Did a pickup order of several bowls: pulled pork, salmon, and a mini Trini. They were all outstanding! Everything is so fresh and the proteins all have wonderful flavour. At first the salmon was my favorite but then I tried the Trini, the smoky chicken knocked my socks off. The sauces struck the right balance of flavour and creaminess and the sweet potatoes gave everything a sweet foundation. The bowls have a small layer of rice at the bottom, not a whole bunch of filler like many other places. All in all I was very impressed and plan to make this place part of my regular rotation. Also: I did a pickup order this time but the vibe was cute, so I'm thinking next time I will eat on site.

Solid flavours in this spot of the Sud-Ouest. I had the Trini bowl and I really liked it: good portion, ingredients and solid flavours you don’t usually get in bowls in Montreal. I’ll definitely order again and try the rest of their options.

We had the Roots and Tress and the Fiyah Jerk Chicken. Absolutely unreal food and portions were generous. The quality of ingredients and complexity of flavors really stood out to us.

The food is just amazing here. Been 3 times in person and once by Uber Eats. Always satisfied and the quality and taste is top notch. Will always come back for more.

Delicious, fresh, consistent, and delicious! One of my favorite spots if not my favorite to get food in Montreal. If you want a great tasting bowl of healthy food at a reasonable price, this is your spot. As good in takeaway as it is to sit down. Staff is super friendly as well. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Sorry to be repetitive, but this place is fantastic. I had the Duck Confit bowl and the flavours were sublime - the taste of each ingredient distinct, effortlessly supporting one another. The kindness and authenticity of Derek was an equal gift. I’ll spread the word to others; why don’t you go there and try it, so you can do the same?

Very tasty. They had forgotten the utensils but then I came back and they offered me a set saying how they had a new hire working. They were all very nice about it + very very tasty would recommend lol

This restauarant is in a different area of Montreal than tourists would typically be visuting. We called an Uber to get here, but it is also accessible by bus. We really wanted to try this place since it had high reviews in Google and we really enjoyed it! They offer healthy bowls with different protein and veggie options. We got the duck and it came with a good amount of food. It did take some time to cook, but i can only assume it's because they cook it once we ordered. The value of the bowl is great and can act as a meal or snack for sharing. The sauce pairs really well with the veggies, rice, and meats. The girl at the cash was very kind. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. There are about four tables inside and six tables outside. The bathroom is down the stairs and single stall, and kept clean.
