Borinquen Lunch Box has an amazing food truck and they offer catering as well. We had them cater our wedding and I think we received more compliments on the food than on anything else.
They provided food and non-alcoholic beverages for cocktail hour and the buffet dinner service at the reception. Mary and Enrique, along with their staff, knocked it out of the park. The food was fresh, filling, and plentiful. We especially loved the caprese and crab cake bites during the cocktail hour and the pork and beans at dinner. But everything was amazing! They helped set up our Wedding Cookie Table and the coffee service, we went perfectly.
They even packed up the leftovers for us to take home and we did! 10/10 would highly recommend Borinquen Lunch Box for any event.
