The 38 Best Restaurants in Mumbai, India | Eater

"Bombay Salad Co. has made eating healthy feel cool since it opened in 2014, a great achievement given all its neighbors are equally passionate about greasy indulgence. The salad bar, started by Karishma Dalal, was one of the first in the country. Everyone has a personal favorite on the menu by now, but you can also customize your own from a variety of raw vegetables and ingredients, most of which are local. The Red Frenchman and Protein Overload are no-brainers." - Sumedh Natu

Bombay Salad Co., Bandra – Healthy, Hearty & Actually Delicious 🥗☕ Sip • Grab • Taste Visited Bombay Salad Co. on a Saturday with family, and this place genuinely delivers on the healthy-but-still-tasty promise. The menu is built for health-conscious eaters, but even someone who isn’t into salads will find plenty to enjoy here. 📍 Location & Access It’s located just off Linking Road, but the approach lane is quite narrow. Valet parking is not available, so if you’re driving, it’s smarter to park a little ahead and walk. Avoid taking the car right to the door not worth the stress. 🍴 What We Ordered: Three Salad Bowls – we chose the small bowls, but the portions were still surprisingly generous. Fresh greens, good balance of protein and crunch, and well-made dressings nothing watery or bland here. Cappuccino – smooth, well-made, not bitter. A nice warm pairing with fresh salads. ✨ Ambience & Experience The vibe is calm, cozy, and “feel good” without trying too hard. Staff is polite, service is steady, and the ingredients felt fresh which is the real win for a salad-focused place. ⭐ Overall Verdict: If you're looking for healthy food that doesn't taste like a compromise, Bombay Salad Co. hits the mark. Great for a relaxed meal, post-gym brunch, or a weekend family catch-up. Another one for the foodie trail – SGT Reviews ✍️ Sip • Grab • Taste

By far the best salad place in Mumbai! They offer an amazing range of salads packed with premium ingredients and fresh flavors. Their Make Your Own Salad option is super convenient and well-organized, and I’m a big fan of their warm salads, perfect for when you want something hearty yet healthy. They also serve excellent coffee, which is a great bonus! Thank you for existing, truly wish they’d expand and open more branches across the city.

I had a great experience at this salad restaurant! They offer a wide variety of options, and everything I tried was fresh and full of flavor. The taste was amazing, and the portion sizes were generous, definitely worth the price. If you’re looking for a place with delicious, customizable salads and plenty of choices, this spot is a fantastic pick. Highly recommended!

If you’re in Bandra and craving fresh, flavorful, and health-conscious eats, **Bombay Salad & Co** should be at the top of your list! This spot nails the art of crafting salads and wraps that are not just healthy but genuinely delicious — a rare combo that keeps you coming back for more. I decided to try their **Make Your Own Bowl** option, which was a fun and customizable experience. The ingredients are fresh and vibrant, but a quick tip: it helps to know exactly what you want before ordering, as the variety can be overwhelming. If you’re not in the mood to customize, their **pre-made bowls** are fantastic as well — I went for the **Dynamite Punch**, and wow, it packed a spicy punch that was perfectly balanced with bold, tangy flavors. It’s a great choice for spice lovers! To complement the meal, I ordered the **Berry, Avocado, and Pineapple Juice** — thick, creamy, and packed with fruity goodness. It felt more like a refreshing smoothie, perfect for a quick energy boost without any guilt. Dessert was a surprise highlight: the **Muse blended with tofu**. Smooth, rich, and unexpectedly satisfying, it was a delightful way to end the meal on a wholesome note. Overall, Bombay Salad & Co is a must-visit for anyone looking for tasty, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared salads, wraps, and juices in Bandra. Whether you’re on a health kick or just want a flavorful, light meal, this place delivers with style. Just come with an idea of what you want, and you’ll be in for a treat!

Bombay Salad Co. Saturday afternoon, 2 pm. The café was buzzing, almost too full to imagine getting a seat. But we got lucky. The place felt alive, conversations floating, sunlight spilling through the windows, staff gliding from table to table with purpose. I have been trying to eat cleaner lately (not a saint, just a little less junk). Menus like this feel like a test. After a quick chat with the server and some app browsing, I picked the Avocado & Feta bowl (₹360). He asked if I wanted medium or large. I went with medium. When it arrived, I had to laugh this “medium” is a whole meal in itself. Fresh, creamy, and big enough to make me pause halfway. And somewhere between bites, I learned that those peppery leaves I’ve been eating for years are called rocket. We paired it with a Peach Pie Smoothie (₹350) thick, nutty, and surprisingly filling and an LA Bowl with Quinoa + Falafel (₹460). By the time we reached the last bites, two of us were negotiating who would finish what. The portions here are generous. What I loved: 1. The vibe: bright, busy, but not chaotic 2. Honest portions that make the pricing feel fair 3. Staff who guide you with a smile 4. Food that actually feels like fuel, not guilt What could be better: 5. A small discount or loyalty offer would make this an easy weekly habit 6. It can get very crowded post 2 pm on weekends Bill: Our total came to ₹1,287 including taxes and service charge (worth it for the quality). Tip if you go: Order a medium bowl if you are pairing it with a smoothie it’s more than enough for one. And go before 2 pm if you want a guaranteed table. Score: 9/10, just a little wish for a platform discount, but for fresh, satisfying food, this place is worth revisiting.

The chicken was smelling, and it was hard to chew. Probably they have changed their vendor for Chicken. I literally had to take out all the chicken so I could eat the salad. This is the 3rd time when I am facing this kind of issue in the past 5 deliveries.

I love this place. Visit here every several times whenever I am in Mumbai. Whole lot of healthy fresh ingredients you can mix & match in almost endless ways - salads, wraps, sandwiches, rice bowls, etc. Staff is very friendly & chill. Atmosphere and clientele also. Generally a calm welcoming vibe. My fave is the chicken barley soup! Simple but invigorating. Also really good strong in-house coffee!

The only "healthy cafe" or "healthy food" that I genuinely liked. The Rachel Salad is a must must try. We also tried the Green Guac Wrap, the Paneer Hummus Wrap & the Chicken Hummus Wrap! Really loved the quality of the ingredients & the food.
