Bok Bok Chicken Hatches on the Westside - Eater Vegas
"Bok Bok Chicken begins its invasion of Las Vegas on Aug. 11 when the first of four locations opens. The space features a mix of modern farm and Old World Mediterranean that come together in the counter-service restaurant. Diners can order beef shawarma, rotisserie chicken, and made-to-order falafel. Bok Bok will also make its own pita bread each day and offer Tan and Sumac lemonade. The Lake Mead location will be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week." - Susan Stapleton
