"Bok Bok Chicken begins its invasion of Las Vegas on Aug. 11 when the first of four locations opens. The space features a mix of modern farm and Old World Mediterranean that come together in the counter-service restaurant. Diners can order beef shawarma, rotisserie chicken, and made-to-order falafel. Bok Bok will also make its own pita bread each day and offer Tan and Sumac lemonade.
