Google
Terrible service and manager. She was upset that we ordered the lunch special? We ordered at 3pm and picked up at 320. Spent 20 minutes trying to get fresh french fries. They gave us old fries that were fried so many times they were dry. The old lady manager kept yelling at me. I just left because it wasn't worth it. This business needs to get better management in my opinion. A customer should always be able to get fresh fries. They were also not busy. Suggestion; Just because you are cheap does not mean that you should treat your business and customers like that. Maybe try therapy?

Ok. It was 9.20pm on a holiday Sunday evening and I was just returning from a show in DC. Kennedy theatre doesn't allow you to eat from the theatre, so I had to hold my hunger until I got back to Reston. I wanted rice and meat today. Dang. Grill kabob was closed. The latin american place said they are closing. I started walking to bonchon because I know they have a good bimimbap. I looked at their menu and curious that I was i asked for pork belly fried rice to go. Best decision ever.

I had stopped going to Bonchon's a while ago as I've just not had great experiences. However, I do realize that Bonchon's are franchised restaurants so each Bonchon experience might vary greatly, and that's what happened at this location. I was in Reston to visit family that was visiting from out of town and settled on this place to meet and eat lunch. I wish I could chalk it up to just me having low expectations for the place but the food was genuinely delicious. We got Shumai, Japchae, Takoyaki, and the Combo (wings and drums) with both Soy Garlic and Spicy flavors. The food was all better than I expected, especially the chicken. Crispy, flavorful, fresh and MOIST. UGH I felt like it was the first time I had Korean Fried Chicken all over again, kinda like forgetting the plot of a great movie and getting to enjoy it all over again. I would imagine these wings are best enjoyed in-store, as take-out will let the steam/sauce soften up the breading on the chicken. Dine-in at the restaurant for the bone-in wings and you shan't be disappointed. We also got to meet Wendy, who I believe is the owner? She was so nice and caring and a pleasure to chat with. Saw her interacting with a police officer that came in to pick up lunch and she hooked him up with something extra, though I didn't hear exactly what it was. Anyways, I like this place and I hardly ever write reviews. Will be back next time I'm back in Reston. Until then!

Google
Quality? Good, but not worth the price. Price? High, more than 19$ for 6 pieces of Chicken wings and 2 medium to small size sides (without any fountain drink and excluding tip) not worth it, much better similar options are available around the area. Taste? Well, not great, but not bad

When I want fried chicken that does not bother my stomach I go here! My go to is the soy garlic mixed pieces and plenty of ranch dressing ! It’s crispy , crunchy, plenty of sauce that is perfectly fused together without being too messy !

Google
We ordered garlic potstickers, bimbibop with bulgogi, and bulgogi with rice with two bottled drinks and ate in. I liked the bimbibop, qualitywas okay. The restaurant is clean but more of a takeout place. They could improve decor to liven up the mood and provide better dinnerware (we had black plastic containers and cheap forks) to help customers enjoy the food and dining experience.

Bonchon has not changed. It is Saturday evening, and I'm ready to watch the AppleTV tonight. I have friends and family that are looking for something good to eat with spiciness and even some garlic flavoring. I decided to go to Plaza America to get a bite to eat that was fast and going to be filling for a party of 5, not a large group, but enough to avoid cooking. Bonchon was the suggestion given to me, so often I went to order for the first time. Located conveniently in Reston in Plaza America, I made the trip in the early evening on waked into a mid-sized restaurant. An open setting with a few tables, fountains, and cold drinks. After reviewing the menu,I made my order and told it would be about 20 minutes. Just to give you an idea, I ordered chicken wings with the Korean Spicy (26) pieces and the garlic flavored (16) pieces and order of potstickers (8) pieces. I figured that should hold us over. Well, let me tell you the amount of time to wait was accurate and the friendliness of the attendant was good. My experience here was brief, but sometimes that's good when you're anxious to get back to the game, right? Anyway, upon arrival, the food was still hot and ready to eat. The wings were so spicy, I mean WOW! But good and the garlic flavored wings were mild and a great alternative from the spicy. Honesty, we still had leftovers, but it was no surprise that everyone thought choosing Bonchon was the best choice. I mean, originally, I was thinking pizza; however, the wings from Bonchon were what this snack football party needed. I recommend visiting the Reston or Herndon location for your next order of wings. Hands down, awesome comfort food.

Google
I ordered the garlic soy boneless chicken and the Japchae. Both very delicious! The portion sizes were good and I had leftovers of both meals. Will be returning.

Wendy R.

Yelp
Picked up the family meal which serves 4-5. The Cole slaw was a one serving portion and hardly could be stretched to serve two of us. Let alone the others. The chicken was ordered with two sauces, none of us could tell the difference between the two. As far as actual chicken under the coating, very minimal. Overpriced and flavorless. Will never go back.

Shelley H.

Yelp
Good is good. Prices are high. But the service is HORRIBLE. Me and my family come here often, but today was the worst. Called in advance, they didn't have my order ready, even after another 20 min. As of they forgot. I asked for a shopping bag and he never gave me one so I left. Terrible service.

Georgina W.

Yelp
The nuggets are good and the sauce it's pretty spicy, so if you don't like spice beware. This is kind of like a fast food place, the nuggets and french fries are pretty good. But a little expensive for what it is. I think if you're walking by one and craving spicy chicken, it's a good spot to go. But it's a little more expensive than just casual eating.

Liz R.

Yelp
Bonchon is supposed to be known for great Korean fried-chicken, yet the food I had delivered today would sadly fall into what I considered really bad fried-chicken in general. The boneless wings were the saddest of all as they were truly so dry that many of them were rock hard and didn't have much of any chicken in them...this lead me to believe that they may have been old or sitting under warming lamps, but that's the last thing you expect from a place that prides themself on fried chicken, right? The traditional bone-in wings were slightly better as the soy garlic wings saved the review since they were pretty tasty (even tho fried too hard). The plain bone-in wings were the most bland wings I've ever had in my life (& I've had a lot of wings in my life).... Again not what once expects from an establishment that is all about fried chicken! So, I was disappointed with literally 75% of the chicken ordered (& still hungry because that chicken didn't get eaten).

Sav L.

Yelp
I love bon chon chicken, but this location is the worst. Never have I tried a chicken that is so bone dry and not spicy at all. I feel like I ate a leftover chicken. There is something wrong with their powder, it's not sticky at all. The Arlington location is much better.

Greg O.

Yelp
I've tried a few other Bonchon locations so I decided to give the Reston one a try for lunch. I ordered online and it was ready pretty quickly for pickup. Staff was friendly. The interior is pretty small- only about four or five tables and a bar height table with no seats. The wings were decent- I went with a six pack, half and half for the sauce. The soy garlic was a little on the milder side than I remembered, but the spicy was just the right amount of heat. The drums included were huge- overall it felt like a giant portion size. The coleslaw was ok, too much mayo for my taste. The seasoned fries were woefully under seasoned, and needed slat and pepper badly. Overall a decent meal, and a bit on the pricey side as others have noted.

Kelsy K.

Yelp
Chicken was amazing as always, great food and service! (Takeout order - Wings, Fried Rice, Salad, and steamed buns)

Alex C.

Yelp
I'm a fan of this Bonchon. Picked up a medium soy garlic, with pickled daikon. Their chicken is juicy, flavorful, crunchy, finger lickin good. I drive 20+ minutes, PASS Bonchon Herndon (dear god please by pass Bonchon Herndon) to get this Korean fried chicken and it's SO WORTH IT. Quality is legit, price is average. 5/5 - but only because I've had some BAD Bonchon it's practically my duty to steer you to the right one.

Angela E.

Yelp
Like many, I was dismayed when Bonchon's chicken recipe had changed. So happy and excited to report that those dark days are definitely over and the OG recipe is back in full. Soy garlic strips, so good. Also my nephews and niece still enjoy the seasoned fries, while my sister always asks for the pork buns. We'll be back, I'm sure!

Kelly M.

Yelp
Popped in to try their fried rice. Ordered it without meat and headed over to Whole Foods to pick something up. The food was ready within the 10 minutes they projected, and it was still hot when I got home and opened it up. There's a lot of fried rice and it may be better with the meat, but for me it was a 2-3 star experience. I pulled out the sriracha and doused it with the sauce to help out the very subtle flavor.

Terri C.

Yelp
This was an awful experience. Trying to order was difficult. My chicken sandwich with fries was $15 and the 2 tiny pieces of chicken were hard, dry and gross. I ordered sauce for it and they charged me $1.01. Never coming back

Susan H.

Yelp
We decided it was time to give Bonchon a second chance since they've been open long enough to have worked out the kinks. Using Door Dash, we ordered 1 box of 10 wings and chose cole slaw for our side order. Also, we ordered their fried rice "plain" (meaning we chose not to add any meat or shrimp). Our order arrived in a timely fashion so it was still warm when it arrived. This time, the chicken wings actually had some flavor to them. We ordered the soy garlic wings. While we could taste both the soy and the garlic, it wasn't overpowering. Again, the wings were meaty, moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. The fried rice was okay, if a bit on the dry side. We added some soy sauce which helped. The portion was large so we have leftovers to have with another meal. We definitely will order from them again. Eventually, we'll get around to also dining in, which would be nice as the food would be freshly made and no doubt, even tastier.

Kris C.

Yelp
I do like Bonchon chicken. I usually eat at Centreville. They were always good. But the Reston restaurant, I would not recommend it to anyone. I've ordered 8 pieces of chicken stripes, and they were tough and gummy on the edges. It was like when you microwave your meat, the edge gets dried out and very tough like jerkey. All 8 pieces were like that. I ended up trashing them. They were the toughest chicken strip I've ever had in my life

Emily L.

Yelp
The chicken at this restaurant was an absolute Finger-Licking Good Experience. The new recipe takes their already delicious chicken to a whole new level, leaving me in awe with each bite. The explosion of flavors, perfectly balanced with a crispy and juicy texture, was truly a culinary delight. I had the pleasure of trying Bonchon Chicken at various locations, but this particular restaurant has truly mastered the art of creating a tantalizing taste that leaves me craving for more.

Jim E.

Yelp
Ordered for pick-up/take-out early on a Friday evening (i.e., 5:00PM) and had the worst experience we have had since this location opened. The pork buns tasted great. Just the right amount of meat and other ingredients. The boneless wings had clearly been sitting for an extended period of time as they were not hot and did not taste fresh. Traditionally, Bonchon did not make food until it was ordered. This was clearly not the current method used at this location. Beware!

Julie H.

Yelp
I am so happy Bonchon opened in Reston! Korean fried chicken is very yummy! So far the handful of times we made carry out order it has been satisfying. And our food was always ready on time for us to pick up. We usually get wings, since it's smaller in size compare to a big drumstick and feels like it stays crispier. Wings are crispy crispy and we get spicy, spicy is spicy so if you can't handle spicy I suggest you get soy garlic or half & half. The pork buns are delicious! Soft buns and tender thick cut porkbelly in sweet sauce topped with refreshing slaw and thin sliced cucumber. Definitely try it! Takoyaki is pretty good too but gets a bit soggy in the carry out container. French fries just average. We also tried the chicken tenders, spicy. It was good. It was all white meat. But it didn't stay crispy in the carry out container, not like the wings which stays crispy longer in the carry out container.

Yelp
Okay, getting the hang of what to order at Bonchon lol. LUNCH SPECIALS ARE THE WAY TO GO. They have a very generous lunch time window - 11AM to 3PM (M-F, not on weekends or holidays). And of course special lunch pricing. Skip the lines for in-person ordering - their ordering counter is tiny and you'll wait if they're busy. ORDER ONLINE FOR CURBSIDE DELIVERY - easy peasy, no muss no fuss no touch. You don't even have to set up an account to order online (hallelujah!) - just guest order. Order what these guys are known for: their double fried chicken!! We ordered a couple of the 6-piece wings lunch combos which comes with 1 pick-your-own side each. We picked the seasoned fries side for a $1 upcharge (worth it!). Note: we like our fries cooked well-done/crispy - no way to note that on an online order so after you place your order, you have to call over and request well-done fries...only for the diehard amiright?! The 6-piece wings has a mix of wings and drumettes. SUPER GOOD. Even after getting the food home, the glazed coating stayed crispy, very meaty wings and drumettes. We ordered the spicy - SPICY IS MORE FLAVOR PACKED THAN THE SOY GARLIC....though heads-up: SPICY DOES HAVE A KICK TO IT. Seasoned fries were perfectly cooked and deliciously seasoned. And lunch portion size was plenty for a side order (see my pics). Nice touch: the bags of fries were left open at the top so as not to build up condensation and make the fries soggy on the ride home. :) Even for a 9.95 lunch special and all you get for that price (good value imho), as much as I'd love to eat this lunch combo on the daily, my waistline would scream if I did! But Bonchon has definitely been added to my shortlist of favorite lunch options based on taste, quality, and price/value!

Tom S.

Yelp
Small restaurant friendly folks. When I went it was takeout only. Good lunch menu. I work close by, within walking distance. I have always enjoyed Bonchon chicken.

Lina P.

Yelp
Staff is friendly. Pork belly buns were great. THE SPICY CHICKEN TENDERS WERE NOT. UNBEARABLY HOT/ SPICY to the point where you cannot eat them. I've been eating Bonchon for the past 10 years. Typically I go to the one in Ellicott City and Columbia. Always consistent and the spicy/ soy garlic seasoning is consistent. Just the right amount of spicy where you can enjoy it. I can handle heat... I've tried other locations before with this same "spice" and rumor is they use this when they're out of the original spicy "spice" and it's the knock off version that tastes terrible and extremely hot. Who knows. Anyhow I will not be returning to this location. I wish the half and half soy garlic and spicy was consistent like the other locations I've tried.

Dan W.

Yelp
I eat a lot of Korean Fried Chicken. Yes, my screenshot is me ordering for myself. Leftovers crisp up beautifully in a convention oven or air fryer. This Bonchon is one of my favorite places to order from. Here's why: This Bonchon vs. Other Bonchons [1] This Bonchon has outdoor seating around the corner, between the MOD Pizza and Noodles & Co. [2] This Bonchon, for an unknown reason, has more consistently-sized chicken. [3] This Bonchon, for an unknown reason, has bigger drumsticks. Wings are still the same size. [4] This Bonchon usually tosses in a little extra with my large orders. This instantly makes my day better. [5] This Bonchon has been more consistent in quality. Other Bonchons, especially Annandale, sometimes overcook the chicken. [6] Fairfax Bonchon is the only other Bonchon that I consider equally good, but they are unfortunately not operating at all during COVID. This Bonchon vs. Chi Mc Vienna [1] The food quality is about equal, which is a good thing because Chi Mc Vienna is awesome, too. [2] Bonchon is a way better deal if you order large. Chi Mc is $32 for a 24-piece large, Bonchon is $37 for a 30-piece large. [3] Bonchon has nutrition facts posted. Chi Mc does not. I've ordered delivery and pickup and have been pleased every time. There are occasionally "off-days": I recently got a batch where I think the batter had too much gluten formation, producing a somewhat chewier-than-usual-skin. The spice level can fluctuate a bit. But they are usually on their game. The oil temperature is always right: I have never gotten a greasy batch. Anyways, here's the winning order if you can't decide what to do for dinner: Wings (the real kind with bones, not the little white meat lies), half-and-half, with a side of pickled radish. Pair with a light Japanese pilsner or wheat beer.

Amber G.

Yelp
Finally got a chance to try Bonchon. We got bone in wings (half & half sauce), boneless wings (half & half sauce), and fries. The food smelled so good and we couldn't wait to eat it. I personally won't be getting the spicy version moving forward, but everything was hot and tasted amazing. Fries were nice and crispy and they didn't skimp on the portion. We're making it another go to spot.

HiltonGoldMember X.

Yelp
Drumsticks are good, but I'm not blown away, Want a good meal? A price you shall pay. Come in prepared to clean out your wallet, For a $20 meal, a ripoff I'd call it.

Avery R.

Yelp
The plaza finally has an above average spot for lunch! Bonchon delivers delicious crispy chicken and I absolutely love the chain. This location is super friendly, clean, and the food is great. This is going to definitely be one of my favorite regular lunch spots. Please support them and come get that tasty crispy chicken! The spicy chicken might be a bit spicy for some more sensitive pallates but for me it's perfect. The soy garlic is sweet and flavorful though so something for everyone! I also highly recommend getting the radishes as your side. It's so sweet and refreshing and the perfect complement to the chicken. Enjoy!!

Mary M.

Yelp
We've been here a few times and have always had a good experience. I prefer the chicken strips or drumsticks over the wings. The spicy is in fact spicy which is my favorite and will either do that or the half/half option. Lunch options are a great price and imo better portion sizes and come with a side! Fried rice, bao, pot stickers all good but I prefer to get the chicken from here instead. We normally do our food for pick up, inside is nice but smaller. Great food but heavy so it's a once in awhile type place for us!

John G.

Yelp
Charging almost $20 for frozen Tyson chicken strips is a joke. This place has taken a deep dive.

Steve R.

Yelp
I guess this restaurant gets its supply of chicken from a different supplier than the others. Their chicken strips are terrible. The one near my job has the traditional strips that are great. As the other reviewer said they seem like frozen chicken strips. Don't go here for the strips.

Ang K.

Yelp
Ordered the family meal which includes 12 wings and 6 drums, rice, and two sides for $40. Pretty good deal with the amount of food received. Choice between white rice or fried rice - the fried rice was delicious. Chose fries are sides, and the bags are huge so would probably choose another side next time. The soy garlic was good, but I could not eat the spicy since it was way too spicy for me. I was told it wasn't that spicy, but I don't believe that. Overall really good, but I wouldn't say the best Korean fried chicken. Still a good option.

Rebe G.

Yelp
I love bonchon! Soy garlic is just the tastiest. I just wish it wasn't so many calories!

Stefan S.

Yelp
Love Bonchon and glad there is a nice, new location close to where I live. Ordered from their app tonight for curbside pickup. Before I could even get over there they had texted me three times and called me twice. I ordered based on when I knew I would be there and based on how long I thought it would take to make my wings. Oh well, but when I got there, pulled up and they were already out with my order. Got to my next location and scarfed down those delicious, crunchy wings flash fried twice to amazing goodness! I will be back as often as feasible. Looking forward to getting take out and eating outside before it gets too cold to do so. Highly recommend a visit to Bonchon Reston!!!

Mary Y.

Yelp
Sunday was busy so we ordered from here instead if me cooking. We had the strips in spicy and soy/garlic. They were excellent, good size and tender. We also tried the bulgogi tacos for the first time. They were really good, will definitely order them again. Then we also ordered fries and onion rings. Very generous portions on both. And the onion rings were so crispy. Food was all around excellent.

Darrell L.

Yelp
Finally...Bonchon in Reston. Stopped by on their Grand Opening day and ordered 30 wings...10 spicy, 20 soy garlic. They have outdoor picnic tables next door so you can eat outside. The wings were hot, tasty, and what you expect from Bonchon. I say that because we've been to other Bonchon locations (i.e. Herndon) in the area and the wings tasted different...this was a few years ago so I can't say if it is still that way, however, it was so different we haven't been back since. This is what you should get with a chain..consistent, good food. Can't comment on the other dishes as they have quite a few, however, look forward to trying them.

Valerie S.

Yelp
We are new to the neighborhood. Came for the wings. Got the half and half. Soy Garlic and Spicy. Both very good. The coleslaw was really creamy and a good compliment to the spicy. So delish! Added some extras because you can't just have the wings. Pork Buns were just what I expected. Could have used a bit more sauce. Not all bites had something. No need to drench it just a better technique with the 3 sauces. But the flavors all came together very well. The bun had a hint of sweet and the crisp of the pork with the vinegar from the pickles. Bulgogi Tacos were perfection. A lot of meat. My husband said you should sell them in singles so you can eat more of other things. Need a comments section when ordering online as I don't like onions and you couldn't make a note on the order. We also got the Seasoned Fries. They were really good. Great flavor and super crispy. Way too many. Seriously, nobody needs that many of fries. A good restaurant to put in the takeout rotation.

Stephen Z.

Yelp
I received an e gift card to be used at Bonchon. I ordered online and applied the gift card to the charge, making sure I applied the required gift card number and pin to the charge. When I checked my credit card charge immediately, I noticed that the card amount was not applied to the bill. I called the restaurant and was told to come in and when I picked up my order, they could credit my card for the gift card amount. When I got there, the manager told me he had no idea how to do that and he therefore could not credit my care. I will try and get a credit from Bonchon National if that is possible, but I advise everyone to think twice about buying Bonchon gift e cards.

Chris S.

Yelp
Only had the Korean fried Chicken but it is just great. The small four piece size is actually really large and a lot of food, even if labeled as "small" on the menu. Staff is always and I mean always friendly and quick, and could teach the more expensive restaurants in town a thing or two about customer service. Highly recommended!

Daniel W.

Yelp
I love Bonchon, but this location is off. My coworkers and I grabbed lunch here and everyone's chicken was over cooked and very dry. I didn't even finish all of mine.

Brendin B.

Yelp
This by far the worst bonchon I've been too. Ordered a small boneless with onion rings. Every piece of of chicken was burnt and severely overcooked.. the onion rings were ok with the Spicy Mayo but the wings were so sad. Gave this place a chance after a few bad reviews but after today i will never go back to this Bonchon.

Joe M.

Yelp
So happy this Bonchon opened here so close to where we live. The chicken is really good. If you're not into spicy, order the soy garlic, NOT plain. The plain chicken is basically tasteless. The spicy and soy garlic are great, though. I also tried their fried rice and liked that a lot. My favorite thong about Bonchon, though, is the fries!!! I've gone here a couple times just to get the fries!

Erik J.

Yelp
Thank god for my first experience at this Bonchon store! PLEASE, continue to retain this quality.! Right off the bat, let's establish my love and hate relationship with Bonchon. Bonchon was my first love for Korean fried chicken. Years back they made Korean fried chicken a staple in NoVA. It was new and it was refreshing. Flavors are always there, and has always been there (I only get Spicy, cause I like my food to give me a kick in the mouth). But what has not always been consistent is the size of their chicken. Over the past few years, opening more stores up throughout VA, I've noticed the drums particularly decreased in size and even worst the doneness of the chicken was becoming overcooked, leaving chicken dry and just hard to swallow.. This wasn't just one store but multiple so I honestly have settled on the fact that such great chicken have gone to shh. Anyway, enough of that little history lesson/observation, back to the present. I gave this store a shot cause it's literally less than 10 minutes out from me and thanks to the other reviewer, Dan W. from 4/3/2021 who wrote such a thorough review and proved that it wasn't first time eating Korean fried chicken, I was willing to trust him. What stood out to me was that he said the drums are more consistently sized. That's what I really wanted to hear! They used to be the size of a head of a newborn baby. Don't ask how I know, just trust. The flavors like I said is still there, great cause I love the way they do their Spicy here compared to other establishments. It's nostalgic and a change of pace. I'm currently eating the chicken and typing this out with one hand so excuse me for any spelling errors or grammar mistakes. So, with all this being said please do me a solid and keep my love for Bonchon alive, Bonchon Reston! I really would not want to have to revoke my 5 stars. Gosh, sounds like I'm threatening, but I'm not.. well, maybe just a little. :')

Linh T.

Yelp
It might not be the best Korean chicken in town but you won't worry of uncomfortable surprises. Food is consistently good (or decent if you are more picky).

S G.

Yelp
I had the House chicken fried rice. It was amazing. Actually one of the best most flavorful fried rice's that I've had in a very long time. Portion size was more than adequate for the price. Will definitely return to try other options on the menu.

Belinda T.

Yelp
It's Super Bowl Sunday and they are as unprepared and understaffed as possible. They have two young girls at the front and one guy in the back. We placed an online order and waited over an hour to get it. There are about 40 people waiting inside and outside the store for their orders and people have been told to cancel their ubereats/doordash orders as they won't be getting them. People inside are trying to cancel their orders but they have no way of getting refunded. Management has done an extremely poor job of preparing for this day. Very very disappointed with them.

Hadeel S.

Yelp
Literally the best chicken ever....the crunch was insane the drumsticks and wings were so good. Got spicy and plain and curbside was so easy and fast. Super fresh!

Chris G.

Yelp
Always giant portions and a great mix of vegetables. Sauce is good but could be a little spicier. Great flavor, though. Go-to lunch when I am really hungry.

Erin K.

Yelp
From the woman taking my order who was amazingly polite, to the cleanliness, to the quality - this location is amazing!! Asked for the fries extra crispy and it was a game changer. Five stars!

Matt D.

Yelp
It took us half an hour to get some of the worst food we've had in years. The Chicken Katsu I had was terrible: no crispness at all and the meat tasted old. Literally similar texture and flavor to something that had been sitting in the fridge for days. The fried rice was also awful: bad rice, very dry, and the meat had the same old stale flavor. I do not believe this food was freshly prepared. Stay away!

W L.

Yelp
This is the real bonchon. Hot, juicy, and crunchy. Order was made on time. Please stay like this and don't be like the Herndon location, that place needs intervention (the worst).

Yelp
Yay, so glad to see BonChon in Reston and it's really good! I got the 10 piece soy garlic wings. Crispy and great flavor. Ordering online on my smartphone was easy, wait time wasn't long at all, and it was ready when I arrived. I liked that I got text alerts confirming my order and then letting me know that my order was ready. They do have curbside pickup. Daikon radish was great as well.

Yelp
I've purchased from this location 3x already in one month......love it so far!!! Just wish they had the spicy mayo coleslaw like the others but other than that the chicken is extremely fresh and the oil used is not old! Love it keep it up! Reston plaza America was so boring food wise till now
