobwhite restaurant.

TikTok brought us here for the Caesar wrap and it did not disappoint! The chicken was so good and the Caesar dressing was really really good. They do charge extra for a side of dressing but worth it. The fries were also yummy!

I crave the chicken Caesar wrap and I usually don't even like chicken Caesar wraps. That's all I have to say.

Came here for their famous fried chicken (been a customer since their Ave C days and newer location in Jersey). Only to find out they don't serve fried chicken at this location . Only tenders and sandwiches. Are you guys planning on serving your fried chicken anytime soon?
