"Located in a small strip mall adjacent to the Ontario Mills Outlets, Bone and Broth serves up some of the best Vietnamese cuisine in the Inland Empire. The Ontario Combination is the most popular option for pho and comes loaded with meatballs, brisket, tendon, and tripe for $12.95. Other popular options include the vermicelli boat special, crispy salmon, and roti chicken and rice." - Sean Vukan, Eater Staff

A hip location that serves some fairly good food! Was seated very prompted and food came out exceptionally quick for how many folks were eating tonight. Egg rolls were delicious and cooked perfectly. The pho broth could have used a bit more seasoning, because it tasted very bland. But otherwise, a delicious place!

The food was so amazing and delicious! We had the bone and broth, spring/egg roll plate, beef tendon pho, chicken garlic noodles, and the rice chicken and shrimp plate. The meat was so tender and juicy. The kids loved every bite, even the picky eaters. The portion sizes are big and filling. The service was fast. It was hard to get help from the waiters when it got busy but they helped the best they could when we needed anything. The background music was enjoyable. This is the kind of pho place we have been missing in our lives. I can’t wait to take the whole family. My 11 year old says he wants to come back all the time! He cleaned out the bone and broth soup!!

I'm a big fan of Pho, when I find one I really like I go back, often. This place is great! Great service! Great food! Regardless of whether It's been busy, I always get my food fast, and the service is great. Refills on drinks? I've never had to ask. The tase of the Pho is fantastic, I know a lot of these restaurants exist, but this one certainly stands out. The Vermicellie / Beef boat is a great choice if you aren't in the mood for soup. Filet Mignon Pho is my go-to soup. I highly suggest this one! I've attached video and photos!

My visit to Bone and Broth was a fantastic experience. I tried the filet mignon pho and the Vermicelli Boat Special, and both dishes were exceptional. The pho had a rich, flavorful broth and tender meat, while the Vermicelli Boat Special was a delightful blend of fresh ingredients and vibrant flavors. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing meal. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. Whether you’re craving a comforting bowl of pho or something unique like the Vermicelli Boat Special, Bone and Broth is definitely worth a visit.

I ordered the fresh spring rolls and the shaken filet mignon and rice. I didn't care for the spring rolls. I did enjoy the filet mignon and rice, but the meat was not tender at all. I don't know what part of the cow that meat was from, but it wasn't the tip of the tenderloin. The rice and salad were fresh. The service was great! The restaurant is a little dirty ... menus and table.

I recently dined at B&B, and I was impressed with the experience. The host was incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The service throughout our meal was excellent, attentive, and efficient. The food was overall very good, with a variety of delicious options that satisfied my family. While the prices were fair, the quality and taste of the food made it a worthwhile dining experience. I highly recommend B&B for anyone looking for a pleasant meal with great service.

6/16/24 We arrived late on Sunday night, just 15 minutes before closing, but managed to get seated promptly. The service was quick and friendly. We tried their Filet Mignon Pho and Bone & Broth, both of which were incredibly delicious and satisfying

Food was really good. However, a little pricey. I think this is the best Vietnamese restaurant I’ve eaten at so far in the Inland Empire. Our server was an Asian male - I wasn’t able to get his name. He was an amazing server!! They’re very polite.
