Highlights

"Bondi Harvest Culver City is Bondi Harvests second cafe location in the USA, the first being in Santa Monica. Fronted by Chef Guy Turland sharing whole-food Aussie inspired Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. With a strong focus on cafes, cookbooks & recipes we strive to inspire and build a healthier, environmentally conscious community of food lovers. With a food style that sits somewhere between a young Jamie Oliver and a Corona our inspiration comes the laidback, sun-drenched essence of Bondi Beach. Our recipes are chock-a-block with sunny, seasonal, vibrant, and zingily fresh flavours, designed to be eaten and enjoyed by friends and family."

"The Australian all-day cafe in Culver City is doing a “Get One, Give One Deal” - for every frozen meal purchased, they’ll donate a meal to a local hospital or family shelter. For more information, check out their website. In addition to their frozen meals, Bondi Harvest also has a full breakfast and lunch menu, smoothies, wine, and meal kits available for takeout and delivery. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation

"We put puréed vegetables like butternut squash and pumpkin into our batter in the fall and zucchini in the summer. Anything with natural sweetness works. We combine it with kefir for tang and a little extra rise." - ByBon Appétit

Amazing Australian food within PLATFORM. One of those rare restaurants where everything on the menu appealed to me, looked amazing, and tasted great (what we ordered, at least). I had the chicken sandwich (messy AF) and the chocolate peanut butter smoothie. Both were great and I'd definitely return.

I got the Bowl Formally Known As and I really enjoyed it. The kale was really good and had a nice citrus flavor to it. The smoothies were good as well. The Brekkie Sandwich was fine but not much to it. There wasn’t much in it...The chicken sandwich was good but chicken was a tad dry.

I seriously love this place. Everything on the menu is so fresh and tasty and so many healthy options. My vegetarian favorites are the avocado toast and the “Bowl Formally Known As”. And my boyfriend loves the brekkie burrito and brekkie sandwich. When I’ve been ravenous, I’ve also had the Surfers Big Brekkie and that was tastyyy. The staff is also incredible, very helpful and friendly even in such a difficult time. Do yourself a favor and grab some take out here or sit in their socially distance patio or the park next to it. My dog loved Bondi so much also that he got his own sticker.

Really cute brunch spot at the Platform in Culver City. You can tell they use fresh ingredients. The Brekkie Bowl and the Bowl Formally Known As... were pretty good.

Nice spot for a quick (or not) casual lunch. Avocado toast was excellent, I enjoyed the nutty flavor. Wife liked her burger as well. A bit on the pricey side, but the patio makes it worth it.

The atmosphere and vibe here is beautiful! I stopped by for an espresso and had the best tasting cortado that I have ever had. I will come again to try their flat white and some of the dishes.

In my opinion the açaí bowl is the best item on the menu so far. I’ve tried other items and have been slightly disappointed. Like for an example they have a bacon, egg, avocado on ciabatta breakfast sandwich. Sounds good right, except he adds this weird sweet tomato relish that really turns the taste buds off. The bowl I had this afternoon was cauliflower rice, kale, fried egg, salmon, and beet hummus. Again it was almost okay. The cauliflower rice should have been warm, or replaced with baked butternut squash. Too heavy on the lemon, and the beet hummus may have gone better with falafel. Full disclosure I replaced the falafel with salmon. The staff is always very kind, helpful, and prompt when ever I order. The ambiance is fun, like you would expect a coastal restaurant to be. Definitely order the açaí bowl with peanut butter. It’s better than ice cream.

Ok so you won't find lamingtons, vegemite toast or pavs but what you do get is great quality. The 'bowl formerly known as' is delicious, and healthy. Have that with the sweet potato chips and get house made banana bread. So good and friendly staff.
