Bok Bok Chicken Hatches on the Westside - Eater Vegas

"Bok Bok Chicken begins its invasion of Las Vegas on Aug. 11 when the first of four locations opens. The space features a mix of modern farm and Old World Mediterranean that come together in the counter-service restaurant. Diners can order beef shawarma, rotisserie chicken, and made-to-order falafel. Bok Bok will also make its own pita bread each day and offer Tan and Sumac lemonade. The Lake Mead location will be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week." - Susan Stapleton

I ordered the chicken panini and Shawerma pita. Both were very good, but I really loved the chicken panini. I have never tried hummus before or mutabbal, but that was really great as well. I recommend you try Bok Bok chicken. You're sure to come back for seconds.

Another great place for Mediterranean Greek food! Their Rotisserie chicken was soft and delicious! Schwarma plate was just bursting with flavor! Fresh salad and fresh warm pita bread.

Amazing and warm atmosphere as soon as you walk in. I really haven't tried alot of Mediterranean food in my life and was indecisive on what I wanted to order but it was a big digital display on the wall that showed videos of everything on their menu in detail which helped alot! Also the wonderful staff allowed me to sample a few items I was curious about which was great! I would highly recommend this spot if you're looking for fresh Authentic Mediterranean food!

Not what we expected at all. Service was good. Employees were friendly. Food needs some improvement. I probably won’t be going back again and I wouldn’t put this place on my list of places you have to eat at in Vegas.

So good! Fare is more Middle Eastern Mediterranean than Greek or Italian, Shawerma Plate (pictured) with mutabbal was perfect. Staff was super friendly and accommodating with my request for no pita, even asking if that included the pita chips on the fattoush (gluten sensitive). I will definitely be back!

Love the food, its super fresh. But.... see that gentlemen with curly hair? He put on his gloves the touched his golden locks, answered the phone not once but twice lol. Typed up mobile order. Touched his hair again & then counter. Yup you guested.... he never had changed his gloves & made my family's food.

One of the most delicious Mediterranean food I have had so far. Very authentic taste for shawerma, tahini, toom, muttabal, fattoush, and everything. Nice job Bok Bok team!

The Shawerma plate was delicious. The Mutabbal was a great compliment to the whole thing. Mike and staff were extremely friendly making lunch a great experience.
