The focaccia is divine. It was fluffy on the inside, crisp on the outside with a gorgeous presentation; possibly the best we've ever tasted. The service was attentive and friendly without being disruptive. We were surprised and delighted with the seafood special and highly recommend the halibut. The flat iron steak and meatballs were fine, but nothing noteworthy or anything we'd order again. Their accompaniments- the pommes frites and tomato gravy - were both amazing, well balanced and hitting all the right flavor notes. Overall, one of our favorite dining experiences in Bend and we'll definitely be back to see what dishes match up in quality to the halibut and focaccia! I'm recovering from surgery - so no alcohol and both the Linda and Super Tuscan Sodas were fabulous treats!

Amazing dining experience, the kind that leaves you with a smile the rest of the evening. We were visiting Bend with our adult children all who love food. We started with cocktails and they have a great list of options and a nicely curated wine list. The crab appetizer was expensive but so fresh and full of flavor, we would surely order again. Do. It miss the Tricolore Salad also spectacular. The spaghettini with local wild mushrooms was my favorite entree full of umami, texture and amazing flavors. All the pastas are homemade in house and delicious and you can’t go wrong. The 8oz steak with pomme frites was cooked perfectly and full of flavor as well. We finished with Tiramisu and Date Cake for dessert and while good was not up to par with the amazing dishes we for our meal.

A day later and I’m still thinking about the food. We did not have dinner reservations, but with a little wait we’re able to get a seat at the bar. We had a couple of non-alcoholic cocktails and the taste was good and the value was just okay. Still think over 8 for a drink without alcohol is too much. The food was amazing though. We had the calamari and snails to start. Calamari was amazing. Really good!!! Highly recommend. Snails were good too just a bit too much red sauce that hid the flavor. Also had the pork ribs, and flat iron steak. Pork ribs were out of this world. So well seasoned and cooked. It came with some broccolini that was undercooked but man was it good. Flat iron steak was ordered Medium for my husband, but came out Medium Rare, which is my preference so we didn’t say anything. The sauce on the side— crazy good. The truffle fries— wow! Worth it!! We also had a side of mushrooms which were good. For dessert we had the panna cotta dessert and I would also highly recommend this— just amazing! I found the host to be great, and the people delivering the food as well. The bar tenders were good. The whole placed seemed very well staffed and tho they genuinely liked each other. Having a well staffed front and back of house comes across! I hope the second time we go it’s just as good!!

Truly a delight in Bend! Delicious food prepared with seasonal ingredients and great cocktails. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio with a group of six (no reservation, but they accommodated us on a Saturday). It’s definitely a “small plates/shareable” place, but what it lacks in volume more than makes up for in quality and flavor. Expect to spend a decent amount here if you want to walk away satiated. Highly recommend the focaccia, burrata, and pastas—the rigatoni hit the spot!

Absolutely outstanding service and delicious food. Advise the snails as they were a special treat. The foccacia with whipped butter was by far the best bread I have ever had.

We took family here for our first visit and I was so impressed with the food and the service!! I’m often disappointed in Bend, but BOSA knows what they are doing. The table timing, the crumb clearing, the way the servers properly drop food to the correct seats and with the correct arm. Every single employee acknowledged us, not just the host and server. It was a refreshing experience for this former server/bartender :) My only complaint is the patio. There is tons of traffic at that intersection and I watched several near misses (not BOSA’s fault). It was a bit over-stimulating so I wouldn’t reserve a table out there in the future. But it would not deter me from returning, in fact I can’t stop thinking about our meal and I think we will be back as soon as possible!! THANK YOU BOSA

My wife made reservations for 5:15 for our 12 year anniversary we were promptly seated when we arrived. They had a little anniversary card on our table, which was a little small. our waitress was very nice. She informed us of all the specials which sounded good, but my wife decided on the pasta I decided on the flat iron steak. Our appetizer was meatballs and bread, which was very good. By the way best margarita ever tasted. I asked my wife how was her pasta? She said it was very good. My steak was cooked medium which was perfect. for dessert, we had the date cake with vanilla gelato excellent more than likely we will return for a second visit.

Delightful food, service, and atmosphere. Cocktails were unique and expertly crafted. Wine list is extensive with a great range. Dinner was out of this world. Service felt luxurious but not intrusive. Will definitely return.

Wonderful cuisine great service....one of our favorite restaurants in Bend. And sitting at the bar means we meet new folks in town.

We wanted to indulge in endless carbs after several days of drinking in a row... let me tell you, Bosa did not disappoint! With no reservation, we were seated very promptly at their outdoor patio space. Our server was attentive and informative. The perfect start to our carb overload; the housemade focaccia bread with fresh tomato coulis and tapenade. In addition, we snacked on their pommes frites with herb aoli dipping sauce. The bread was flakey on the outside and fluffy within - truly delicious. With still some room to spare in our stomachs, we decided to split two pasta dishes, their Bigoli "Cacio e Pepe" and their Tagliatelle. Bosa's menu is designed to be shareable and we did just that. Would definitely recommend this spot for those who are too indecisive to pick just one entree like me.

So I am lame and didn't take one picture....because: The service was fantastic. The staff is so friendly and engaging and maybe one of the most handsome waiters I've ever had. Ha! We sat at the bar and though the restaurant is busy and loud, the vibe is so cool and I felt very cozy and comfy there. Lastly, the BEST. The food and drinks were absolutely fantastic folks. We split three apps. The focaccia, the burrata and the olives. How could such simple items blow our mind? Well....they did. We actually stopped talking and just ate for a few minutes and looked at eachother and laughed because it was so good. I would highly recommend my friends and I can't wait to go back and maybe I'll remember to take a pic! Lol

We had a delicious dinner at Bosa. The wait can be long and food is pricy, but well worth it. We got the calamari which is grilled and very tasty. Also had the rigatoni pasta and the halibut. Halibut was excellent. The toffee cake for dessert is almost like a carrot cake. Very unique. It was all so good. We also had wine pairing for each course. Highly recommend. Service was excellent and we enjoyed everything about it.

Excellent Food and service. Pasta to die for. Make a res or it is too busy! We went on a Monday Ambience is that of any busy trattoria! Very New York. Loved the Food!

Classy ambiance, but not stuffy. Staff were very attentive and helpful with recommendations. We had the Halibut special, fusilli, pomme frites and greens. Everything was delicious!

my fiancé and I went for a nice dinner here. The food was great. If you are gluten-free and miss pasta, they have you covered. You can sub any pasta for gluten-free fusilli except for the cacio e pepe. It is celiac safe and they seem to take it seriously. They have a dedicated gluten-free fryer for fries! The service was great, they really cared about my allergies and experience. Which is always so nice. The waitress was so sweet and kind. It's a cute little place! They take walks in but you absolutely 100% need to make reservations in advance if you don't want to sit at the bar.

Incredible. Talk about feeling at home in a place the very first time. Sitting at the bar was the move (others who I told afterwards applauded the choice), as the life, energy, and service to make the meal extra special must be these bartenders 'supper' power. Bosa crushed it all, first by having at the top center of the menu several clever and attractive NA cocktails. The mussels were perfectly cooked with broth we couldn't let them take and dumped an order of to-die-for-fries into just to soak up the goodness. The arugula salad was deftly and lightly dressed and seasoned so even it left an impression of distinction. We then split the special pea and ricotta ravioli, as our neighbor swooned over it. His assessment was classic: "it was weirdly amazing!" We then polished off a half-rack of the Costolette, some sanding done St Louis ribs with a Roman seasoning of 27 different elements. What a meal! I'll recommend to all and return upon my return to Bend. Mangia!

Bosa has wonderful Italian food. We ordered Grilled Calamari, Housemade Focaccia, Grilled Broccolini, Bigoli "Cacio E Pepe", Fusilli, and Rigatoni. They are all super delicious.

This place is so nice! The ambience and decor are inviting. The food was amazing! One of the nicest places in Bend for Italian cuisine. Our server was extremely knowledgeable and helpful regarding the menu selections and specials. The cocktails were also delicious! Quiet and romantic setting. Highly recommend.

Finally went to Bosa for our. Anniversary. What an amazing experience. Food and service was incredible. Everything we ate was magical; we cannot wait to come back. The "happy anniversary " note on our table, and the dog waiting on the lobby bench for its owner added charm to an already great experience. Best food in Bend!

We celebrated my birthday here and had a wonderful time. They comp me a glass of wine and nice ice cream bday cup. The food was good. We ordered their grilled octopus and bread as appetizer. My kids ordered pasta, I ordered the chicken- it's good but a bit dry side, my husband ordered the ribs which is delicious. They confused the ordered with the vegan and non vegan pasta but got it all straighten out. They charged extra for asking the Parmesan cheese which is unusual- cheese should be comp as it goes with pasta dishes. We ordered the gelato ice cream for desserts as we were all full. Overall the meal was great but I think it's overrated and over price. I had to book this place 6 weeks prior to our arrival in Bend. Thanks for a wonderful meal.

Bosa is always a 10 star dinner. The ambiance is wonderful. The servers are attentive and friendly. While the hostess said it would be a 45-minute wait, they sat us within 20 minutes. Everything on the menu food wise is incredible. We had the facoccia and the escargot for appetizers. Two different pasta dishes for our main and cheesecake for dessert. Each dish tasted fresh and had the perfect blend of texture and flavor. The drinks were incredible, too. Our waitress recommended a drink to go with each course and offered small samplings when appropriate. Sitting outside, I began to feel a bit cold as the sun went down- our server gave me a blanket! I always make a point to have a meal here when I'm in town.

We'll be dreaming about the cacio e pepe for forever! We got into Bend on a Saturday around 5:30 and were craving pasta so I called BOSA to see what their wait was and they were able to squeeze us in for a reservation for 2 at 7:15. They encourage you to order family style which we love! We shared the caesar salad, cacio e pepe, flat iron steak and drank a Negroni and aperol spritz. My boyfriend has a gluten sensitivity and the waitress was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about how each pasta is made and the types of flour/how each are sourced. Everything was perfect and his stomach never got upset! We loved it so much that we wanted to call in an order for pickup on our way back through town, but they're closed on Sundays so we'll have to try again next time we're in Bend.

Home run dinner in Bend! By far the best food and best experience we had in the area and it may be a reason why we take a trip back. The table service was fantastic and it is recommended to order and share family style which is my preference. The caccio pepe gave me a new appreciation for creamy pasta and the bread was a winner. Looking forward to visiting Bend again so I can grub down!

This is our favorite date night restaurant in Bend. The service is the best in town, attention to quality in all that they do. Food is delicious (the pastas especially) and the owners support local farms!

Absolutely amazing staff, food,service,ambiance and cocktails. I could not recommend this place any more for a great night out. My partner and I shared a salad, focaccia and gnocchi. Perfect amount of food and every thing was delicious. Whoever owns this establishment should be VERY proud of your entire staff, front and back of house.

We are in Bend several times a year and usually stick to the downtown restaurants. I wanted to try something different. I did a Yelp search and BOSA came up on the top ten list. This so happened to be a busy Saturday night. The place was hopping. We requested a seat at the bar. We could see the bar from where we were standing it looked like there was at least 4 open seats. The hostess told us we had to wait 30 minutes even to sit at the bar. This was around 7:30. The food smelled wonderful so we decided to wait. As we sat and waited at least 20 minutes, a group of 3 came in which must have been regulars. The hostess knew the gal by name. They asked if there was an open table or bar seating. The hostess said let me look. She then seated them at the bar. We were seated right after next to them. I had to wonder why we had to wait 20 minutes. The restaurant is small but quaint. The cooks and chefs are in view of the whole restaurant. I love how professionally dressed they were. The bartender Dave was very nice and helpful. He recited the specials to us and gave us his suggestion. We ordered drinks first. I was excited to see that they had a amaro flight. I orders that and my husband ordered a bourbon neat. For dinner we decided to stick with small plates. We ordered meatballs, house made focaccia bread and warm olives. The bread is a huge portion served with whipped butter. It was delicious and paired perfectly with the very large meatballs. The warm olives were delicious and a generous portion. The food made the experience worth it. The hostess should pretend to like visitors more.

Eat here every Friday. The food is perfect, and the service is the best. The staff is exceptionally well trained!! The restaurant has a great atmosphere and delighted customers!!

Came on a Tuesday night and sat at the bar. The bartenders were very friendly and attentive. They gave great advice and explanations of all the dishes I was interested in. Grilled Calamari - This dish was amazing, for an appetizer the size was very reasonable. The squid had both char and tenderness, no chewy squid here! I was not expecting the potato-olive-tomato salad to be as good as it was. The potatoes were creamy on the inside and crispy on the outside, the garlic dressing was decadent without being overpowering. I would go back just for this dish. Cacio e Pepe - Excellent execution of a classic. The pepperiness was well balanced with the cheese, pasta, and sauce. The pasta had just the right amount of chew. Cocktails - I enjoyed a cocktail on the menu and one off the menu, and both were phenomenal. All syrups are made in house, and the composition of the drinks are thoughtfully made by the bartenders. They have a great selection of spirits. I particularly enjoyed their mezcal cocktail.

Amazing food! The steak was to die for; super tender and came with a generous portion of crispy fries. I could drink a cup full of the veal jus, it was that good. The pasta was also flavorful and al dente. Highly recommend this place!

This updated review is long overdue...we have had nothing but 5 star experiences since we first ventured in last year, and last night was no exception. Just check out my food pics--they say it all, though I will give a shout-out to the creamy leek, fennel & onion soubise served with the fresh fish of the day, (scallops) PHENOMENAL and the Agnolotti dal pin were delicate pillows of perfection. The owners and the staff at this establishment could not be more gracious, warm or professional--simply the best.

Bosa has become a favorite of mine and my family. Whenever my parents visit from out of town, we come here. Funnily enough, Drew has been our server the past 3 times and he has always been extremely personable. The ambiance is nice. It's a smaller building but they have utilized their space very well. They have room for a bar area as well as a dining area. I have only had great food experiences here. I am a big fan of their tagliatelle. My fiancé has tried an assortment of dishes and loves them all. He especially enjoyed the branzino. Overall, Bosa is a really awesome experience and I encourage it to anyone looking for solid Italian food in Central Oregon!

The food was fantastic and the service at the bar was excellent! My bartender, Marina, was amazing and recommended the perfect dish for me during the heat wave. It's a bit loud in the small area, especially on a Saturday night. Everyone seems to work well together, which is great to see.This restaurant is definitely at the top of my list.

Good drinks, 4 out of 5 items we ordered were pretty good. I will say the stay was absolutely top notch. I think they are too expensive for the smaller crowded storefront that over looks a gas station. The scallops were $45 and they were honestly terrible. Would have given anything to have spent that money on something else on the menu. My gf loves scallops and she wouldn't even finish them. They were not even closed to seared enough and they came lying in a soggy bowl of liquid. Should have been presented on a more appealing bed of ingredients to keep them out of the liquid. I'm going to rate them at 4 out of 5. Other than the scallops and location, everything else was really good and the staff was some of the best I've seen.

Great vegetarian options that are incredibly fresh and delicious. Service at the bar was excellent and an even better ambiance than the dining room. Love having this dinner option with a closing time later than many other local restaurants.

My girlfriend and I came to BOSA at the recommendation of a friend. We were immediately greeted by multiple people when we arrived and promptly seated (we did have a reservation). The service was wonderful. Our server was sweet, friendly, and attentive. She gave us great recommendations and made our meal very enjoyable. The ambiance was warm and chic, with plants adorning every corner (something we really admired)We ordered the focaccia bread to start (warm, flavorful), followed by the cacio e pepe (perfectly al dente, delicious sauce), and the steak frites (perfectly cooked). We finished our meal with the panna cotta which we agreed was unlike anything we have had before. We can't wait to come back for another delicious meal!

Excellent food selection! We would certainly come back here, the service was great and it has a nice vibe to it in Bend. The special pasta we had should be added to the main menu, it was delicious!

From the moment I walked into Bosa, I knew I was in for a treat. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, with soft lighting and tasteful decor. The menu was extensive, with plenty of options to choose from, and everything sounded delicious. When our waitress Alexis came to take our order, she was friendly and attentive, making sure to answer any questions we had and giving great recommendations. Throughout the meal, she checked on us regularly, making sure we had everything we needed and even bringing us extra napkins and utensils without us having to ask. And the food...oh my goodness, the food was incredible! We ordered the gnocchi and this pasta with pepper cream sauce and it was one of the best dishes I've ever had. The flavors were so fresh and vibrant, and the portion size was perfect without being overwhelming. Also highly recommend the burrata! Overall, I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Bosa and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious meal in Bend. And if you happen to have Alexis as your waitress, you're in for an extra treat! She truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience special.

Great date night or special occasion spot. We were visiting bend for the first time and so glad that we made reservations here! Came on a Friday night around 6 pm and it was fairly packed. I overhead them say it was going to be about an hour wait to the couple that walked in front of us. Ordered the calamari for an appetizer - it was nice & tender, and grilled perfectly. The olives and tomato complimented the dish well. We also tried the "tri colore" salad. I would probably skip this one. Nothing too excited about it. Order the focaccia bread instead. It was one of the first things that caught my eye on the menu and regret not getting because thought our meal was going to be too "carb heavy". But we all know there's no such thing. Between the 2 pastas we got, the cacio e Pepe was probably my favorite of the night. You can't go wrong with cheesy peppery pasta. Rigatoni was pretty average. Absolutely love that the menu is seasonally driven and they use local ingredients. Fantastic service and a good selection of wines!

Bosa is great. We've gone there five or so times since it opened a few years ago. The food is always great. The service is always great. The hardest thing is trying to find a reservation, but it's worth it.

Absolutely awesome! Visiting Bend from SF and dined here with a group of 5 for a birthday celebration. We ordered *a lot*, and everything was great. It's rare to find a restaurant where everything hits the spot, especially when you order a huge variety of things, but this place nailed it. Agnolotti - 4/5, solid! Cacio e pepe - 5/5, favorite dish of the night for most of us. Loved the breadcrumbs they add to it Tagliatelle - 4/5 - definitely recommend this Focaccia - 4.5/5 - light, fluffy, salty, solid! Burrata - 3.5/5 - solid but probably wouldn't get this again. Strong lemon flavor Meatballs - 3.75/5 also solid but probably wouldn't get this again Arugula - 4/5 - great dressing, nice and cheesy for a salad! Salmon - 4/5 Cardamom cake - 4/5 Great service, lots of fun, definitely check it out.

Wow! Another fantastic dinner in Bend. Bosa came highly recommended and did not disappoint. We arrived without a reservation and we were pleasantly received by the hostess. Once seated (at the bar) Marina served us with professionalism, humor, and charm. Then came the food and again all I can say is, WOW! My wife and I shared our he insalata and were delighted by our chosen dishes, half chicken with mashed potatoes (absolutely Devine) and fusilli with fennel sausage. Topped off with a glass of suggested wine, a bourbon based cocktail, excellent desserts in a beautiful and charming setting, this evening was a wonderful experience. Thank you, Bosa. We will be back!

Good vibes, service, and food. The one red flag is that it can be a little hit or miss (albeit it's mostly a hit)

I really wanted to like it.... So much hype, so little delivery. The ordering "suggestions" (everything all at once) didn't make for a great first impression. I started out with the meatballs, which were just ok, not particularly flavorful. I followed with the rigatoni pomodoro, which I barely touched. While I appreciated the house-made pasta, the ricotta salata was cold, and cooled down the dish. The baby herbs listed on the menu were more a blanket of microgreens that seemed inappropriate to the dish. The pomodoro had a bell pepper undertone that reminded me of the food service pasta option on American Airlines business class flights. Despite the abundant leftovers, the server didn't ask if I was satisfied with the dish or not. On the plus side, the restaurant was nicely decorated for the holidays, with a European ambiance.

After a long day of hiking and kayaking in Bend, OR, BOSA provided us with the most lovely and satisfying dinner. Not having made a reservation in advance, we chose to wait approximately 20 minutes for a seat at their expansive and elegant bar -- so worth it! The local oyster mushrooms were savory and soft, accompanied with sautéed spinach. The asparagus was roasted to perfection and laid on top a white bean purée, which gave it an excellent, creamy flavor. The romaine salad was well-balanced, with a scrumptious house made Caesar dressing. For the entree, we split the fresh seasonal halibut, which was pan-seared with sautéed spinach and tomato--divine! Finally, we finished our meal with a slice of the date cake with cardamom and topped with a scoop of vanilla gelato from Bontá. Our waitstaff were the two bartenders, who provided us with excellent service, recommendations, and conversation. The ambiance of the restaurant was sophisticated and yet laid-back, which we found to be very appealing. 5 stars for BOSA! Chef's kiss

Excellent pastas, had a fabulous waitress. Only downside is that we had to sit outside and it was cold...which meant the food cooled down quickly.

Our first visit to BOSA and it did not disappoint! We had a 3 course dinner with Negronis and wine! Romaine, a Steak and a muchroomy pasta! The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is cheery and fun! Definitely will be back! Thank you BOSA!

So so delicious! Service and ambiance are terrific but the food is extraordinary. I had a Boulevardier to start. We shared some of the amazing focaccia. I had GNOCCHETTI SARDI and an insalada and my husband had the Little Gem salad and Rigatoni. We shared the Hot Date cake for dessert. We will most certainly return!

Great food all around. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Great specialty cocktails. Cool place and location. One of my favorite places in Bend.

Lovely spot! A group of us came during prime time dinner hour and fortunately another party left earlier than expected, so we were able to be seated without a reservation! Highly recommend making a reservation, especially on a weekend evening because the wait will be at least 1-1.5 hours. Very cute, cozy setting. Excellent service. The pasta is made in-house and divine. Wine and cocktail selections are great. Looking forward to our next visit!

Mid with attitude. Not sure why this place is popular. I'm guessing it's so dang small reservations are hard so there is a false impression it's amazing. Food was good not great. Service was okay. Front desk was forgettable.. Not recommended.

It was a busy Wednesday night! The restaurant was ALIVE with cheery bustling staff and everyone was feeling the positive vibes. Walking past the people with colorful craft cocktails in their hands and bottles of wine on the tables ensured that my girlfriend and I were in for a treat! We were greeted with a birthday card on our spot at the bar and a big welcome and "Happy Birthday" from our bartender Brit. Her energy is contagious! We started with some fall inspired cocktails, Pearatini & This is Anise Cocktail. Both were so good.. So I know youre supposed to share 3 courses here, but we shared 5! Ha! We came to dine.. *1st course- a 4 piece Oregon dungeness crab. So fresh; a perfect amuse bouche. *2nd course- grilled calamari, warm mixed olives, caesar salad with Spanish white anchovies. This combo of flavors was maybe my favorite course? The calamari is an all star! Chargrilled to perfection with a savory warmed potato salad. Paired very well with the castelvetrano olive mix. The anchovies were an add on to the caesar and was a great touch. We paired this course with the Cava sparkling rose Raventos. Great pairing! *3rd course- I had the Snails with gluten free crackers and my girlfriend had the gluten free Strozzapreti pasta. Dont get me wrong.. if I could have the rustic bread that was supposed to come with the snails and if my girlfriend could have the authentic handmade pasta we would have. Alas, we have to stick with the GF lifestyle. Both were so good! The gf crackers are buttery and tasty and the organic corn pasta was from Italy so we thoroughly enjoyed every bite! I paired this with an amazing Sangiovese El Nero from La Spinetta. The good acid in this medium bodied wine went well with 3rd & 4th course. Girlfriend went with a Farmers Friend which she loves.. *4th course- RIBS!! Okay this was my favorite course! The pork ribs were fall off the bone, melt in your mouth, best sticky ribs I've ever had! They are so savory and delicious that I'll be dreaming about these for a while! We shared the ribs and I ordered a side of bitter greens to pair with them, girlfriend ordered a side of whipped mashed potatoes. She spooned the demi glaze from the rib jus on top of the creamy potatoes and loved it! 5th course- A 3 scoop Lemon sorbet with an addition of foraged huckleberries and she had the mousse au chocolat that has a touch of Baileys in it. They even brought out a candle with her dessert with a jubilant Happy Birthday from our bartender Brit! These were all enjoyed with their Still Vibrato espresso as an americano. The coffee is local and very flavorful. The brew is squid ink with dark and rich flavors. We left super happy with lots of left overs! Thank you Bosa for making it a fun night for the Birthday girl!

My one time experience, Sosa was most unsatisfactory, disappointing and upsetting. The bartender was surly, unprofessional, lacking in interpersonal relationship, expertise. I left before ordering any food, because I refused to put up with the kind of bullshit that this bartender was exhibiting.

outstanding meal! every single course was just excellent. the focaccia bread was light and warm and unbelievably flavorful-served on a plate with whipped butter. perfect start to our supper. next came meatballs-good lord!! so moist and full of flavor. the caesar salad was yummy. we had the pasta special with mushrooms. i am NOT a mushroom person, but they were nice sized so i could eat around them, and my husband was able to enjoy them all. but the star of the night was the halibut. cooked and seasoned to perfection with an amazing sauce and lovely summer veggies. the entire meal was just sumptuous. annabelle was our server, and she was just delightful. if you're in bend, you really must eat at bosa!

Great food, great service and the ambiance was perfect. I highly recommend this place. By the way, excellent bourbon and whiskey selection.
