It's a sort of posh Chinese restaurant. The staff is very kind and the service is very attentive (when they present you the bottles of water and beer as you would do with bottles of wine it becomes borderline ridiculous). The food is really nothing special, as you would expect from their prices. Come here if you want to eat in an upscale restaurant, go elsewhere if you care more about food and value for money.

Beautiful food in Milan Chinese fusion. Worthy of the awards they have received. Generally I wouldn't go to a Chinese Restaurant with the expectation of also enjoying a good wine list, but place is the exception that proves the rule. In typical Milan style patron's are allowed to bring their Dogs into the Restaurant, the irony of the Cantonese delicacy seemed lost on the large Italian women with the pet Pug. Well worth the money. Enjoy

Prices are way too high, the quality of the dishes did not live up to the price … also the waitress was EXTREMELY annoying, while looking at the menu within 10 minutes she came to ask if we were done choosing at least 3 times … and after ordering she kept coming back asking what else we wanted to order… while eating the soup we were talking and the soup bowl was still half full she tried taking it away. Anyway the dishes weren’t that great and the service was terrible and rushed . I’m not even sure why we were rushed since the restaurant was basically empty … other than us there were only 2 other tables full

Chic yet inviting atmosphere, the service was excellent and the food was a blend of creative and traditional dishes. The menu, though containing many choices, was not overwhelming. The dishes were explained very well, making choosing simple and fun. We tried dim sum, friend rice, duck, as well as more adventurous choices divided by regional traditions. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely be going back.

The food was good and the place is nice as well. I booked a table for six on Saturday night from 20:00 to 21:30. 1 hour and half is not enough to have a fully dinner. We were asked to leave at 21:30 since other people were waiting for thier table. We couldn't had time for a coffe or desserts. The waiters and the services were not at the level of the restaurant. We were served by two young waiter, clearly new to the restaurant and unable to manage our orders and the serve timing. All the 3 wines we choosed were missing and we ended up with the one they suggest us (the few they got in the canteen?). The overall experience was bad, apart the tasty food, all the rest was really unxpected and delusional. Will NOT come back again, at least not on Saturday night.

Pretentious for what the kitchen tastes. I don't think I paid for the quality of food or its taste (no spicy, insipid bacon) but just for the luxurious interior.

Yelp
This restaurant is beautiful and the service is top notch. We came here on a rainy weekday whilst in Milan and were stunned by the decorations inside. It's decorated beautifully, with a robust menu that was thoughtfully curated by region. We started off with soups (my boyfriend had the shark fin soup, and I had the hot and sour soup). Both were delicious! We tried a variety of dishes and I especially loved their stir fried spicy eggplant. Would come back!

Yelp
It is not every day that we run into a Michelin-rated Chinese restaurant. Though our group intended to eat solely Italian food in Italy, we were in Italy for 10 days so we opted to do a little Lunar new year celebration ourselves. Eric R. called at 8 PM on a Saturday night and the restaurant told us we could come right then and have 90 minutes, so off we went. We had beef noodle, vegetable and tofu spring roll, xiao long bao (which they said were not soup dumplings - I didn't try since I do not eat pork), salt and pepper shrimp, Peking duck, spicy lamb skewers, and pork ribs. The highlights were the spicy lamb skewers (we ordered another set) and the Peking duck, complete with pancakes, Hoisin, shredded scallion, and julienned cucumber. Service was impeccable and friendly. The ambiance is beautiful too. I would definitely recommend coming here and making reservations rather than chancing it like we did.

Yelp
We stayed overnight in Milan on the way home to the US, and almost every restaurant in the area of our hotel was closed for holiday. We ended up at Bon Wei, one of the few places open. The restaurant was beautiful. The staff were very professional. I ordered hot and sour soup, as well as several dumplings and rolls and kung pao chicken. The soup was not good at all. It was very gelatinous, seemingly overdone with corn starch. The vegetables were not at all what I expected and it was neither hot nor sour. After one bite I turned it back in and told the server I didn't like it. He was apologetic. The rolls and dumplings were okay. Nothing great. The Kung Pao chicken also seemed a little heavy on the corn starch and lacking the usual flavor and spice. But it was edible. They charged us for the returned soup, so I asked our waiter to remove it from the bill. He would not as they "had to make it." 9.50 euros. I told him I was not happy about it and he repeated that they had to make it. Bad policy. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Yelp
This is an amazing restaurant -- perhaps the best Chinese cuisine that I have eaten. The preparation is very delicate and the seafood incredibly fresh. The place was packed and it is a slightly dressy crowd. I do not speak Italian, but the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Yes, it is a few Euros more than some other Chinese restaurants, but well worth it in my opinion. Be sure to book a reservation as every table was occupied.

Yelp
Torneremo a provarla!
