Bodhi Thai Bistro

Firstly, there was a medium to long curly hair in my food. I doubt they wear hair nets in that place. I order spicy beef pad Thai. There just wasn't enough love overall. Delivery took forever (about an hour 20) Despite them being an 11 minute drive from me. I gave this place a chance & I don't think i will order from here again. I give it three stars because the food was warm and was packaged nicely. The flavor just wasn't there for me.

Food was excellent. I had the pad Thai and homemade egg rolls. I stopped in for lunch and the owner and chef were the only two there. In the 20 minutes I was there I watched the chef pound out a rail full of lunch orders, while the owner assisted in between taking non stop internet orders. Like every other business in this country, it seems they're a bit short on help. Order often, tip well and thank them for showing up at all. Stellar Thai food, just wish they had a bigger menu.

The food here is excellent. My personal favorite is the green curry, very flavorful with a good amount of spice. I’ve also had both soups which were also very good. The perfect remedy for a freezing Chicago night.

So this place came highly recommend by our friend. We ordered 2 curries and soup. the portions were very generous UNTIL we actually opened the containers. In each of the large containers of curry were FIVE PIECES OF CHICKEN!!!!! We are aware there is a meat shortage, that's why we did not order beef or pork, we were trying to be mindful and get a cheaper meat, but I'm sorry, I've never been so skimped out when I spent $40 with tip. When I've eaten at like China Dragon, theres so much chicken, we usually have left overs, and while I definitely don't expect that of other restaurants, FIVE medium sized chunks of chicken in a 16 oz container is really pretty bad. I thought the curry was good, the soup was good, but that was pretty ridiculous and left a bad impression on us, as new customers. I am half Thai, and have been looking for an authentic place close by to be a regular customer, but this was a bad first impression. We wish you and your business all the best, but come on, I can't pretend that this is ok!

My favorite Thai restaurant in the city. The food here is delicious. It stinks that dine in is still not an option since the start of the pandemic, but the restaurant industry has suffered and caused many places to make changes. Either way, the food at least is still top notch.

Bodhi takes Thai food to a whole new level. Their ingredients are very fresh and all dishes are made to order. Hence a bit of a wait time. I would recommend ordering ahead for pick up. This location has some stool seating and in the summer months there are some tables outside. If you live in the area and haven't tried Bodhi, your sleeping a good spot!

A gem in an area with very little options. The food is really good. The service is great. The price runs a little higher than you would normally see for Thai but its worth the food you get in quantity and quality. There's no indoor seating.

By far THE BEST Thai restaurant in all of Chicago! Their food is made from the freshest ingredients by a seasoned chief. There menu is full of traditional Thai dishes as well as modern/contemporary dishes all made with passion and love all at a great price. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, they greeted me with a smile and sent me off smiling. I suggest everyone to eat here as there is always something great to eat at an affordable price. This location is carry out and delivery only but you can go to their Berwyn location and sit down in their beautiful and comfortable restaurant.
