When we walked into the restaurant, we didn't have the warmest welcome which was a bit odd, however, it did improve once we sat down and the service was good throughout the meal.
We fried the pescatarians tasting menu, since we have never seen one before and seafood in Jersey is supposed to be good. It certainly didn't disappoint! The seafood was fresh and very tasty. If you like seafood, I'd highly recommend this tasting menu. The first three amuse-bouche were excellent, especially the one with an oyster cream, The tomato dish was exceptional, the crab dish could probably do some different texture, but I love crab so that is still one of my favourite. The mackerel was very well seasoned, but the Halibut was unfortunately a bit overcooked. The pre-desseet was very refreshing, very soar which I like, and the dessert was very indulgence.
