Bojangles

I waited almost 10 minutes for the chicken sandwich combo because they didn't have the chicken cooked. No restaurant should never run out of any popular item. I've worked in restaurant for years and the only time we would run out of anything was during rush hour that we were not expecting. No one was inside except employees. I was the only person in drive thru the whole time I was waiting. It wasn't anywhere rush hour times because 2 employees were taking their breaks.

I was told receipts were not used if the transaction was less than $20. I wanted to do a company review but you need the receipt number to do that. 35 minute wait for food. Order was wrong. On the bright side the service is much better than the highway 58 location where I was called a “cracker” for asking how much longer my order would take.

The staff was extremely certious. They preferred asking if I had time to let them cook me up a fresh grilled chicken sandwich, which I had plenty of time to wait and extra 10 minutes. The thoughtfulness was highly appreciated after a long day of work. Great service and delicious food at a fair price. This was my first time at a BoJangles and I was impressed. Thanks again.

I tried to taste it and it taste like "Johnson and Johnson baby powder and wet paper napkins" 🤷🏾‍♂️ The the biscuits and gravy garbage Updated review. I had to be fair and give them a second chance then they charged me 15 bucks for three side items and some french fries. I couldn't do it but it was my dog food so I had to get something🤷🏾‍♂️ see attached to receipt. Highway robbery. No wonder no one's in the parking lot at 3:30 in the afternoon

I love going in at breakfast or lunch times the best 2 ladies are there which is crystal and Meagan they are very sweet fast and polite and the help with the menu if you have any questions

great service. nice warm soft biscuit, crystal was amazing, she helped me at the window. took my payment gave me my food and drink fast and made me laugh! 10/10 recommend , def will be back! thanks crystal

It's fast food. Not much to say about it other than it's not terrible. The Kirkland chicken tenders I can make at home taste better and are less expensive.

The great service, fresh food, and quickness keeps me coming back to THIS location! I always enjoy my meal, and the line moves quickly even if it's long! Keep up the great work! I'm a happy customer :)

Terribly slow and unattentive service, but great chicken. Ordered online, but waited for over 20 mins for anyone to acknowledge us and to get us our food. Chicken was good, fries were salty. Their mac and cheese is actually really good too. Unfortunately, the poor service will keep me away from this location.

Takes far too long. Just got my food. Got it home. Potatoes are as thick as play dough. The Mac and cheese doesn't only look dead but tastes dead. Chicken is overly greasy. They made me pull up for 10 mins when no one was there to wait for my food. They gave me sweet tea when I explicitly said UNSWEET. Then when I asked for unsweet, the lady said their unsweetened tea was a bit sweet today. So they gave me a water bottle. Unbelievable. This company has been around for decades and the service and quality is on par with the quality of people they employ. Sucks.

AMAZING. such sweethearts working in the drive thru and offered to help us with any questions regarding the menu. Such lovely people and I WILL BE BACK.ITS BO TIME!

My daughter is traumatized. She got a Mac and cheese this afternoon and found a pube like hair in there after she had already eaten most of her food. This is not a joke or for attention. I just wanted to post for awareness because she didn't even feel comfortable going inside to tell them. She figured they wouldn't do anything anyway and I agree. How absolutely disgusting. This was her favorite breakfast place. AWFUL!!!!!

this is possibly the worst Bojangles anyone could ever ever go to. went to the drive thru with my girlfriend and they told us to wait a minute, but left their mic on and was cussing at other employees and just sitting there not taking our order. also, we waited in line for like over 5 minutes and just ended up leaving. the first time I ever went here it was also terrible. they were rude to me and my sister and we waited for a while too. horrible location.

Took a half day to watch my daughter so my wife could go to a Dr appointment. Got in line here because the line was short. Should've known why, especially since I got on here and saw the reviews. I ordered the 13, I think, which was supposed to be 2 thighs and a leg. Got to work and it's 3 legs instead. I'll be sending the picture to them to see if they'll do anything about it. I tried to call but the line is busy. I can't leave work to go back and get it corrected.

Biscuit wasnt cooked all the way... if u dont like your job get another 1 or dont work...

Waste of time. Your order will be wrong, you will not get sauce, the drinks will be flat, good luck even getting fully cooked chicken. Ignorant, and unfit to sell food

I called to see if their lobby was open - many of our local fast food places are drive-thru only. The response I got was, "We're open every day, baby!" When we got there, the same woman greeted us just as enthusiastically, took our order & even brought us our food. When we were leaving, another employee told us they were happy we had come to eat with them. The food was good, as always, but I will definitely come back for the homey feel & the kindness.

Chicken breast on breakfast sandwich was hard. Like leather. Wouldn't give it to my dog. I was there at 10am, but that chicken breast must have been there for hours.

Horrible 2 years ago, horrible last year and went again today got a refund and left...you guessed it. Horrible again. Customer service here is non existent and you should always expect to wait 10+ mins for your food. I hate it because it's the closest location to me. But, I suggest driving to Soddy if you want Bojangles, they know what they're doing.

Never gets the order right and close when they want to. Currently closed early at 1:40. Need to just be closed down.

For the price, the food is 5-stars. Down to 4 stars because 2 of the staff members couldn't answer the most rudimentary questions about the food and manager was busy running around covering for his slow poke troop - hope management conducts occasional drug tests.... But, place was clean and the chicken was hot and tasty.

Ordered food and was told it would be $13, pulled up to the window and they said 6 dollars as they took my card, when I got the receipt back it wasn't my order, it was an order for two sides. When I told the drive through worker she said "oh it didn't go through anyway, and took my card and charged me for the correct order." I drove about halfway home before realizing they left out a chicken biscuit. Turned around and told them what happened and the drive through worker just said "pull around" and handed me my biscuit and said have a nice day. When I got home I checked my bank account to see that the first charge DID go through, so I called back to speak to the manager to explain what happened. She didn't apologize for the mistaken charge and I didn't even mention the biscuit ordeal. She said "how much do we owe you" and "okay I'll pay you back" without even knowing which ticket number to look up and tried to end the call. I asked if she needed the ticket number and she actually looked it up that time and found it. She said "okay I'll refund it to you if you need it," ...if I NEED it?? It's your mess up! I'm not sweating the charge but at least be polite and apologetic to your customers. I will be surprised if the charge comes off my account honestly. Really poor service, do not recommend.
