If you're looking for a breakfast that exceeds expectations, this place is an absolute must-visit! We had the chicken biscuits, and they were out of this world—crispy, perfectly seasoned chicken nestled between soft, flaky biscuits that had us hooked from the first bite. But the real surprise came with their hash browns. These were no ordinary hash browns; they were crispy on the outside, yet unbelievably fluffy on the inside. Honestly, they were the perfect complement to the chicken biscuits. What really stood out was the service. After waiting 20 minutes for our food, a thoughtful server noticed and made sure we were well taken care of. As a nice touch, they even brought us their famous blueberry biscuits on the house to make up for the wait, and they were delicious! From the food to the service, everything was top-notch. We’ll definitely be back for more of their amazing breakfast offerings!

Let me start off by saying that If you are accustomed to Bojangle's, on the east coast, this is NOT it!! I had my mouth fixed as soon as I saw the sign and veered over 3 lanes of traffic to get there only to learn that they do not have any bone-in chicken, ham or the traditional foods that I have loved since childhood as a native Carolinian... all they carry is pretty much chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, salads and bo-berry biscuits. They also only offer about half of the traditional sides. But if you're newly introduced to Bojangle's, then you may certainly like it! I'm not a fan of boneless chicken and the person who assisted me said that she couldn't even tell me what part of the chicken it is. In my quest of solidarity, despite being hesitant of ordering and so that my trip was not an absolute failure, I ordered the dirty rice and Idebated about getting the tea. The rice was much drier than I've grown accustomed to with this brand but still decent. Because I know the quality of Bojangle's, I would not break my neck to return and I really wish they had stayed true to at least bringing the best of what they offer to Houstonians so they can also live the restaurant that I've known for decades. Also if you go through the drive-through, be aware that there is not any access to the building from the drive through side of the building. So if you forget something or serving guess getting an item that you think you'll change your mind about, then you'll be forced to walk all the way around the building or drive out only to U-turn at the light and re-enter in the very busy traffic that surrounds the location.

Google
been looking for a chance to taste their “famous breakfast”. finally got a moment. expecting something unique i grabbed a local newspaper ordered breakfast and sat to eat. sadly there is nothing good to share about this place. the biscuits a tasteless and boring - canned from grocery are better. the gravy tastes like 2% milk poured over the biscuit - absolutely inedible. the Bo’s biscuit (a near cold chicken breast fried on a biscuit) forgettable. yea it was not even like warm - i saw them tossing many in trash - so i assume mine had been cooked earlier - terrible. even the coffee was weak and not worth repeating the highlight - the hasbrowns (bos rounds?) were the best but still at $2.50 for 4 minis - skip them. sadly i fear this place will suffer the demise of others that have set up here before - soon to close :( photo is what was left when i gave up - just not worth the time wasted to continue with tasting on the positive - the manager. - possibly the best and nicest and most proud of any fast food place i have been. he is going places - just not here. the atmosphere is a stark overly lite steril feel. (i have an extra star for his positive attitude).

I’m from North Carolina, and I sure did miss bojangles. Their chicken is so good and crispy. French fries are seasoned to perfection. Biscuits are made right there as well. Customer service was great. CANES BETTER WATCH OUT, BOJANGLES IN TOWN. Had to make another order to take home because we loved it. Only thing that we did not get was the 2nd biscuit we ordered, but hey! No harm just good fast food haha.

Google
I'm so happy to have Bojangles here in Texas & near me! We drove over from Pasadena, TX to get Friday night dinner for the family. We got the 12 tender family pack. It was hot and fresh. Tasted awesome! The biscuits are fabulous, the chicken is crispy, & the sides were great. We got Mac&cheese and fries for our sides. We drove through, the order taker was super friendly and helpful. The cashier was very polite and the food pickup window was kind and helpful. There were many cars in line but we got through at a good pace. We want to try the dirty rice as a side and some other dipping sauces next time. We got jalapeno ranch, house ranch and creamy buffalo, all very good. The family pack came with a half gallon of sweet tea.

Google
very disappointed ! I had heard very good things from coworkers about this place and was excited since I had been looking for a new chicken sandwich place and while in the beginning everything seemed all good I got to the middle of my sandwich and bit into raw chicken, I was absolutely shocked, I reached out to the location stating my experience and all I was told was that I would receive a complimentary combo meal, I'm sorry but I don't want free food especially from a place where I just received raw chicken, I tried reaching out to corporate so I could discuss the issue with them privately and to this day I have yet to receive a email or call back. I hate leaving bad reviews, I can understand if you would've gotten my order wrong, hey things happen but this is far worse then getting my order wrong ! please please please not just for the sake of your customers but for the sake of your company do better and be better !!!

I was pretty excited to hear they were bringing Bojangles to the Greater Houston Area. I finally got my opportunity to try it and I see why it has my friends from the deep south in a chokehold! THE BISCUITS! They were so fluffy and buttery! They weren't dry or crumbly. The perfect biscuit. I can see myself buying a half dozen to go with my home-cooked breakfast. The chicken was crispy and flavorful all on its own. While the tenders come with a sauce cup, the chicken was juicy and seasoned well enough to eat alone. That's a feat! The fries were also seasoned, and I mean on some "if you ain't sneezin it ain't seasoned" type ish! Bread and potatoes are my besties and I gotta admit, I was impressed by what I experienced at Bojangles. I'll absolutely be back soon.

Google
Brand new location in Webster and we've heard only good things about this place. We got the three piece chicken strip combo with mac and cheese, chicken sandwhich combo with fries, and a bo berry biscuit. The food was good and we can see why people were excited about this place. Chicken was crispy and and full of flavor. Same with the fries, they were seasoned well. We got a free chocolate milkshake that didn't disappoint. The biscuit was so light and fluffy and actually taste like blueberries. Will most likely come back to try some other items!

Yelp
Devin is the MAN!!!! He gave us some of THE BEST customer service I have ever gotten from a Bojangles. Not even chick Fil A could give the service that Devin has given us. He made us feel like we're one of the boys!

Yelp
An import from the Carolinas, Bojangles has set up shop in the NASA/Clear Lake area. This location has been open for two weeks, per one of the employees here. I've heard of Bojangles -- good things to be exact -- before so I was intrigued when I discovered this branch on Google. I went to an Astros game today, and was determined to have either lunch or dinner here afterwards. Bojangles occupies the space that was once a Genghis Grill. It's very visible from the very busy Bay Area Boulevard. Walking inside, I was amazed by how clean the dining area was. I had their three-piece combo in mind after seeing it online, but the woman at the counter told me that the location is serving tenders in the meantime. For my first-ever Bojangles order, I got the five-tender combo with a biscuit and -- hold on to your hats -- dirty rice. Well, well, well. Raising Cane's, of which there are two in the area, has some serious competition. The tenders here are big enough to fill you up in addition to being tasty. And the dirty rice? Not so bad, either. It's great that Bojangles serves the beloved Southern side dish while Popeye's, Church's, and KFC don't. I don't want to forget about the biscuit, either. Talk about fluffy and soft, just the way I like. If there's one negative to point out, it's a minor one. I saw a male employee stomp out of the kitchen in a foul mood. He was yelling as he tried to exit the store with a co-worker following behind trying to calm him down. Hopefully, whatever it was that bothered him was resolved. Another employee told me that Bojangles will open another branch in League City, which is great news to my ears since it's a bit closer to me than this one. The tentative opening for the newer restaurant is in June. Until then, the Bay Area location will get my hard-earned money.

Yelp
Customer service needs to be improved. I ordered a 20 piece tender meal (which included items such as a family size coleslaw, 1 1/2 gallon unsweetened tea and 1 1/2 gallon sweetened tea) and a chicken sandwich. When I came into the restaurant, my order was on the rack (one large yellow box and one small bag which had my sandwich). The worker handed me the box and then turned away. I tried to ask if that other bag was mine, but she may have not heard me. But she just picked up that bag and moved it to another counter. I checked my order and saw that I was missing the cole slaw and sandwich. I let the worker know, and without a word, she just grabbed the bag and handed it to me and then walked away. I checked the bag and saw my sandwich but not the cole slaw. So I went back to the worker and told her I still needed the cole slaw. Then she reached under the counter for an individual size slaw and handed it to me and then began to turn away again. I told her it should be family size. She asked me to get my receipt. I did, and then she gave me a family slaw. In addition to the bad service, the food wasn't that great. The biscuits were excellent, but the chicken was kind of old. They also gave me all sweet tea but no unsweetened tea.

Yelp
This place recently opened in our area. We decided to try them out tonight. The restaurant was very clean including the restrooms. Our cashier, Shannon, was very friendly and appeared to be working both the drive thru and counter by herself. The menu is very simple which made it easy to decide what we wanted. My wife got the 3 piece meal with coleslaw and I got the four piece with Mac and cheese. My wife took one bite of her coleslaw and could not eat anymore. The vinegar was very strong making it impossible to eat. Not sure if it was as made right. The pasta in the Mac was overcooked making it very mushy. The Mac and cheese also did not have much flavor. The high point was the chicken and biscuits. The only reason I gave any stars was because of these two items. Both very good and very flavorful. I chose the Bo' sauce for my dip. This was very good. Really wish the quality of the side dishes had matched up to the chicken and biscuits.

Yelp
Finally!! We have Bojangles in Houston. I fell in love with this tasty chicken biscuit while in North Carolina. The homemade biscuits are made fresh from scratch onsite. The chicken is fried to perfection. It's a large chicken patty with a light, crispy, crunch. I added American cheese to mine. They also have assortments of flavored sauces that you can add yourself. These include regular honey, housemaid ranch, honey mustard, barbecue, creamy buffalo, jalapeño ranch, and the one that we tried, peach honey pepper. It's $6.99 for a combo breakfast meal sans cheese. (Price on 3.11.24). If you are familiar with Bojangles that are east of the Mississippi River, the locations that are west of the Mississippi River do not have regular fried chicken. You'll still have to visit a different establishment if that is what you're looking for. They do have strips here, though. Bottom line - Welcome to Houston, Bojangles. We're glad you're here. Bon appétit, y'all.

Yelp
The biscuits are so good ! The fries are salty, tenders are mid... good flavor but mostly batter ... give us legs and thighs pleaseeee! My lemonade was way too sweet! IMO: Keep the biscuits as they are, take it easy on the seasoning salt fries and a lil less sugar in the lemonade!

Yelp
Chicken was ok. Kinda meh.. but that blueberry biscuit was so good!!! But it was FAR from us. We only went through drive thru but they were super nice and the order came out correct (which you won't find to be true on Westhiemer). Would I go back? If I were in the area, I'd go get some more of those biscuits. Sorry, no pictures because I ate it too fast.

Yelp
The fried chicken/chicken strip market is already over-saturated. Just ordinary food here. Nothing to slap yo' mamma about. Not cheaper than the others, not tastier, not as friendly or attentive as others. Make mine my Burger Inn.

Yelp
If you haven't been paying attention, Texas is starting to get all the popular chain restaurants from all over the country. I feel like once we decided to share Whataburger and Bucees to the nation, we got things in return. I ain't mad at that! Sharing is caring! Bojangles is a popular chain out of North Carolina that I have seen while traveling as well as watching influencers on social media. I love a good fried chicken spot so I was excited when they announced their plans to move into the Houston area. This location is in Webster. I let the hype and crowds die down a little and decided to come on a weekday after doing some shopping in the area. When I came, there was plenty of parking and the restaurant was not too terribly busy. It's only been open for a few months and I could see they were training a bunch of people out on the patio. The restaurant was clean and I saw the staff staying on top of that throughout. Good customer service for the most part. Bojangles is known for their Southern fried chicken. Spoiler alert, they don't serve bone in chicken in their Texas locations. I have noticed that these chains are coming to town, but only offering some of their items. I'm guessing maybe down the line they'll offer their full menus. I'm usually not a chicken tenders guy, but that along with chicken sandwiches or a salad is your choice for lunch or dinner. There's other chicken tender spots that do well with that concept, so why not I guess. I went the Bo's 3 piece chicken tenders combo which came with a fixin', a biscuit, sauce and a drink. I also added a side of dirty rice. The food came out shortly after and the meal looked very promising. The tenders were huge. I was thinking the 3 piece might be more of a snack but it left me nice and full. The chicken was seasoned throughout. Even inside you can see the seasoning on the chicken. The batter was nice and crispy. I chose their jalapeno ranch for my sauce. I would have liked something with some kick but that it did not. Good flavor though. The fries were delicious. Hand cut fries seasoned very well. The dirty rice was just ok. I think it had been sitting for awhile and was a bit on the mushy side. The biscuit was one of the stars of the show. Apparently their are made from scratch on premise. It was had a nice crisp exterior but fluffy inside. It had just a tad bit of a yeasty flavor the a hint of salt. Some jelly, butter or gravy would be killer on this but they did not offer any of that. Not even ketchup for the fries. I washed it all down with what they call their legendary tea. I usually steer away from sweet tea and like to get unsweetened and flavor to my liking. Here, their sweet tea was perfect. Just the right amount of sweetness. They steep fresh tea throughout the day and I saw them refill their containers. A lemon wedge would made it perfect though. Again, not offered, but I also did not ask. Overall, Bojangles was a nice find for me. Since I loved the biscuit so much, I will most definitely be back around to try out their breakfast next.

Yelp
Very friendly place that deserves perfectly spiced chicken and handmade biscuits. The chicken and biscuits were fresh. Very impressed by the quality. The fries were pretty crispy but wasn't the best dish in this meal. The restaurant is clean and the service was great. Plenty of parking.

Yelp
Bojangles recently opened another location in Webster. Service was excellent and staff were friendly. Did drive thru during lunch on a weekday; got my food promptly. My only gripe was that my chicken sandwich felt a bit small. Other than that, I really enjoyed the flavors! The chicken was both crispy and juicy. Seasoned fries were good but some were a little salty. 5 stars mainly for great/smooth service and good tasting chicken!

Yelp
Tried Bojangles this morning (I love that they are open super early - at 5am - as I get to work before 6am and hardly anything is open that early.) I decided to try what they are known for, Bo-Berry biscuits. The outside was a little too hard but the inside was soft and yummy! I didn't realize it would be smothered in a sugary glaze so if I ordered that again, I would definitely say to not put any. It's way too sweet for the morning! I went through the drive thru and the employee who took my order was very friendly and polite. She had a smile on her face and was happy to serve. I would give her 5 stars. I'll go back to try their other items.
google avatar

Yelp
The chicken was tasty. The sides not so much. Prices are also pretty high. When we went and ordered, it wasn't busy. However, we still ended up with the wrong sides.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing from start to finish! The food was delicious, southern crispy excellence with a tiny kick. Biscuits - flaky, yummy goodness! Greeted with warm hellos and big smiles by Isaiah and Ariana - our first visit in and they helped us every step of the way. Their commitment to excellence and customer service - refreshing and remarkable! Fantastic place to go!

Yelp
Excellent, quick service at the restaurant. Delicious chicken sandwich and Mac & cheese. The biscuit peach cobbler is probably the greatest dessert I've ever tasted. I wish I lived closer!

Yelp
Chicken is spiced and super tender. The sauces were ok. Biscuits were elite. Service was quick. Will be back

Yelp
I love chicken but this one is a fail! Did not taste good and the grease was old. But! A redeeming factor was the dirty rice! It is excellent, best I've had in many a moon. Service was good, employee was correct when she told Me the dirty rice was good. Glad I took the chance. Ordered an ice tea, but got a lemonade, still tasted good. I will go again but pass on the chicken strips.

Me S.

Yelp
This was our first time here . We were having a rotten day, but Tony was awesome and made our day better. She was gracious and had a great smile. Thanks Tony for bring some light in our otherwise cloudy day.

Yelp
Walked in, absolutely nobody during start of dinner rush. no ice for flat sodas, fries over seasoned like a 5 year old having a glitter party, chicken wasn't too bad, dirty rice tasted as if they used breakfast sausage and 2 day old rice. overall, bleh. Will not return.
google avatar

Cooper D.

Yelp
food was spicy as hell the bacon mac and cheese has one strip of bacon and at our seat there was water leaking on my head from the celing and water on the seat this place sucks and the lemonade is to weird and watery
google avatar

Rashad W.

Yelp
Very good food . I didn't care for the fries. The chicken was very good and seasoned . I'll take this over Canes , Chick-fil-A , Popeyes anyday

Sha B.

Yelp
Stopped in for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. Kept it simple with a chicken biscuit. Very flavorful and filling. I will be returning for lunch/dinner options.

Yelp
amazing chicken, a must stop if you're there in the webster area - may have a slight wait for the drive thru but it is worth it for the perfect seasoned chicken and fries. biscuits are to die for and i hope one day they'll add the fried chicken like the east coast locations. never once seen the place slow. highly recommend!

Yelp
Great fried chicken, juicy and crispy. Service so fast is great and very friendly staff. It gets packed quickly. but clean environment and they clear tables really fast.

Erica O.

Yelp
Service here was terrible today. We had been here a few times before and it had always been a great experience. But today waiting for 20mins in the drive thru for just a #1 combo was ridiculous. Then to make it worse our food was cold.

Carole N.

Yelp
Biscuits are great but the lunch meals are just ok. Better places for chicken at lunch
google avatar

Mac W.

Yelp
Great food and fast service we came before closing and it was a small rush hour the manager Bri was very attentive and made sure the line ran fast. Will most definitely be back the music was very relaxing. The food was bomb.

Edwin M.

Yelp
Authentic southern taste and customer service. I used to live in NC, I'm glad they were able to expand out here to Texas

Mc Lovin M.

Yelp
We DoorDash in the food was great. The fries were seasoned perfectly. The chicken was unlike any other fast food chicken I had and the biscuits were great. Also, we ordered like the family pack which came with I think 16 pieces biscuits, fries and half a gallon of Bojangles sweet tea. It was packaged perfectly 10 out of 10 definitely would eat here again.

Yelp
Ok, I wasn't really sure what this restaurant was about so I tried it. I absolutely detest chicken strips, period. When I got there and saw that was a big seller, I almost left. My date said she wanted to try it, so we stayed. I got the chicken sandwich and a 2 pc. strip combo. I was glad to see it was a true chicken sandwich and not chicken strips slapped on a bun (like another "famous" chicken place). When I started eating the sandwich I thought, "Not much different from the other "real" chicken sandwich place". After a few more bites, the spice kicked in. While I'm still a devoted "other chicken sandwich place" fan, I really liked this sandwich. The only thing I would have liked was to have more sauce on the sandwich. The fries were seasoned very well and didn't need ketchup. Although, if I wanted some, I didn't see any and wasn't offered any. My date's said her meal was great and the included biscuit was well done. I can say this: I will go back and would recommend Bojangels to anyone. It was good value and the service was quick and people friendly. The manager asked how it compared to the other chicken strip place, and I said, "I don't go there, but I will come back here. That should tell you something."

Tiffiney I.

Yelp
I just really wish they sold chicken. Not to fun of the chicken strips . The workers are very nice and that's a good thing.

Brittany W.

Yelp
Super nice staff. Best chicken tenders ive ever had. And ive tried alot. The brine is awesome, the dredge has so much flavor and crunch- ranch is the only sauce i care for though- its really good. Dirty rice is great with hot sauce. Looove the cobbler. Its fast food- but really good quality. Disappointed they didnt have milkshakes available- they just opened- shouldnt really be happening right at the beginning. Biscuits are soft and the right amount of salt. You have to eat the fries hot for sure. I really wish they had bone in chicken. But its definitely worth it.
google avatar

Lisa D.

Yelp
This was my first time eating from here. The chicken was cold, fries were dry and hard, the biscuit tastes just like McDonald's (nothing special) I ordered an extra side (coleslaw) it was small and way over priced. And they forgot my dipping sauce. The only thing that was any good was their ice tea. My meal was over $17 and so not worth it. I will not be returning.

Amelia A.

Yelp
They wereout of bone in chicken so we ordered sandwiches and tender combo. Fries were bad. Tenders were tasty and crispy. Sanwiches had great pickles. Might try breakfast since that is what they are known for.

Lorriena G.

Yelp
Visited the Huffman Mill Rd on June 4th . The fries plain and the chicken no seasoning. Even the pie had a bitter taste. Place wasn't full took 20 minutes to get my order. They actually had to ask what was your order. This was the first time my husband and I visited this location. We are seniors this was a very bad experience. Our lunch was ruined
google avatar

Miriam R.

Yelp
Bo just opened in Webster. I use to eat Bo in SC. Ordered online. Food was ready 10 or 15 minutes before so I am glad I went early to pick up the chicken strips were too spicy. Bold flavors does not mean too spicy to eat. The tater tots were left out. Dirty rice and biscuits was good. I was able to eat that. I was diappointed. Not sure about recommending this place.

Ryan B.

Yelp
Their window worker tried to argue with me over a sauce she didn't put in the bag. Staff could be improved. This why I go to restaurants and not fast food chains.

Harrison H.

Yelp
Definitely recommend this place if you love good quality chicken tenders and chicken sandwiches. The food was cooked fresh and service was fairly quick. Only complaint is that the fries were a little chewy to eat but it could have just been a bad batch. Definitely worth going back to.

Elia V.

Yelp
drove about 20 minutes to try the new bojangles, this was the first location i've seen in houston. upon entering the staff was very welcoming & made our first experience a good one. the woman who took our order was named Ari i believe, as i heard her coworkers call her. she was very sweet and helpful with our first time order. she also brought out fresh biscuits & said "letting you leave without trying our biscuit would just be wrong". she was very sweet, establishment was clean and staff was very welcoming. we will be returning! chicken was good, everything was fresh. gravy & homemade biscuits were great as well.

Yelp
I have never had Bojangles before, but I heard it's some of theee best chicken, so I definitely wanted to try it and had high hopes. I ordered through the drive thru and getting in was pretty simple. Once I got to the speaker I set my order, a #11(chicken tender combo), the person on the headset was basically repeating "What do you want for your fixin?" Now granted, I understand that sometimes they have to put things in order to place the order, but I was saying my drink first and then I was going to say what I wanted for a side. THEN they didn't have Bo Sauce...how does BOjangles not have its own sauce AND it was a weekend. So I go to the pay window and that was fine, then when I got to the window where they hand out the food I was there for like 7 minutes! I fully understand that sometimes it takes time to make the food, but I had to get back to work so now I had to rush back. They hand me my order and then my drink, to bring back the fact that I was rushing, I ignored the fact that they put ice in my drink even though my order was set for my drink with no ice (I HATE watered down drinks). So I arrive back to work to sit down and eat for the 10 minutes I have left and when I opened the bag of food..."where in the world are my chicken tenders?" I pull out a paper wrapped circular item and I'm like "ok maybe this is a chicken biscuit." Nope. It was a breakfast sausage sandwich...lunch ruined and my image a Bojangles diminished.

Sandra N.

Yelp
Got a breakfast biscuit...just ok. Service at drive through was odd. A car was directed around me and when it got to the first window, driver and employee just took photos. Maybe someone the employee knew, they had just opened so maybe things will get better as they get things worked out...

Yuri S.

Yelp
I took my daughter for the first time she loved the chicken sandwich. I got the tender very good. The fries they were to over season so didn't care for much overall taste good.
