Came for lunch on a Saturday at noon. Ordered the chicken sandwich with Mac and cheese on the side. I thought it was great. This is my first time at any Bojangles ever and I am pretty happy with my meal. The service was friendly, and the place is so clean! ✨ They even had a staff member cleaning up the bird droppings from the outdoor eating area! I really appreciate how tidy it is. I would be regular if I didn’t live 18 miles away.

Our first time trying Bojangles was great! Friendly greeting upon entry and the most kind and helpful employee, Tarazha, took our order and helped us find a perfect meal. The lobby and dining area are spotlessly clean and the staff was having a good time working together, smiling, laughing. The gals behind the counter all had ideas for us to try. We decided on the 3pc tender combo with slaw, a drink, and a biscuit. The chicken looked so good and crispy before even having a bite. The taste was incredible. Long-term fans of Popeyes, we may have a new favorite. The seasoning is so developed and the crispy crunch after taking a bite is delightful! The Cole slaw was fresh, crispy, and cold but a little heavier on the mayo than we generally like. The biscuit was soft as a cloud and truly a delight! The prices here are very reasonable for the quality and amount of food The only disappointment was the sauce. We tried Bo Sauce and didn't really like it so they allowed us to try another for free. We chose Peach Honey Pepper. I thought it was okay but my husband didn't like that one either. The sauces at Popeyes are better, in our opinion. But the chicken here is slightly better we think!

First time trying this chain. The service was amazing and everyone was friendly and respectful. Our meal came out fast and hot, we got a 3 piece meal and a 5 piece meal which comes with a drink, sauce, fries or you can opt for a side and comes with a handmade biscuit. We also got a fried chicken sandwich, we paid $36.81 for all this which was very convenient. We were full and took leftovers home. The food is very basic to honest. Will I return? Sure. I hope they add a spicy seasoning option.

Bojangles is going to have to add another city to their cup because there is now one open in Las Vegas. We went fairly soon after they opened and found the service and food and the cleanliness and atmosphere of the restaurant excellent. The staff behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. Our staff person was Latrice and she was great. Thank you Latrice. I am from North Carolina so have eaten often at Bojangles there and was glad to see this one open. I think they make the best chicken biscuits around.

WOW 🤩 🤩🤩🤩🤩 The crew is amazing! The food is delicious! The breakfast options are the best in town! Chicken Biscuit Steak Biscuit Sausage n Egg Cheese Biscuit Bacon n Egg Cheese Biscuit Egg n Cheese Biscuit And my favorite BO BERRY BISCUIT WITH ICING 😱 The breakfast biscuits are twice the size a Chic-Fillet! And tastes way better! Milkshakes! My only gripe is no value menu. I cannot eat the big meals for lunch. Would be awesome if there was a light lunch menu Breast or Thigh with 1 Side and a Drink under $7.00 I would eat here 2 or more times a week for lunch. This location is at the corner of Rainbow & Blue Diamond Across from Walmart.

NC native absolutely starved for Bojangles after moving away, reporting for duty! It is a limited menu, but what they have is done EXTREMELY WELL!!! I got the new Bo sandwich with the BLT add on, and my partner got the chicken tenders combo (not called Supremes here, but they're the same). Everything was PHENOMENAL, as good if not better than back home. Perfect biscuit, fries were well seasoned, and the chicken was delightfully crispy. We also tried the new peach cobbler and it was good! Kinda tasted like peach juice. We were given some Boberry biscuits after chatting with the staff, and I almost cried because they tasted like the best version of home.😭 If you're craving Bojangles, it is absolutely worth the trip!!!! You won't be disappointed!!! Huge shout out to Rose and Felipe for walking us through the limited menu and giving us INCREDIBLE service!!! 💜💜💜

Google
Tried out Bojangles for the first time after a recommendation from a North Carolina friend. Definitely glad I did. I got the #8 Chicken Sandwich and made it "deluxe" which added tomatoes and lettuce for 79¢. The service was very fast and very friendly. The lady bringing out my food was incredibly sweet and helpful. The sandwich itself was incredible with the right amount of spices. I opted for the Bo rounds, which are basically circular tator tots. Seasonings were on point. Nice clean area, although a little smaller inside than expected. After talking with others, definitely need to try the handmade chicken biscuit sandwich for breakfast. Will be going back.

Been putting off this recipe for too long. Been to Bo jangles maybe another 4 times for breakfast since and love it! I have to recommend adding a side of biscuits and gravy because dipping the sandwich in it is so good! You’ll thank me later Recent order (not in pics) I swapped out the regular biscuit on the side to a Bo berry biscuit and it’s one of the best things ever. New order in rotation. Ohh funny mis communication error too. One time they accidentally put my steak sandwich in the Bo berry biscuit and it was delightful! The sweet and savory kicked in!

Yelp
I grew up in the South so I have been super exciting for this Bojangle's location to open! I've already been here three times since their grand opening, and it's a really yummy place! I was disappointed that the menu is so limited. A lot of items are missing, like the Cheddar Bo cheese biscuit at breakfast time as well as any fried chicken on the bone. They don't have all the sides that some Bo's have. Think of this as a "limited" location. Bo's chicken is always so crispy, hot, and spiced just right. The mild is my favorite, but if you want some heat you should go for the spicy. Beware that it's legit spicy though! The Bo's sauces are tasty (they unfortunately will charge you if you want extras, and that's a restaurant trend I really hate). If you love sauces, get ready to pay a few bucks more for your meal. The fries are excellent, as is the rice. It's standard rice, but good. The macaroni and cheese has a plastic chemical taste, but I could see children enjoying it. It's sort of like Velveeta mac & cheese. As is expected, the biscuits are the star of the show! They're big, fresh, buttermilk biscuits with a nice greasy crust! I could eat 6 of them in one sitting! The dining room is spotlessly clean and bright with plenty of seating. This location is overstaffed, which means service is absolutely excellent. The people at Bo's make it a standout place to eat. How can you not love this new addition to the SW fast food dining scene?

Yelp
The crew is AWESOME! The Food is Delicious! The dining area CLEAN & BRIGHT! If you have been here yet. Try it. Breakfast starts at 05:00 hours! I get the biscuits & gravy!! Awesome way to start the day

Yelp
After hearing amazing things from friends who had tried Bojangles, we were excited that we were going to be able to actually visit one locally! We figured that they'd be busy since this is the first location, so we prepared to potentially go through the drive thru if needed. As soon as we drove by, the restaurant was packed, so we did drive thru, which had a crazy line too; but we figured it would be a little faster than the dine in option. The drive thru attendant was very friendly and patient, and they let us take our time while we looked at the menu and we asked questions about what came with what/what they recommended, etc. We ordered the #8, the Bo's Chicken sandwich meal, the #10, Bo's chicken tender meal with ranch, a dirty rice and our drinks. I almoost got the peach cobbler, but I did good and opted out since I had so much bread! Our entire time from line to getting our food and parking to taste took about 10 minutes, which wasn't bad considering how full the restaurant was, and how busy the drive thru was. The chicken sandwich was very tasty, and we liked that they are generous with their pickles. It had good seasoning to it, and it wasn't overwhelming with oil. The fries were okay, not our favorite, but they were fresh. The chicken tenders were fresh, crispy, and a little smaller than other places, but to me it seemed as they prepare it fresh in house, so that might be the size difference compared to other places. They make their own ranch, which bomb anywhere! The dirty rice was my favorite, so full of flavor, filling, and perfect temp by the time we parked and ate. The biscuit was also very good, a mixture of tasty and hints of the salt that's on there when baked. Because we live so far away from Bojangles, I would stop by and try it again, but only if I were in the area! However, if you're around, give them a shot, they are decent priced, food is good, and I hope they continue the great service we had!

Yelp
I was extremely excited about Bojangles opening up here in Vegas and it hasn't disappointed! I have been a few different times through the drive-thru, picking up in store, and eating in the restaurant - all were pleasant experiences! Every single time I got my food quickly and was hot/warm. Food has been consistently good and I will keep coming back! My only wish is in the restaurant they put out ketchup instead of having to ask an employee. Other than that, it's great!

Yelp
Mr. Bojangles... Mr. Bojangles. OK so this was my first time going to Bojangles even though I've known they've been around for a while in different cities in different states, but there was never one in my hometown or really anywhere I lived. We were gonna be out on that side of town and we decided to stop in and it was a nice refreshing change from some other chicken places. Gotta say the chicken is really juicy and tender. The sandwich had a little spice to it not much and the chicken tenders had no spice at all. For the tenders, I had my choice of about 10 different sauces and I went with the honey mustard that was completely legit. With the tenders they give you a biscuit that wasn't too bad. I also enjoyed the sandwich and went with their legendary sweet tea. I can't say I've had sweet tea too many times in my life, but this was really good. I don't live anywhere near Bojangles, but if the opportunity presents itself, I would definitely come back here again. Definitely give them a try if you're looking for a chicken sammie. By the way, the staff was very friendly also.

Yelp
I waited to try Bojangles until I was in the area. I have seen it when at the airport traveling I was underwhelmed. I had the chicken biscuit. I added an egg which tasted like powdered eggs. Not a real egg for sure. The hash brown rounds were undercooked The saving grace was the chicken fingers my friend had. They were good and crispy

Yelp
Great fried chicken, biscuits, and sides. We've visited twice and had lunch once and then breakfast. The chicken is juicy and slightly spicy. I really enjoyed my breakfast sandwich with very fluffy hash browns. The biscuits are very soft and buttery. Staff is very nice and walks around always asking all guests if they need anything.

Yelp
It's a hit and miss place. The chicken is good but the customer service not great. Sometimes you get your ranch or sometimes you don't. Kinda suck. The people working there do not pay attention too much.

Yelp
Came to dine in and see what all the hype was about! I've never lived in a state with a Bojangles, but I think it's a solid spot for chicken and biscuits! The good: even though it's fast food, the service was fast and still fairly friendly. The food itself was well cooked and seasoned! The inside looks like a regular fast food joint, so nothing special there. As of right now it's pretty packed so we were lucky to get a table because of the quick service. The food itself: yes to the chicken and yes to the chicken sandwich!! Yes to the biscuits although I feel they could be more buttery or more salty, yes to the dessert biscuits. Yes to the mac and cheese. Seasoned french fries were a yes. An absolute NO to the peach cobbler that tasted overly chemical. Yes to the sweet and unsweetened tea. Overall not bad. I'd be down to try their breakfast items, especially the biscuits and gravy the next time I go back!

Yelp
First time ordering form here the other day and I got the family meal with Mac and cheese and French fries and 2 Bo Berry biscuits. Everything was delicious! I really love the mac & cheese, french fries, and the Bo Berry biscuits! We also got a jug of lemonade, which was good. Everything was about $50. My only thing was that the chicken tenders and the french fries were on the salty side. Service from the drive-through cashiers was great! Very friendly and I got my order right away! It was so fast I was quite shocked. I returned today to order some of the Bo Berry biscuits again and I got a peach cobbler.

Yelp
If these fries are normally what the Bojangles will serve in a kids meal, Bojangles should be ashamed of themselves. These fries were so salty they were not edible even for an adult. The biscuit was the only thing that was passable and the chicken was at best OK. I definitely will not be taking my kids here or going back - not a great first experience with Bojangles.

Yelp
It was light line around 11am, no need to wait to order. It's neat and enough space to stay if you wanted to dine in. The taste of their biscuits, chicken, and coleslaw are out of this world! I double recommend to try 'em out! glad, the man ahead of me was from where it originated and gave me ideas what to order(tall slim man). although, no country ham, he said.

Yelp
Wow! Next level flavor? YES! So tasty and juicy! Extremely flavorful with mild spices and perfect seasoning! The Bo Special Sauce has a hint of horseradish and almost tartar sauce like, it's good! And the chicken so CRISPY! CRUNCHY! Flavorful! I thought I loved raising canes....BOJANGLES chicken is where it's at! Thank you Bojangles!~

Yelp
I'll admit I was a little psyched to see a Bojangles being built just a few minutes' drive from my neighborhood. I've heard plenty of good things but had never had the chance to check it out. That is, until today! When we stopped by it was busy, but nothing too bad at all. Without knowing much about this place, I enjoyed my meal here today! - Service was very good. The young man who helped us was friendly and literally said Hi to everyone! - We each decided to try their Chicken Sandwich Combo. This came with a medium drink and a side. I grabbed some mac and cheese on the side while my partner chose an order of fries. Each combo cost $9.89. Not cheap, but what is these days? It wasn't bad is what I'm saying. - Chicken sandwiches were very tasty and had a little bit of a Cajun kick to it. It really reminded me of Popeye's Chicken Sandwich. The fries were a okay. The mac was actually better than I thought it would be. We also ordered a single biscuit to share since I read that this is something that they are apparently famous for. And I can see why!! Damn! So light and fluffy and very buttery! VERY, very good biscuit! :) I will definitely be enjoying more of those! I'm looking forward to trying one of their breakfast sandwiches next! A sausage, egg, and cheese on those biscuits sounds SO good to me! I guess I now have a neighborhood Bojangles! lol I WILL be back. 4 solid stars.

Yelp
I've heard great things about their biscuits and they were all true. They have a see-through window where you can view their biscuits being mold and made. Their food is AMAZING especially their Bo-Biscuits from their chicken biscuit sandwich to the Bo Berry Biscuits. The employees provided excellent service as well. I heard they're opening up new locations around the valley soon. I look forward to future visits.

Yelp
First timer Pulled into the drive thru 6:30pm on a Saturday night and was greeted by an employee to take my order. He wasn't very happy and seemed less happy to be there. He asked if I needed to look at the menu?? Ugh yes I ordered a strips comb (very good)he then asked me what sides I wanted. I had to ask what the sides were and what the sauces were. By the way the spicy ranch is outstanding! For my side (you get one) I chose Mac n cheese (good)plus ordered the dirty rice (not so good) The biscuit was absolutely delicious, large fluffy and soft, almost like it was freshly baked right before it was served to me(best part of my meal) but they didn't offer me, honey or butter or anything to go with the biscuit I ordered sweet tea and it was very, very good It's way better than raising Cane's and I will definitely be back!!

Yelp
My first time trying bojangles and i wasn't entirely impressed. I might have looked at the wrong menu online and was hoping to order different chicken pieces -- they only serve tenders, which is fine! But the tenders weren't as juicy as I would've liked. We tried the Mac and cheese, dirty rice, chicken sandwhich and the boberry biscuits. The rice I wasn't a huge fan of, it lacked a little flavor to me. The Mac and cheese reminded of Kraft Mac and cheese. I did have their lemonade and it was a solid lemonade! The boberry biscuits were great in my opinion as well. One thing to note, the tenders had a tiny kick to them which was good! The chicken sandwhich I thought was tasty but I've had some better ones as well. For the price I do think it's a little overpriced for what it is. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating! I just don't think I would personally crave it. For me it was a good thing to try once. We went through the drive thru so can't speak much on the inside :) Oh!! I did really enjoy the cayenne ranch, must try with your tenders.

Yelp
I've been hearing about Bojangles from a coworker. I finally tried it tonight and it did not disappoint! The biscuit was fluffy and hot, so delicious! I ordered the chicken tenders combo with a Pepsi. Tenders were cooked to perfection- flavorful, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. They provided plenty of their home made ranch sides which was much appreciated! Instead of fries I opted for the Mac n cheese, it was good, very similar to KFC. The portions are somewhat small but the quality is great. I plan on trying their breakfast next. Good job Bojangles!

Yelp
Apparently people have been super excited to try this place. Every time I drive by it has been super busy with long drive thru lines. We went inside and had just about a 0 wait time. The fries had some good seasoning on them, but they should had been hotter and a bit crispier. The biscuit was great, especially after adding some honey. Pretty sure it was real honey and not that honey flavored trash. The main player were the tenders, well more like strips. They were certainly hot temperature wise and the flavor was good. I had the BBQ sauce and jalapeño ranch which was good. You get one sauce and extra was $.59 more. My wife added the Bo-berry biscuits, which were fantastic. They reminded me of the cinnamon raisin biscuits Hardee's used to have. The peach cobbler she wasn't a fan for. Overall it was good, but not sure it was better than some other places. It is nice to have more choices in town. We will try it again though.

Yelp
I've been so excited to try Bojangles since its opening announcement! Only reason I can't give it five stars is because of the limited menu. I'm 100% a bone in chicken lover and they only have tenders on the menu right now. That being said, the chicken is honestly top tier. Up there with Jollybee and Popeye's but the biscuit was phenomenal! Even better than some restaurants. Same goes for their mac and cheese. Definitely looking forward to trying it again when they introduce bone in chicken but I'm tempted to grab another box of tenders. Which is a massive compliment coming from me.

Yelp
If you haven't been to a Bojangles before, don't bother looking anything up online or looking at their website - our Vegas location has a much smaller, condensed menu. It's basically a chicken tender shop with biscuits. No bone in chicken, limited amounts of dismal gravy, no Cajun filet, no Cajun pintos, no pimento cheese, not even mashed potatoes? Very strange to finally move here and decimate the menu and remove all of the actual southern items. It's also unclear if their Bo Chicken sandwich is their famous Cajun chicken sandwich, or made more generic as well. But hey, maybe they're focusing on what they know they can execute well. Unfortunately, at least on my visit, it wasn't the biscuits. I got a chicken biscuit and was impressed with the actual chicken - decent size, nice kick of spice, pretty juicy, and the breading mostly adhered, but the biscuit fell apart at the first bite and was dry and crumbly. Pro tip though, add the spicy peach sauce, which was fantastic - unfortunately, they do not offer or include any sauces, and even the chicken sandwich is pretty dry. Other reviews here mention them charging for ketchup which is insane, if true. Service was hit or miss, with plenty of staff present and some just shooting the breeze with each other rather than taking orders or having any sort of urgency to help customers. Shout out to the gal who helped me with the sauce situation when everyone else was too "busy". Hopefully they add to the menu or have more locations that actually feature the southern items the brand is known for - otherwise you may as well just go to Canes, Dave's, Houston's, KFC, Popeyes, etc. because they removed nearly everything that makes this spot stand out.

Yelp
I'm a southern Texas girl and heard about this place serving up southern food. I can honestly say I was kind of skeptical because as a southerner I'd say we all like to boast that ours is the best. I love the convenient location on Blue Diamond, the drive thru, and the early hours for breakfast. I ordered the chicken breakfast biscuit with tator rounds and sweet tea. I also had to try the blueberry muffins. I ordered 2 and then changed my mind because I really wanted to try the sausage gravy with my breakfast. The gravy was a bit higher priced than I thought it should be but I wasn't going to pass up the chance to try a southern staple for me. We have a lot of breakfast places in Vegas and the gravy just doesn't hit right for this southern girl. The drive thru attendant was very kind and ended up giving me both of the blueberry biscuits since I messed up and changed my order. I'm glad I got the side of gravy as it was perfect and tasted like home. My chicken biscuit was great. It was a larger piece of chicken than I expected and had a nice little kick of flavor. The biscuit kind of fell apart as I ate it but it was super moist and just the right amount of salty. I really liked the biscuits. Great homemade taste without being dry, hard, or too thick. I dipped my biscuit and chicken separately into my sausage gravy. Delicious. Those potato rounds are huge and crispy!! Wow! I loved them also. The blueberry biscuits were delicious also. I loved the sweet taste of the blueberry inside the biscuit and again the biscuit had that right amount of soft and crisp edges with the savory, salty, and sweet taste. The icing makes it a bit messy to eat with your hands but totally worth the drizzle. I enjoyed the tea also. Most of the time, tea is Vegas is just okay. This southern tea holds true to southern flavor. All in all for a fast food chicken place boasting southern flavor in Las Vegas, I am glad you bring a taste of home and delicious food and treats! Thank you also for the hospitality of a southern attitude!

Yelp
A group of four of us went to Bojangles this past Saturday for lunch & it did not disappoint! There was no line when we arrived at 11:30 so they quickly took our order. We went with the 20 piece family meal and it was a TON of food. I'd say it's a little on the pricier side but for $70, you get a 20-piece chicken box, two quarter gallons of ice tea (highly recommend upgrading one to the lemonade for an extra $3), 8 biscuits, 4 sides, and 5 sauces. Man it was A LOT of food. We definitely didn't finish all of it. The chicken was really crunchy and tasty, I don't think I can think of a better place for fried chicken than Bojangles! The sauces makes everything 10x better. And also, highly recommend mixing your lemonade with the iced tea. The staff is also great! They're constantly checking in & asking about your experience or if you need anything else. We felt welcomed and satisfied. Highly recommend this place next time you're craving crispy chicken.

Yelp
Very friendly customer service. They ask for your name when placing order to make the experience more personable. I tried the number 3 which is a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit sandwich with hash browns and a drink. It was pretty good. Next I look forward to trying their Bo-berry biscuits, which are blueberry biscuits.

Yelp
Bojangles - Las Vegas, NV (Blue Diamond & Rainbow) Bojangles has officially arrived in Las Vegas! Just a couple of side notes before I write this review... #1 - This is my first time having Bojangles #2 - I dined here on their first official day of business during typical lunch hours. Yes, I waited over an hour for chicken. This place was packed! #3 - Limited menu. I understand that this location does not have items that the original Bojangles locations have (i.e. bone-in fried chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy, pimento cheese spread, etc.). All that said, I am honestly a fan of Bojangles. I had their Chicken Tenders, Bo's Chicken Sandwich, Bo-Tato Rounds, Biscuits & Gravy, Bo-Berry Biscuit, and their seasoned fries. The chicken sandwich is on smaller side, but delicious. The chicken tenders had a lot of flavor, not overly breaded, and had a little kick to it. The highlight was their Bo-Berry Biscuit. It's like a blueberry muffin, but not. Believe me. It is good. As for their potatoes, I like the Bo-tato Rounds, but did not love their seasoned fries. But then again, I prefer unseasoned fries. Overall, I am glad we have a Bojangles in Vegas. I look forward to another visit, just once the crowd dies down. 2025 Yelp Review #6

Yelp
I know that this location just opened up not too long ago, but the hype causes long lines and long wait times. With that being said, I'm a bit disappointed in everything. The menu in store is different from online, and the portions of the sides did not even fill the entire container. The staff was busy so they weren't that friendly or pleasant. The menu seems inconsistent, because when the employee listed the offered sides, it was not what was on the menu (example the potatoes with the sandwich only). My favorite items were the dirty rice and the Bo sauce, otherwise everything else was underwhelming and a bit expensive for fast food.

Yelp
First time trying this place and WOW. We were truly pleased. The food was delicious and the customer service was amazing!!! The location is great , very visible and easy accessible with a spacious parking . The restaurant itself is new and extremely clean. It has inside dining area and a drive thru as well. The staff were all very nice and even walked around to ask if all guests were well taken care of. Everyone was smiling and happy. We have felt very welcomed and appreciated. The pricing here is incredibly reasonable, and the service is top-notch--friendly, efficient, and welcoming. We have ordered a chicken sandwich , chicken tenders and a milkshake. Their signature biscuits were also THE BEST and our favorite, they were warm and fluffy. The crispy chicken sandwich was sooo good and the chicken wasn't dry at all. So much flavor too! The tenders were juicy and the dipping sauces complimented them well. The chicken tenders are hand-breaded and you can taste the difference ,as you'd expect from Bojangles, with that perfect balance of crispiness and seasoning. With its quality food and service, it's no surprise that this location is set to become a staple for the community. Bojangles is definitely worth the visit. Highly recommended for anyone craving that Southern comfort food goodness and in my opinion they are much better than Raising Cane's . We can't wait to go back and try their other menu items.

Yelp
I need to start off by commending the staff at this location. It's the grand opening and despite long lines, everyone has been so friendly and personable. They even check in on how my meal was once it arrived. In the time I was there, the offered boo berry milkshake samples and the mascot came out to great people with a flurry of energy. It was very busy and loud but super clean despite it all. Now to the food, the chicken was crispy, flavorful and moist. The fries were flavorful but I did want them to be a bit crispy. However, with the sheer volume that they are pumping out, these are good. The biscuit is buttery and soft. If you are looking at dipping sauces, don't skip on the peach honey pepper. I love that they give you a good size dipping sauce rather than a tiny one. Be advised that you will be charged if you ask for two sauces potentially. As for drink, the sweet tea is where it's at. I also got the peach cobbler biscuit, which was sweet and buttery. I'd definitely return to this location for the food and the service. Be prepared to wait potentially if you come in the first few weeks. For me, it was worth it.

First time trying Bojangles and I'm not sure I got the authentic experience. This is the first Bojangles to open in Vegas and for how new it was the restaurant was not busy at all. Originating in the south Bojangles is known for their southern style fried chicken and delicious biscuits. However this particular restaurant only serves chicken tenders!?! I was dumbfounded when I heard about this. They have no fried chicken on the menu only different sizes of chicken tenders you can order. The chicken itself was slightly above average with its only saving grace being the infused spices they use. The lemonade was good but not tart enough and the biscuits were slightly above average as well. I recommend trying this place if you've never experienced Bojangles but just know you are getting a very watered down version.

Yelp
I hesitated putting in this review since it's a new venue. The food was good. Chicken fingers were small but light and crispy. Fries were good but they didn't give enough of a portion. Perhaps because it was Grand opening day so they were limiting their supplies, I don't know. Service on the other hand was terrible. We stood in line of perhaps 10 customers and when it was our turn we were left just standing there waiting and the cashier turned to speak to his colleague and didn't acknowledge or greet us. Finally after a few minutes he turn to us and say what will you have? We ordered the fingers and fries combo and a drink. It did not come with any ketchup or sauces so my husband asked for ketchup which he was given 2 packages. He asked for more and he was told they have to charge for beyond 2 packages of ketchup. I've never heard of such I then sat down to eat and went back to the counter to ask for hot sauce. Again I was left standing there at the counter waiting while staffs just ignored me. After several minutes I interrupted a staff to ask for the sauces. Another customer heard me asking for sauces so he asked for sauces as well. When the staff brought the sauces, he handed the sauces to the other customer and threw my sauce packets on the counter. I had to pick it up from the counter. I really felt discriminated and unwelcome here. Bojangle is a "NO-jangle" for us. I do enjoy that they have self serve soda dispenser. The venue was spacious and clean. I do hope management retrain their staffs and not charge extra for ketchup. Perhaps someday we'll go back and give them another chance as there are many other options to choose from. We both walked away disappointed and we had high hope for this place

Yelp
First time ever trying Bojangles as I'm a LV native, and I was blown away! I've come two more times since then and have loved each time. Each time I've come, the drive thru hasn't been busy, and the service has always been friendly. We had Taiwan the first time, and my sister tried every single thing he recommended, and she loved every bite. I think the price is also pretty good. Each time, I've ordered the 3 piece chicken tender combo with a large lemonade. I've tried the mac and cheese, fries, and potato rounds. The lemonade is bomb! It's perfectly sweet and tangy and one of my favorite fast food lemonades now. The mac and cheese was good, nice, and creamy, but my go-to side now are the fries. They seasoning is so good, and normally, I like a sauce with my fries, but this is perfect on its own. The potato rounds are also super tasty. They have bits of onion in them. Now, the chicken tenders are what blew me away. The seasoning on the chicken and breading is like nothing from any other fast food place, I think. This has flaaaavoooor. For sauce, I've tried the honey mustard, ranch, and bbq. The honey mustard is my number 1 favorite, awesome balance with the flavor of the chicken. The biscuit is also really good, with or without honey. I also tried the cobbler, which is just compote on top of the biscuit along with some sort of icing, pretty tasty! I am so happy they opened this here! I will be coming back time and time again so long as the quality is this good. Love it!

Yelp
After a lot of split reviews we decided to finally bite the bullet and stop by and try. We figured the massive hype of the new opening would have settled and hopefully things were starting to fix themselves, even though some recent reviews said otherwise. We ended up pulling behind the side street and it was kind of confusing but make sure you don't enter the lot going on the wrong way (don't enter by Freddy's). There was plenty of parking and it wasn't all that busy, aside from about 5-6 cars in the drive thru. When my husband and I walked in we were immediately greeted by the staff even though they were taking orders from other patrons. It took us by surprise. The interior was. bright and clean and I loved the little window that you can watch them make biscuits. We were waved over to take our order by Lisa. The menu was confusing so I questioned whether or not you could order just the sandwich or tenders a la carte and not as a combo. She said they are called "snack packs" for the tenders but the prices aren't advertised for sure. So we decided to get the grilled chicken combo with Bo-rounds and tea, the 3 piece tenders with mac n cheese and lemonade (40 cent upgrade - worth it!!!), a bacon, egg, & cheese biscuit, and a sausage, egg & cheese biscuit (but minus the cheese). When Lisa read back the order she had mistakenly marked the latter as egg and cheese but was able to quickly fix it and read it back correctly. We were taking our order to go so she gave my husband the cup to get his iced tea and she filled up the lemonade behind the counter. We waited about 5 minutes and our food was ready. We double checked the order and despite others having issues, our order was correct. The only thing I had to go back to the counter for was the honey mustard dipping sauce for the tenders. Again, Lisa was so friendly and everyone wished us a good day upon our exit. When we got home, the food was still warm. We noticed even though we were charged a 3 piece tender, they gave us 4, which is better than complaints of being short changed. The chicken sandwich was flavorful and very comparable to the likes of Freddy's. The tenders had a nice consistency and crispness to their batter with a little kick which was amazing, especially when dipped in the honey mustard sauce. The Bo-rounds were few (I was thinking they would be smaller more like Burger King hashbrowns) but they were thick cut, and nicely done. The biggest kicker was the macaroni and cheese. My son is firmly obsessed with Kraft macaroni and cheese and when he said Bojangles mac n cheese blew it out of the water, we knew we had a winner. The breakfast sandwiches are very good especially with the fresh baked biscuits, flaky and crumbly and soft. All in all, we are so happy with our experience. I know not everyone has had or will have the same, but we are here to share how our visit went and based on today, we would go back again. Welcome to Las Vegas, Bojangles!

Yelp
It's been years since we've had Bojangles. We went for the Bo Berry biscuits but ended up getting a 12 piece chicken tender meal with Bo Taters and Dirty Rice as the sides and honey mustard, jalapeño ranch, and ranch as our sauces. Surprisingly the meal comes with a half gallon of sweet tea. All this comes in a nice Yellow box. The food was good, chicken was flavorful with a little kick to it. If you don't like spicy, you may not like it even though it's mild. The Bo Taters were delicious. The Dirty Rice was a little too salty but was ok. Biscuits were PERFECT! Bo Berry biscuits were just like I remembered, Amazingly delicious. The peach cobbler was good, it's pretty much a biscuit with delicious peaches on top. The service was FANTASTIC! Taiwan was very personable and kind. He not only took our order, he also came around and collected our trash from our table and recommended the peach cobbler. The ambiance was ok, nothing special, just like all other fast food places. Would we go back again, YES that's a definite. The reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is due to not having chicken pieces available. They only have chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, and breakfast sandwiches but no chicken pieces at all. But overall, it was a nice visit. They also have military discounts!!! Y'all gotta go check it out for yourself! I mean at least for the Bo Berry biscuits and peach cobbler!!

Yelp
Off the chain, I've had Chick-fil-A, Canes and others. No comparison.... I'm addicted to the tenders and Chicken Sandwich BLT . The flavor is so on point the sauces actually ruin it. Bravo Bojangles!!

Yelp
I finally got to try this place after seeing that the line had died down. I had the 4 pcs combo with fries and lemonade. First the special sauce, it was on the sweeter side and also more liquidy. It wasnt for me. The chicken was okay, it was crunchy but some parts were mainly breading which was overwhelming. The flavor was good though! The fries was not good as it was way too salty. The biscuit was actually decent and not dry. The lemonade was also okay. I have to give more credit to the service. The young man at the drive through was helpful since it was a bit hard for me to see the menu. Over all, Im happy I tried it.

Yelp
I was here a little after they just opened, around 5:20am. Ordered the sausage biscuit combo. It came with half dollar sized tater rounds and I opted for a coffee. My coffee was luke warm and I was disappointed the tater rounds were not freshly hot, but warm, greasy and not seasoned. I was pretty disappointed with my morning meal. I would have went back to the establishment, but since I was on my way to CA, I waited for my next stop to toss my whole order. I really wanted to love this place because I waited a while before Las Vegas opened one.

Yelp
I ordered for pickup Boberry biscuits, they were ready quick despite it being very busy inside. I give these biscuits a 9/10. They were delicious and I warmed one up the next morning and it still tasted fresh! Definitely recommend. I also tried the peach cobbler and wasn't a fan of it. I haven't had a chance to try the food but will be back for that review later on.

Yelp
We ordered in to go and it was bright, busy and clean. The workers were polite and helpful. We've eaten Bojangles in North Carolina and loved it there and had to try this new location here for their bo rounds and fries. We noticed the short menu options and the sweet tea is not the way it's made in NC. We ordered the family 16 piece meal with dirty rice, biscuits, Mac & cheese, French fries, and our choice of sauces. The chicken was crispy and delicious but there is spice to it. The rice has small pieces of sausage in it and it's well flavored with spice as well. The Mac and cheese is well cooked and the biscuits are soft and crisp. It's similar to Raising Canes and KFC. We were just unhappy with not being able to buy whole chicken and the uber sweet tea of the south not being the same. If you're in the area they're worth a try, the ambiance was good, even with the cashier naming my order for Andrew instead of Audrey.

Yelp
As a fan of Bojangles' and growing up in the Carolinas it's hard for me to give them this 3 Stars , but I have good reasons to. This is not your typical Bojangles' of the South. This should be called Bojangles' Express. How can you not have Bone-In Chicken ? I was so excited last year to hear y'all were coming to Las Vegas and I remember seeing the SUV's at the Bellagio with the Bojangles' wraps on them for the big meeting. I work there. I was telling everyone how you were going to run Popeye's and KFC out of business in Vegas ! I knew this location wouldn't have Cheerwine , the North Carolina Cherry Soda , for those who haven't heard of it. I also knew you wouldn't have the Country Ham Biscuit , which again if you don't know is a dry salt cured ham that is delicious. I was surprised you do have the Biscuits and Gravy. Another surprise is no Cajun Chicken Biscuit which is my favorite and loved by so many of my friends and family back home , wow , that one really surprised me. Even Chick-fil-A has a Spicy Chicken Biscuit. You guys are missing the mark with these things. Now where does this location shine , well first thing you walk in the door and you are greeted with a friendly smile and hi. I ate in the dining area and they did this with every customer which is a true Southern Custom that we learned growing up even did this when I worked at McDonald's when I was a teenager in South Carolina. The Bo-Berry Biscuits were made perfectly and melted in your mouth just like they do in the Carolinas. My Sweet Tea was on point and perfect , not too sweet and not weak tasting. I got the Steak Biscuit which was good , but I have to say Hardee's Steak Biscuit is better , but we don't have Hardee's here and Carl's Jr doesn't sell them. The place was spotless and I saw not one , but 2 ladies clean the dining area while I was there. Sweeping , moping , cleaning tables , it was great to see that when so many fast food places in town the tables look like they haven't been cleaned in days. I will go back and try the Chicken Tenders and Sides of course. I know a lot of people are saying they didn't want another Cane's selling just Chicken Tenders and wanted the Bone-In Chicken. I wish this location and the others to open much success. I hope maybe they will change their mind and later add the missing pieces to their menu , at the least the Cajun Chicken Biscuit. I do like the window with the ladies making the biscuits which I saw in Laurinburg , NC at Biscuitville and thought that was a great idea.

Yelp
Extra juicy southern fried chicken and buttery biscuits straight from heaven. I've never had Bojangles and my first visit didn't disappoint. Skipped the grand opening because I'm not waiting in line for over an hour for anything. Came in a few weeks after and ordered in less than 5 mins. They are still extremely busy with a line wrapping around the corner in the drive thru. These folks are pros! Everything went extremely smoothly and employees were smiling. The fried chicken is pretty damn good. It has a little Cajun kick to it and when you bite into it you can actually see the orange hues. Moist AF! Fries are a little too seasoned for me. Mac & cheese was very creamy. Great sauces especially a pretty unique one I haven't tried before - peach honey pepper sauce. Sweet & spicy magic. Now the star of the show was the super fluffy and buttery biscuit. Made from scratch and I think my eyes rolled back a little when I took my first bite. Hands down one of the best biscuits I've ever had. Can't wait to come back and try a breakfast sandwich on one of these insanely wonderful biscuits. Welcome to Nevada and Las Vegas!!!! We're thrilled to have you!

Yelp
Mood - Evolution So by now everyone knows I eat all over the place, and I have family across the United States. That being said, when I saw the B, I may have fan girled and screamed. As I know the brand, the food, the sides, and of course that famous taste from the East Coast. Upon entering it was very packed so we opted for the drive thru. During this visit they were handing out menus as everyone was waiting in line. This is where the Evolution portion of life comes into play. If you are familiar with this chain and you see the Vegas menu yes there is a noticeable difference. Opted for the largest pack of tenders, dirty rice, Mac and Cheese, Ice Tea, Potatoes, Bo berry dessert, and Peach Cobbler. Now this most def is not what I'm familiar with. I am familiar with chicken pieces, 11 sides to choose from, and whatever else is offered. But in the infamous words of Dorothy "We are not in North Carolina aka "Kansas" anymore Toto". So here we are. The tenders were plentiful and the dirty rice was what I'm used to. I used the drive thru, so I can't comment on the interior. In the drive thru there was order takers which helped to streamline the process on their end and the heart break on mine when I looked at the menu. Would recommend- pricing is typical for inflation part of life. The customer service was very hospitable. Now ask for the Bo sauce- it isn't listed, but you'll be thankful you did Location is Blue Diamond/ Rainbow- there is parking, but it is still congested with all the traffic during high peak hours

Yelp
We had so much excitement when we pulled up to their drive thru on a weekday morning hoping to avoid the crazy line. The first thing I noticed was the lack of joy and excitement on the employee's face as we were driving near the menu. We've never had Bojangles before so we had no idea what their bestsellers are. She did not even offer to tell us anything about their food. She seemed bored and when we asked her for the sauce options, she just pointed out the list on the menu. We ended up getting one of their family bundles or whatever you call that, their berry biscuit and their chocolate milkshake. Everything was a little over $50. First of all, I feel like that's a lot for what we got. The tenders were crispy and good. The berry biscuit was alright. It might have been better eaten fresh from the restaurant. The milkshake was meh. After the whole experience and eating it at home, I kinda wished I ordered raising cane's tenders, KFC biscuits and In N Out chocolate milkshake instead. I'm sure they would have been cheaper and I would have had a better customer experience. Would I try it again? I may try eating inside the restaurant but def need some time to get over that bad experience.

Yelp
Disappointed with my order. Regular size Mac - container was only half full. It tasted very bland and was only about a few bites in total. Should call this a sample sized. Just enough to know I'd never order it again. Chicken sandwich - very average at best. Peach cobbler - very small serving as well and the presentation didn't look very good.

Yelp
Had Bojangles years ago in the North Carolina Nice to see it's finally made its way to Nevada. Just as I remember. Not greasy , seasoned to perfection and just the right of spicy. The breakfast is so bomb too. Never have to wait long In line here the service is fast.

Yelp
Had to wait for the hype /excitement to die down for coming here to avoid the lines! We came her around 8:20 in the morning in a Sunday ! We ordered some breakfast biscuits sandwiches and hash browns ! Honestly I know this is fast food and I couldn't review the inside but I was overall impressed as they just opened two week prior! I alone could just eat the biscuits as they were so buttery and soft . The hash brown rounds were gigantic and come with like 3-4 a pack ! They were good but I wish there was more than just a salt seasoning to them ! We will definitely be going back as this is right by our house and I have to try their blue berry biscuit!

Yelp
This is a newly opened location. I tried the chicken biscuit and the steak biscuit. I preferred the chicken biscuit. The chicken was juicy and well seasoned. The biscuit was very buttery and flaky. I got a good batch. The hash brown coins were larger than I expected. We ordered through the drive thru. They were very fast with our order. I can image the line getting long as they don't have many locations nearby. They had cones set up to make it orderly. Overall good, but will have to come back to see if they stay consistent.

Yelp
The food was mid.. this review is for the lunch. However the service and ambience was absolutely outstanding. I just didn't really like the flavor of the chicken. It has a light seasoning on it and it makes you think it's undercooked. Also, maybe the chicken strips was, because when I had the first bite all the breading fell off. And it had a big piece of fat. Eww after that I didn't want to eat it anymore. It was weird eating a chicken strip that had fat. You don't usually see that. The sides were ok. Nothing great. The fries were the best. And the biscuits. The best thing is the BO BERRY BISCUITS
