Bojangles

AI ordering at the drive through is a bad experience. Still, they messed up my order. And the chicken is gross. I literally threw it out and went to popeyes.

We stopped at the bojangles in matthews before we came to this one on north tryon. The bojangles in matthews had a sanitation score of 84.5 and we just pulled off. This one was much cleaner with a score of 97. The staff were awesome and very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Highly recommend.

The lady with the piercing on her lip is very rude. I’m door dashing and I asked her if I could use the restroom and she told me no I had to buy something. And I said, even if I’m door dashing and she does not her head yes did not speak to me hey how are you nothing get her out of there. She should not be representing Bojangles with that hateful attitude towards dashers.

We stopped off the interstate for breakfast and to use the rest room. The bathrooms are locked and you need a code to get in. I tried to ask and no one came to the counter. We went down the road to another Bojangles in Rock Hill. Dont stop at this location they are horrible.

Cause how the hell ya’ll out of honey mustard sauce. I come here every morning and yesterday the lady tried to make me pay for the sauce but I’ve never had to pay for it before. Then today they don’t have any. On top of all that the fries wasn’t fresh, the grease needs to be changed bc that’s all I tasted when I bit 1 fry. I just threw the whole meal away. Very disappointed!

This Bojangles is reliably inconsistent with food and wait times but the service is always friendly. Today I waited probably 10 min in the drive thru for bo bites. Had to pull the car up. Multiple cars came and went behind me. Didn’t receive the honey mustard I ordered but I did receive ranch and bbq sauce (neither of which I ordered). Bo bites were fresh! Will be back, love the surprises, don’t ever change.

I’ve never been the type of person to leave a review or seek to talk bad about customer service because at the end of the day we are all trying to get by. This is an exception to that rule. I visited tonight after a long road trip just to get my girl and I food. We ordered through the app to make things simpler with the hope that it would make a quick experience. When we arrived to the window we told the lady that we had a mobile order and then she turned to the screen mumbling out loud. Afterwards she handed us a box with food in it that was entirely wrong from what we ordered. We told the lady that it wasn’t right and she told us to keep it and then she walked away. A Second Lady came up and gave us more food that was wrong. We told her that it was wrong and she also walked away. The First Lady came back and she said she didn’t know why the Second Lady gave us food and then proceeded to give us more food that turned out to be wrong. I don’t think we had a complex order but at this point we had a car full of food that they can’t take back and we still haven’t received what we ordered. They then asked us to pull forward where we waited at least ten more minutes before the Second Lady came back and gave us a bag of food. I asked her if she can tell me what was in the box before we take even more food that we can’t give back. She didn’t tell me what was in the box but told me that it was for the order under my name and then without waiting for a response walked inside. It turned out that the food was wrong lol. Throughout this entire experience both of the ladies were incredibly rude. I’ve done customer service for a lot of my life so I have sympathy for any form of customer service but I cannot understand employing individuals that don’t understand human decency and respectfulness. We left with the food that we received because I honestly didn’t think we would ever end up getting the right food.

Phenomenal customer service from miss Iris and Miss Pamela. I have never had just a genuine kind encounter at a fast food place. They really care about their customers and were amazing at their jobs

This place has really gone downhill. Ordered regular grilled chx sandwich w/fries...fries were ok, a little crispy but the sandwich itself tasted "tough" and outside of it was inedible. The biscuits are hit and miss with mostly misses here of late. Going to get my Bo-Bo's fix from a different location moving forward.

I'm new to the neighborhood and have tried this Bojangles on 5 different occasions to give it a chance. FIND ANOTHER LOCATION TO GO TO. There are homeless sleeping at tables in the restaurant and the staff doesn't care. Twice I've been badgered for money in the parking lot and then followed into the restaurant. The staff lets them carry on. The staff has given up. My husband was literally yelled at by a homeless man on a different occasion as he was parking and then again as he was going back to his car. Food wise - The biscuits are usually hard and / or burnt; taste like they've been sitting awhile. The drink machine works on occasion and you won't be acknowledged for at least 3 minutes after walking in. This location is also dingy and dated. Like I said, the staff has given up... this is the location that Bojangles forgot. It's a shame since NODA and North End are on the up and up.

Bruh I just went here for a chicken filet combo and got a piece of glove baked into my biscuit.

Waited in a drive thru line that started with 5 cars for 20+ min. FyeEAZGHSGRŴ poorly cooked grey chicken thrown at me through the window by the most unpleasant person as if I was an annoying inconvenience to the staff for daring ordering food at noon on a Saturday.

Do not go here! Great location ,nice building and dining area. The customer service is abominable. The cashier/ food delivery person was rude and argumentative with the customers in front of us when their order was served incorrectly. Then, the manager I assume came up to assist and she was very rude and dismissive of them. This all took about 10 to 15 minutes. Had to give them 1star The chicken sandwich I got was warm, my wife's chicken tenders were cold and fries inedible. There were only 9 customers in the store. Even after their argument we had to wait on our food Avoid this place!

i mean...... photo speaks for itself. missing half the biscuit. wanted cajun filet biscuit but she said they were freezer burnt. restaurant sanitation score is 90 i would go to a different bojangles if you can

Just poorly run. I wanted Bo sauce with my chicken tenders and fries, she said it's their policy that they can't give them out.. that's fine, can I purchase one? Nope, can't even purchase Bo sauce. What the heckin' peck? It's Bojangles! How can you not get signature sauce? Never ran into this issue before.

First off the sanitation rating is low at 91 We had to repeat our very simple order 5 times. It was just very unprofessional. Horrible customer service. Sticky counter and dirty place. 0 workers.

I would probably give 5 stars for our experience but it is fast food...so, Cajun fries were hot, fresh & delicious. Not even a bad, old one in the order (my biggest complaint with fast food). AND they made a mistake with our order-they thought we ordered 2 & just gave us the second one anyhow. Great customer service!

Pray over your food, this place needs a good cleaning, after returning the biscuit, I seen the floor.........‍

i aksed for a dipping sauce and an extra side THAT WAS PAID FOR and got neither. theres no excuse because there was no line in the drive thru or customers in the lobby. just disappointing.

I have been to this location a few times. And always had some issues. Not every single time. But I've been told on multiple occasions "the system is down" middle of the day. But the reason for this specific review, I always get the same thing. A steak, egg, and cheese biscuit. Today, was probably one of the worst things I've ever put in my mouth. My best assumption is that it has sat in the window for a few hours, and then was microwaved right before handing it to me how it tasted so old and so hot at the same time, is absolutely beyond me. I understand no one wants to work in fast food, and it's very hard to get employees and much less employees that will properly do their job. But every single one of those people today acted like they did not care at all. And not to mention, there was only diet Pepsi and diet Mountain Dew available. I will not be back to this location, which is very sad seeing as I only live 2 miles away. Today Bojangles did not win.

I've had a lot of Bojangles. A LOT. But this location in particular has REALLY delicious chicken. Seasoned perfectly. Cooked till crisp and juicy but not overcooked. SO HAPPY.

I've heard from many people to try bojangles when in the south so I did. While the food wasn't bad the restaurant experience took that all away. We arrived around 8PM after attending a business convention in Charlotte. The staff wasn't very receptive to us arriving, lots of eye rolling at questions we had and incoherent mumbling to respond to anything we said to them. After ordering I went to grab a drink from the fountain while waiting for our food to come up. Each step I took to the fountain I could hear my shoe sticking to the nasty unclean floor. They were completely out of their signature world famous sweet tea which really irritated me so I settled for soda. The soda fountain was disgusting with dried spilled soda everywhere and poorly stocked lids and straws. After I left the fountain I went to find a table which was a challenge because 9/10 tables were nasty and unclean, shoes sticking to the floor with each step once again. Finally found a table got food and began eating. The food wasn't bad at all! As we were eating, the cashier locked all the doors to the restaurant which made us very uneasy. As we left, shoes sticking to the floor with each step the cashier brought some of his friends in the restaurant and followed us closely out the door to lock us out.. at 8:30 at night not even close to their closing time. While I don't think this necessarily reflects Bojangles as a whole, I would not recommend this location to ANYONE. Stay away, don't even consider it!

Not consistent. Dried out hard biscuits, chicken, and fries. Oh boy!! They have gone way down over the years.

This Bojangles never has any Buffalo sauce, continually runs out of sausage, and truly I can never say any order without something missing or not available. Terrible intercom and management.

Worst customer service I've every experienced. staff is so sorry they don't even take into consideration what they're doing to families when they screw there whole orders up or short them of items and then waste their time by not refunding for their mistake. Place is ran by a zoo of employees and has no management to hold them accountable for there action. Place should be bulldozed and turned into a Chick-fil-A, we're they treat people with the upmost respect that is why Chick-fil-A towers over all other fast food restaurants. Unfortunately Chick-fil-A is too smart to open up on that side of town in Charlotte. ‍SMH

this place is actually awful. They mess up every order and they're so rude. I'm not sure customer service is even a thing at this location. Will not ever return.

Went through the drive through at about 6:30pm on Sunday and was in the mood for some fried chicken. They may have been very busy earlier in the day, but the amount of items that they didn't have was lengthy. I wanted the two piece dinner, breast and wing, and was told they didn't have it so I settled for the leg and thigh. Fiancé ordered the chicken supremes combo with Mac and cheese and a Dr Pepper. No Dr Pepper and the only options were Pepsi, Diet Pepsi or cheerwine. Also no supremes and the Mac and cheese was MIA when we got our order. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt due to COVID, but I get the feeling that underwhelming service is the standard at this location. I would recommend getting your Bojangles fix elsewhere.

Yesterday I went through the drive through and ordered a Chicken Supreme's meal. An hour later I knew something wasn't right... unfortunately I spent the entire night running to and from the bathroom due to a stomach virus that had me throwing up ALL NIGHT. My guess is, they sold me some VERY bad chicken. Currently laying in bed after calling out of work. Please, do yourself, and society, a favor and just don't go here.... I knew I should've just went to Chick-Fil-A.

Given this location many chances. Half the menu is never available and customer service is trash. SMH it's sad that this is multimillion dollar chain restaurant.

Went in tonight & no one answered drive threw radio, went around to drive threw worker was very unprofessional and had a attitude Gave me a doughy biscuit my chicken tenders was also NOT DONE! This was definitely a bad experience ‼

The manager On duty tonight was so respectful and had great customer service he politely told me to pull up for fresh fries I'm very pleased with my visit

Yesterday I went to this Bojangles in hopes of trying their new fried fish sandwich everyone has been talking about. Unfortunately mine was not hot at all, and I did not have time to take it back. I was headed to an appointment and was late due to the very slow service. I will be writing the corporate office about the service experienced at this location as well as the location on Sugar Creek. They both deserve a negative star

I dont get why people say this bojangles is so good yet they dont have biscuts ready we have waited over 45 mins and nobody has brang us our food never go to this bullshit place

i have visit this location 4 times in the last 45 days. the chicken i ate was excellent. each time i visited it was kind of off peak hours. i thought i would get food that been sitting to long. each visit the chicken, fries, biscuit where hot!!!!!! i been a bojangles customer for years. this location has proven to be the best.
