Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish. We came for dinner with our daughter and were blown away. She had the kids’ chicken tenders with fries — crispy, flavorful, and clearly made with care. We started with the bruschetta, which was a standout thanks to a unique pesto layered over tomato, onion, balsamic, and cheese — absolutely delicious. We also built our own pizza with white sauce, pepperoni, and sausage — every bite was rich and perfectly balanced. I had two chocolate espresso martinis (and could’ve gone for a third), while my partner tried a variety of cocktails, each one expertly made and equally delicious. To top it off, our daughter ended the evening playing on the outdoor playground — a total hit. Great food, great drinks, and a family-friendly environment with outstanding service. We’ll absolutely be back. Photos attached!

My waitress/bartender was Ashley, she was so amazing. I was passing through for a business trip. She suggested menu items and great cocktails. The drinks were so perfectly made. Not too sweet not too dry. The boneless chicken wings were fresh seasoned and great size The chicken Alfredo was fresh hot and you could taste the bursting flavor! Great portion size too ! Ashley explained the restaurant and was so attentive and friendly. Will definitely return

Pizza and Nachos were outstanding!! We got the Tony's Supreme with portabella mushrooms instead of the black olives. Really good. Waitress Anai was very helpful and attentive! She helped make the visit a nice one!! Definitely recommend. Wife had a frozen drink and really liked it.

Came here for lunch with our kiddos since it had a playground.. they loved it! We enjoyed sitting outside and letting the kids play around. The food was pretty good too! We all got pizza and salad and everything was yummy. They have good weekly deals and a lunch combo deal during the week, which was nice. We luckily went on the day where kids meals were free with adult entrees. Server was sweet, and everything came out fresh and in a timely manner. The one and only critique is that the playground area had quite a bit of trash around and our toddler kept finding it/picking it up. That made it look a bit dirty/messy but had it been cleaned up, it would have been a perfect experience. Despite that, with the good food/service, we would definitely go back if we are back in Nashville with our kids for lunchtime, especially for the playground aspect! So smart!

I have given some scathing pizza reviews but this will not be one. It’s so hard to try new pizza places because most of the time I am disappointed. But this place was everything I wanted pizza to be. We ordered a 12 inch Tony Supremo. It was so good. The crust was crispy while still being doughy and it was actually flavorful. All the toppings were fresh. The problem when you order a supreme pizza is that all the toppings generally make the whole thing watery. This pizza was not watery. The cheese tasted like cheese and not melted plastic. There’s no amount of praise that can explain how delicious this pizza was. We also ordered wings. As someone who likes very crispy wings I am on average 90% disappointed. They always say they will make them crispy and then you get these gooey fatty disgusting unedible wings. Again, this was not the case. Their wings were crispy and juicy and plump. They put the barbecue sauce on the side just like we asked. They put the extra ranch in the bag… Just like we asked. I will say that the tea was atrocious. Maybe it’s a Tennessee thing but where I’m from tea does not have 5 cups of sugar in it. We had to water it down with 2 L of regular brew tea for it to be drinkable. We will definitely order pizza from this place at least one more time while we’re in Nashville. If you’re on the fence about it, go try them out because it’s worth it.. Also, we took our food to go cause the place was crawling with children. But if you like kids and you have kids, it looks like a great spot to let them run wild!

I wish I knew about this place sooner! My son had a blast, the jungle gym was clean, and the kids were all comfortable playing while the parents ate and watched them all play. This place has a family atmosphere with the bonus of a sport bar, an A+ experience for myself and my toddler. The pizza was really good he got the kids cheese pizza absolutely loved it hot and ate it when he got home without warming it up so it must have been really good. I did half & half which I’ve never experienced being able to try 2 pizzas at once withougjt having to buy the whole pie. I did the goat and the green chili chicken pizza and that was such a treat! Yes I ate the whole pizza but myself it was a balance of spicy sweet and a white pizza 🍕 and the sangria was the cherry on top, 10/10 experience!

They did not miss at all with the food. The food was beyond good. Kids ate free on Tuesdays so that was a nice surprise and the kids meals were huge for the kids they had leftovers. They offer half and half Pizza so you can try a couple specialties at one time and they have a nice drink selection as well. I will be back soon.

Google
We stopped in to this pizza restaurant based on the pictures. Overall, we had a few nice adult beverages and the pizza was tasty. My only concern is that there were a bunch of flies flying around us our entire meal which was a little unnerving.

Yelp
While on vacay for a Bach trip we ate here twice. The first time was alright because the service wasn't great but Vic the GM definitely made it better! He asked that we come back and we did with the rest of our group and it was more enjoyable the 2nd time. Highlights were the sammies and pizzas! Definitely would get the Philly again in a heartbeat. We loved that Vic came in early to say hey and assist with our server too

Yelp
We ordered 4 pizzas for delivery. They gave us 3 pizzas. We asked for a refund. Got nothing but attitude from a manager. Had to go pick it up. Never come here. Manager actually had the nerve to call me a piece of shit. (When would that ever be appropriate?) No class. Absolutely horrible service. Overpriced food too. Manager also said "what? Are you stepping to me?" I turned around and walked out. No refund was ever offered or given. They tried to blame the delivery driver (even though it's their food.... They refused to take any responsibility). The delivery driver told us he asked explicitly if there was a fourth pizza before he left. He said the restaurant told them there was only three. The restaurant forgot to make it. Management and service is a real issue at this establishment. Take a look at the other reviews on Yelp or Uber Eats. Also, they were not busy on a Saturday night... That should tell you something. It took us over 90 minutes to get our food (even though it was only a few miles away). I do a lot of business in Nashville and I normally tell people how great the restaurants are in this city - because there are several great ones! This isn't one of them. I won't be placing any orders here in the future for family or corporate events - and I will tell our partners and clients about this terrible experience.

Yelp
Just.....okay. Food was average but vastly overpriced. 8inch pizza was $15 and tasted like something you'd get from Pizza Hut. Service was good but $8 for a Corona? Cauliflower bites were just ....okay. Place was nice though. However, kids were running amok. Nothing memorable. Just....meh.!

Yelp
I went to BoomBozz with my sisters after church and it was AMAZING !! I am so grateful that I ordered the 12 inch pizza and not the 8 inch pizza because, I was HUNGRY !! I ordered this and a Caesar salad. BOTH WERE DELICIOUS !!! The servers were kind and very swift. The ambiance is very casual, it's a great place for groups and to watch sports.
google avatar

Yelp
5 stars for Carrie! The food was amazing, but the service was even better. If you have not been it's a must try for everyone!

Yelp
Peyton is a rock star. Boombozz is for lovers! Had a first date, ate pizza, drank beer. Life is cool!
google avatar

Criselda C.

Yelp
Service and atmosphere was great! Kid friendly. Beer selection and the pizzas were definitely good and we will return. We had the NY pepperoni and BBQ pizza with a 10 oz wheat beer. All very good and the BBQ pizza was picky-kiddo approved.

Yelp
A promise made but not kept: "Best Pizza in America". It's not even the best pizza in East Nashville. Server was friendly but gave no attention after placing our order. Food was randomly coming out of the kitchen. Example- table behind us ordered basically the same thing as our table (salad, kids pizza, drinks) and there food came out about 29 mi outed faster than ours and they can e in 10 mi it's later than we did. Pizza? Meh - plain kids pizza was Domino's quality at best. Topping on other pizza(s) was great actually but the dough was quite average. On the positive side the wings were excellent! Beer good but super slow, we had to cancel our second round after it never came and we needed to pay the bill. No bus service so stuff kept piling up with all the dishes.

Yelp
This was on my list to try because it's so large and has a ton of TVs for game watching but after being inside and being one of the only groups out of a pretty full spot without kids, I won't go back. I'm in between ratings. My preference would probably make it a two but if you have kids you might love this spot, so I'd say a 4, therefore I'm at a 3. Food: We ordered tater kegs, a field greens salad, and a cauliflower brisket pizza - partner had two beers. I loved the tater kegs, I'm a sucker for anything potatoes but add cheese and bacon and whew I'm sold. Salad was plain, that's fine with us. I hate when salads (especially at a large cost) only have Romaine lettuce, though. Cauli pizza was small (10inch) and costly for that size but it had good flavor. $3 menu increase for GF/cauli and website says $2. Service: Was nervous because of all the reviews but it didn't take nearly as long as some people said, whew. Longer than expected for a salad but the pizza and tater kegs came out shortly after that. Was a little odd it took a while for the beers to come. Served checked back twice before we got a beer. Nothing exceptional but has to take a special kind of person to work here to deal with sports and kids and serving. Ambiance: This was my biggest issue. Tons of TVs so it seemed like it would be filled like a sports bar. They were playing playoff football but the sound didn't match the screens (we looked around and couldn't find a single one - totally different broadcast) and it was quite loud for the space. Toddlers & children EVERYWHERE. Honestly, if you don't have a kid/bringing kids here, I wouldn't recommend it. If you're fine with children running in and out, hearing screams and cries, then that's your jam and go for it. There's a bar that seemed separated from most of the kids but you would still notice / be affected by the noises and them running around. There's an outside playground that's must make a nice reprieve for parents. It seems like the place was made to have an identity crisis. Chuck E Cheese or sports bar? Unsure.

Laney F.

Yelp
The atmosphere and food was SO good. We have 3 kids- 2 younger for the play area and one sports lover so perfect place for all to enjoy. We had just a red sauce (sauce isn't a sweet sauce) cheese bread it's a super thin bread stick Also the Award winning chicken chili pizza- it was literally SO So good. All the flavors just paired perfectly together- I would drive the 5 hrs from home just for that pizza alone. Service was good. Nothing spectacular, especially getting busy during game times.

Jessica ..

Yelp
Best place to go with littles! Good food and a really great (clean) playground to keep the kids busy. Server was also friendly and attentive.

Yelp
Smashville margarita -ahhh it was just ok. You can definitely tell it's premixed. Nothing special Frozen Red Sangria -yummm! It says it has tequila in it, but it just tasted like a basic sangria to me. 16' Green chili chicken/Farmers market Pizza- 4/5 the pepper jam is so good! I had to get an extra side of that and ranch If you're looking for a new sports bar to go to, this could very well be your new spot. Of course, the noise level is elevated but what do you expect. Came here to watch girls basketball....GEAUX LSU! Lol Service was great! We were greeted and sat immediately. Our server was great. Super sweet! She was very knowledgeable of the menu and suggested her favorites. Cons: the length of time it took to get drinks from the bar. I mean it was darn near empty in there besides a large party on the other side that was leaving. So I'm unsure what the hold up behind the bar was.

Yelp
Came with family and had great food and fun! Kids loved the food and the vibe! Crystal was awesome waitress!

Yelp
BoomBozz is everything I need it to be. I also happen to like their margs so it's never a bad idea! My kids will eat the food, I'm always satisfied with my meal, and they get to do (see playground photo) without judgement while my partner and I actually have a chance to talk to each other. You're not getting Michelin style pizza, you're getting pizza that is just fine and I would argue comforting at times. For the non-pizza folks, the salads and sammies are great. Service is always good and prompt, as are the drinks. For the people with kids, they get to pick a pizza, pasta, or chicken (maybe) and they get a small Rice Krispie treat with a drink (milk, soda, club soda, or water) in a reusable plastic cup. The cups are great and up for grabs. We've taken a few! This place is a no brainer for the families. One thing I will note is the playground can get packed so pick your time wisely, especially you're aiming for younger kids over older kids.

Yelp
The food was really good. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo and it was definitely tasty. The house margarita was good as well. But, the FLIES are unbearable. The entire time we had to swat our arms. Such a disappointment
google avatar

Elizabeth H.

Yelp
I ate here with a large group of about 12. We chose this place because many in the group have young kids and the playground is visible from the outdoor seats, so parents could supervise while the kids played. The service was extremely slow, even given the nature of our group. Many items were brought out incorrectly, and my friend's pizza was brought out missing some slices due to a spill. The staff did rectify the errors, bringing replacements and removing some items from the bill, but it still took over 2 hours for everyone to be served. It was not a busy time, only a few other groups were here. However, my pizza was tasty, the kids enjoyed the playground, and the staff was eager to correct mistakes. I might come back but certainly with a smaller group.

Yelp
Jordan W. Is a charming dude and a great server. The food was fast and he checked on us often.
google avatar

Matt M.

Yelp
We walked in to a medium busy restaurant at 6pm. Told the wait would be 'a few min' for 6 people. Waited at the bar thinking we would get a drink while we waited. The bar tender never came to us. Checked back with the host at 30 min in and he said it would be 'at least another 20 min'. Empty tables all around. Seated 50 min in. Our waiter was top notch and could tell we were annoyed and served us really well. The food came out really quickly and was fantastic. One other thing: there was a Preds playoff game coming on and instead of the game they had a live band. The band was really food but the entire dining room got up and left because of the noise.
google avatar

Christina W.

Yelp
We have been wanting to try out this restaurant for a while, and picked a Friday night. It was busy which is understandable, but they had an event with a microphone, and you heard everything throughout the restaurant. Wasn't the biggest fan of that. We sat at the bar, and the bartenders were amazing! Super nice and attentive. We ordered two beers, they offer several local drafts which is nice. We ordered boneless Parmesan and garlic chicken wings which were delicious! We were hoping they would come out before the pizza but that didn't. We created our own New York style pizza with pepperoni and half onion half mushroom. I love when a restaurant will let you do half toppings. The pizza was pretty good. Not the worst not the best, just your average pizza. I would come back for the wings!

Maaikee P.

Yelp
The tater kegs were fantastic! And the small pizzas were the perfect size for 1. Our services was really kind, and apologetic when there was a slight delay in getting our orders in/food! Ambiance is casual and there a lot of TVs. Great for watching games!!
google avatar

Yelp
Had a great time at boombozz, not only was the pizza and the side italian Cobb salad amazing. I was in large group of 12 people , we had a side room to ourselves. So had a great time visiting with great old friends. But the best part was our server Miss Jimmy! She was wonderful, great personality and a great server, I know she got all our orders correct, with a smile, knows the menu well, and was very helpful with great suggestions. Have to give her all the credit for keeping it together and taking care of a huge group of foodies and drinkers. I have to say every one of the staff we met were welcoming and very nice. The management should be proud of their team and give extra pat on the back to Miss Jimmy. I will hopefully be back for the good food, but also looking for Miss Jimmy to take me and my friends! Great Job Miss Jimmy!

Greg P.

Yelp
Really solid place. Brought the kiddos and it was perfect. Food was tasty and plenty of tvs/activities to entertain everyone. Wendy was an awesome server, very attentive and knowledgeable. Will definitely return
google avatar

Andrew S.

Yelp
Came to BoomBozz with my teammates expecting some good food and a good time. Waited an hour plus for the food to come and almost all of our orders were wrong. We complained and were told that our server was new and still learning. Once this happened our new waiter brought our food out quickly and was super apologetic, which made up for a lot of our troubles. My personal experience left me quite frustrated, I will not be back.

Amy F.

Yelp
Our bartender Carrie was exceptional with her genuine kindness, efficiency, and great recommendations!

Lexi L.

Yelp
Good amount of tv's for football games etc and space. Will just say though that in the course of an hour and half we got one round of drinks. They were slightly busy, but not enough to excuse that. ESPECIALLY because the two gentlemen sitting to the right of me got 3 rounds in that period of time. The bartender would come out, ask them what they wanted, then no one else outside. Blatantly ignoring you. On top of this (I had to walk inside and ask to get cashed out) the bartender came back with his name on a card with a QR code and asked I left a 5 star review so he could get more money. Will never ever come back here again. Wasted a lot of time here.
google avatar

Jonathon N.

Yelp
Food is good, but man the prices are out of control. A Gluten feee pizza with a coke is almost $30.
google avatar

Shivi P.

Yelp
we got the quattro pizza on gluten free crust and the portabella bella pizza on normal crust. i really enjoy the flavor on the quattro pizza especially because i subbed the red sauce for garlic cream. the gluten free crust wasn't the best (shocker) but still fine just a bit cardboardy (all gf crust is). my friend enjoyed her normal pizza. the normal crust was an 8/10 but still not better than mellow mushroom's holy shitake pie! i really liked the unique award winning pizza flavors and i would go back to try those. we sat outside and it was a cute side patio area even with a fireplace. our service was a little bit longer than usual for how big busy it was but still our server was very sweet and helpful in making our choices easier!

PJ S.

Yelp
Unless you have kids who need to play while you drink, find somewhere else. We waited 20mins and never saw a server after being sat on a sleepy Sunday afternoon. I had to go to the host stand to request a server, and then it still took another 10mins for them to figure it out that we needed to be greeted. Pizza was decent but the rest of the food wasn't great. Wings were over cooked. Men's room looked like a tornado rolled through there. Nasty. Our server Jordan was nice and did his best, but all in all I'll never be back.
google avatar

Tony C.

Yelp
Apathy is the word that comes to mind. The worst part is that I left a $20 cash tip on a $56 check and then the bartender added a $15 tip on the credit card.

Rakeisha E.

Yelp
Carrie was the best bartender/server I've had! She was attentive, professional and really bubbly. I'll definitely be back to see her!

Cora S.

Yelp
Carrie was such a fantastic server and did so well taking care of us! Food was great too, and the cauliflower crust was delicious.
google avatar

Emily F.

Yelp
Great place for families and excellent food. The menu has a great variety. We love to come here for our kids to play on the playground. Jordan W. was our server and he was excellent.
google avatar

Tasheba L.

Yelp
i love this place food on point service awesome ambiance wonderful!! 100/10 i would recommend anyone to eat there!!
google avatar

Sarah F.

Yelp
Mid. Pizza eh. Wings eh. Cheesy bread eh. Service eh. Tables smelled like mold and were sticky. Plates were dirty. Chunks of tomato on them the top one was clean but that's it. Ranch was just mayo. Literally. Gag. Outdoor play area smelled like pee. Short staffed you could tell but it's Saturday night so figure it out. Also not packed at all as you would expect for a weekend night when ufc is on. We won't be back. Way better places to take our family to in Nashville.

Dalton F.

Yelp
Peyton provided the best customer service you could ask for! Food was fantastic as well!

Sean D.

Yelp
Carrie was a great bartender, and she suggested excellent food and drink recommendations!
google avatar

Joel P.

Yelp
Ordered wings and a pizza. They were well prepared but i wouldn't order delivery again. Our 10 piece wings were good, if not overpriced, however, there were only 8 in the box when they arrived.

Nikki G.

Yelp
Carrie was our server and was great. Food was also great - and bonus points to for my daughter loving the playground!
google avatar

Aletha T.

Yelp
This place has the best pizza in Tennessee. Can't say enough good things about it. The service was amazing also.

Megan W.

Yelp
This was my first time here and I will definitely be back! The food was great, service was fast and Peyton took great care of us!
google avatar

Jay I.

Yelp
BoomBozz is everything that is wrong with the "NEW" East Nashville. Subpar food, not so great service, all wrapped up in a hip, loud and craft beer soaked environment... really not so great guys. The pizza reminds me of little Caesars, or Chuck E. Cheese's... this place does have a playground which is great for kids. The playground is the only reason for an extra star...
google avatar

Swinnon S.

Yelp
We spent just shy of two hours at BoomBozz tonight... waiting for a table and then waiting for takeout. - Pros: playground, solid and large drink list, good food (when we ate it as takeout at home) - Cons: overpromising and underdelivering on both tables and takeout, poorly managed wait list and reservations (both the system and the humans don't seem to know what they're doing), you won't feed your kid timely and they'll miss bedtime and there will be melt-downs Don't fall for the promises of when your table will be ready. You'll get comfortable, your kid will be on the playground; you'll think "I'm sure it's only five more minutes!" After they miss their promised table ready time by 100%, you'll decide to instead order takeout (on the recommendation of a local who says the restaurant hasn't bounced back and they often have to resort to takeout). Then your takeout will also be delayed by 100%, you'll be hangry, your kid will be way off-track for bed-time, and there will be zero authentic apologies from the management. The food was good but not worth the hassle or cost. Would not return. Do not recommend.

Thomas M.

Yelp
I've been multiple times here since it's got playground equipment and is nice for the kids to play while we eat and enjoy a beer. That said, the quality of the establishment is really disappointment, and I doubt we'll be back. Reasons why include: Last few times I went, they're out of most beers that are on the menu that appeal to me. Not a big deal except I place an order, wait 10 minutes to be told that's not in, place an alternate order, wait again... until I just stick with water. Their sandwiches can be really good, but I've found hair in them multiple times, which just killed my appetite. We went today with a larger party after (10 adults plus kids) right at their 11 o'clock opening. We asked to sit outside so we can watch the kids play while we eat, and get told no because "that's their main draw and they want to leave those tables open." ... we know, we brought our kids for that reason. They sat us inside near the playground, so we could still watch the kids at least, but it would have been nice to sit outside since it's loud inside and couldn't hear one another very well. It took 45 minutes of sitting though to get our drinks (mostly water, a few beers) and even start placing a food order. It's an okay place to go, but I don't think I'll be back for a long time. I only go because it's good for family time, and if I'm told I can't really sit where it's easy to be with family, I can take a picnic to a park instead.
google avatar

Richard V.

Yelp
First time trying this place out and I was really impressed. Order - "Award" winning wings - far from this, the flavor lacked and this was my only but biggest knock on the place. The wings were not good at all. - Pretzel's - about as expecting solid bar pretzles - Pizza - highlight of the night (as it should) delicious crust, right amount of cheese and perfect sauce ratio. Overall good experience
google avatar

Kelli M.

Yelp
Great service, great atmosphere, great pizza! I ordered the cauliflower crust for my shroom pizza and it tasted great! The texture was that of a crispy thin crust. I highly suggest that AND the goat cheese marinara! Rest of the table had the Buffalo chicken pizza and it was delicious as well!!
google avatar

Terrence L.

Yelp
Boom Bozz was an enjoyable first experience. What sold us on it was the playground in the back area! The Good: The playground for the kids had tvs and places to sit and watch your kids. The playground floors are sensory motivated so easy falls will occur (like my kid). The food has award winning pizza and wings. Worth your time to try. Fresh flavors from the pizza and just enough to get you full. The Pretzels and queso dip were a fmgreat pairing. That pretzel had soft action on immediate touch. Messed around and ate a whole Pretzel before even asking the kids. That's how good! The Bad: They seemed to be short staffed. Many table have not been cleaned. A table was cleaned for us to sit at. They wouldn't be able to handle another rush at the moment. Not sure whom is cleaning the tables. Nonetheless, it was a fun family outing. Mama and daddy got to relax while the kids were in eye view playing on the playground. The one time I didn't care if they got up and went to play them come back to eat

Yelp
Honestly, I've given this place the good ole' college try. I've been here about 4-5 times and have been disappointed every time with the service. I've been a GM of various restaurants, and know what the bare minimum effort that is reasonable to ask is. I have never once experienced an employee at BoomBozz reach that level of service. It's honestly embarrassing and sad. It's such a shame too, because the food is decent, the space is huge, and the location is great. My advice to management, elevate your standards, elevate your training, and elevate your staff. It's not that hard to pour beers and sling pizza. They can at least check all the boxes a normal person would expect when dining out. Examples: - vaping while taking orders - bartenders visibility sick coughing 50 times in an hour - bartenders only knowing their beers by the tap number, not the title - not wiping down tables after previous guests. - overall lack of attention or even happiness to be there.

Yelp
Good place to watch a game. Good playground for kids. They were out of a bunch of the tap beers which was disappointing. Didn't try the food.

Yelp
A restaurant with a playground is genius! Our kids had a blast, and we also enjoyed the pizza. Would love to go back and try some different things on the menu. There were a million televisions, so you could certain watch any game you might want to.
