Trying this place for the first time. We ordered the family pack, and I thought kinda overpriced. The chicken finger flavor is good. Their biscuits are not to my liking. The iced tea is good as well. Would I come back again? Probably, but not anytime soon. There are a lot of chicken fingers restaurants around this area. My cat liked the box.

Worst experience ever at a restaurant. I've never even heard of this happening before, it is outrageous. We were excited about trying the Bojangles that just opened by our house, took it home, and my wife found one of the fried chicken tenders was ACTUALLY a piece of empty plastic wrapper, battered, breaded, and fried. This is not a joke. How does something like this even happen and get through quality control? If this can happen, what else can be inside that breading? I am shocked. Please see the pictures. I brought this back to the store and surprised the Manager Jared by what happened... But needless to say we will not be going back.

Bojangles recently opened up in the Southwest, and if you want to get your chicken, you need to come early. I opted for the drive-through, and it took about an hour's wait, and I drove in around 4 pm. Now taste test. The chicken fingers are juicy, very nice crunch to it, and seasoned properly. Also, the sauce here is AMAZING. I really recommend getting the Peach honey pepper and the Bo's special sauce. Bo's sauce is like a mixture of Wasabi and other spices, and it's really good. However, i do not recommend dirty rice. It's too watery and still hard. Biscuit is a must-have . Nice fluffy on the inside and a nice bake on the outside.

Clean and organized. Never had fresher biscuits! The chicken had seasoning and several options of dipping sauce. We got a family meal that didn't disappoint.

I tried the new Bojangles in southwest Vegas recently. It was a 4-star fast food experience and a very delicious one too. I wanted to grab a quick dinner around 8:30pm. Lots of free parking. The restaurant is new and shiny and well-lit. I had been to a few Bojangles in the South and knew the menu. However there were quite a few customers that clearly had never been there before and were hanging back from the cashiers to study the menu. It would have been really helpful if anyone that worked there was stationed nearby to help first-timers with their orders. The cashiers were friendly enough when ordering and did offer help to others when people placed their orders. I ordered a Bo Fried Chicken Sandwich Combo that came with fries and a drink. Reasonably priced. Ended up close to $11. The order was filled quickly. They have a self-service beverage bar. My name was called quickly. Interestingly, all orders are fulfilled as take-out orders. Maybe they don't have their trays yet for dine-in service. They didn't ask either way though. Sat down. Opened up my order. Sandwich looked big and tasty. Fries well-cooked. The sandwich was delicious. A big deep fried juicy white meat chicken breast with awesome seasoning with just enough heat. It comes with a dash of mayonnaise and a couple of pickle chips. I didn't see any sauce in my bag. Wasn't asked it I wanted sauce when I ordered. I went back to the counter. They have regular condiment packets for free. Specialty flavors are 59 cents each. Ended up with ketchup for my fries. Hint: Don't assume the ketchup or napkins are in the bag when you get your order. The bun on the sandwich was decent but wish it didn't compress down so quickly while eating the sandwich. The seasoned fries are a but soggy for my liking but the seasoning is delicious. They have a fair amount of tables in the restaurant. Weird that two of those tables were full of employees eating their meals on their breaks inside the restaurant. Surprised the restaurant trash cans were full when I threw out my garbage. The drive-through line was about eight cars long when I left. Overall, definitely will go back. Just wished they staffed up more on the customer service side of things while they are new to the area. They have a patio but no furniture yet. I hope that comes as the weather gets warmer here in Vegas!

First time trying this place and WOW. We were truly pleased. The food was delicious and the customer service was amazing!!! The location is great , very visible and easy accessible with a spacious parking . The restaurant itself is new and extremely clean. It has inside dining area and a drive thru as well. The staff were all very nice and even walked around to ask if all guests were well taken care of. Everyone was smiling and happy. We have felt very welcomed and appreciated. The pricing here is incredibly reasonable, and the service is top-notch--friendly, efficient, and welcoming. We have ordered a chicken sandwich , chicken tenders and a milkshake. Their signature biscuits were also THE BEST and our favorite, they were warm and fluffy. The crispy chicken sandwich was sooo good and the chicken wasn't dry at all. So much flavor too! The tenders were juicy and the dipping sauces complimented them well. The chicken tenders are hand-breaded and you can taste the difference ,as you'd expect from Bojangles, with that perfect balance of crispiness and seasoning. With its quality food and service, it's no surprise that this location is set to become a staple for the community. Bojangles is definitely worth the visit. Highly recommended for anyone craving that Southern comfort food goodness and in my opinion they are much better than Raising Cane’s . We can’t wait to go back and try their other menu items.

Tips From A Bellman

As a fan of Bojangles' and growing up in the Carolinas it's hard for me to give them this 3 Stars , but I have good reasons to. This is not your typical Bojangles' of the South. This should be called Bojangles' Express. How can you not have Bone-In Chicken ? I was so excited last year to hear y'all were coming to Las Vegas and I remember seeing the SUV's at the Bellagio with the Bojangles' wraps on them for the big meeting. I work there. I was telling everyone how you were going to run Popeye's and KFC out of business in Vegas ! I knew this location wouldn't have Cheerwine , the North Carolina Cherry Soda , for those who haven't heard of it. I also knew you wouldn't have the Country Ham Biscuit , which again if you don't know is a dry salt cured ham that is delicious. I was surprised you do have the Biscuits and Gravy. Another surprise is no Cajun Chicken Biscuit which is my favorite and loved by so many of my friends and family back home , wow , that one really surprised me. Even Chick-fil-A has a Spicy Chicken Biscuit. You guys are missing the mark with these things. Now where does this location shine , well first thing you walk in the door and you are greeted with a friendly smile and hi. I ate in the dining area and they did this with every customer which is a true Southern Custom that we learned growing up even did this when I worked at McDonald's when I was a teenager in South Carolina. The Bo-Berry Biscuits were made perfectly and melted in your mouth just like they do in the Carolinas. My Sweet Tea was on point and perfect , not too sweet and not weak tasting. I got the Steak Biscuit which was good , but I have to say Hardee's Steak Biscuit is better , but we don't have Hardee's here and Carl's Jr doesn't sell them. The place was spotless and I saw not one , but 2 ladies clean the dining area while I was there. Sweeping , moping , cleaning tables , it was great to see that when so many fast food places in town the tables look like they haven't been cleaned in days. I will go back and try the Chicken Tenders and Sides of course. I know a lot of people are saying they didn't want another Cane's selling just Chicken Tenders and wanted the Bone-In Chicken. I wish this location and the others to open much success. I hope maybe they will change their mind and later add the missing pieces to their menu , at the least the Cajun Chicken Biscuit. I do like the window with the ladies making the biscuits which I saw in Laurinburg , NC at Biscuitville and thought that was a great idea.

Opening day was a SUCCESS. We waited a bit, but it was absolutely worth it. The chicken was flavorful, the sides were hot & dirty rice was INCREDIBLE. The staff was friendly for being so busy. If you're going soon, have patience. It's worth the wait. Jalapeño ranch dressing was my favorite.
