"Boston Market’s two Chicago locations are closed. The chain is being investigated by the Labor Department for wage theft. Known for rotisserie chicken, it debuted in 1985 and later changed names, adding meatloaf and turkey to the menu." - Naomi Waxman

I've always enjoyed the food here. Have a great selection of sides and the price is always very reasonable. I've been coming here for a long time and definitely recommend this place. Unfortunately, I think it is permanently closed. See the pictures of the once popular Boston Market

I cannot believe this location is still open. I just picked up my food and it ruined my whole day. First of all, I order at 7pm and was informed they had just one chicken left so I couldn’t get the family meal for 4, had to be the meal for 3 instead. Keep in mind this place closes at 10:30pm. How is it possible there’s no chicken at 7pm? I was still fine with taking what was offered. I get home, open everything up, and what do I get? A small, DRY chicken that must’ve been cooked a week ago. The cornbread? Completely UNDER-baked. I am so upset they even thought this was okay to sell. I tried calling the store to get a refund but, no surprise, no one is answering the phone. My total was over $42. The chicken cannot be eaten so I am getting my money back one way or another.

What a great place for a quick lunch or dinner. They have turkey prime rib s meatloaf is entrees tons of sides. They even have chicken noodle soup. They're cornbread is great. They have desserts which would include cookies and cakes and pies. The service is fast and friendly. One sad note they do not serve him anymore. It was reasonably priced and very tasty.p

The workers at this location are truly working hard today. Drive-thru is closed to help unload more food inside The restaurant is locked as they are monitoring to allow only so many people inside. The food is being prepared for all the advanced orders as well as for you to buy meals when you arrive.

This Boston Market used to be good six or seven years ago. Now, you get dinner rolls instead of cornbread and Kraft shells & cheese instead of their usual macaroni. I do not recommend anymore.

I ordered from here through Grubhub and I’m in Heaven!! I had the 3 piece chicken dinner with mashed potatoes/ gravy, creamed spinach and cornbread. Awesome!! Also ordered a crispy chicken sandwich which will be for tomorrow. I got the food delivered around a half hour after placing order. Thanks for the great service all around.

Honestly in my opinion Boston Market is just not what "it used to be this is the second disappointing experience this year from the last about 7 months ago as a walk-in customer and at a different location. 🤨 I took a chance and ordered today via Grubhub while at a hotel stay downtown Chicago and was utterly disappointed. I was with my elderly father who does not enjoy too many new or spicy flavors and or "new" restaurants so I gave him three options of which he picked Boston Market. Safe enough right ?????....... SO WRONG !!!!! 💯 I ordered 2 1/2 Rotisserie Chicken dinners one with Bbq sauce w/ 2 sides included and a slice each of Apple Pie and Italian Lemon Creme Cake. Not only was the chicken old and not warm or fresh it was dry and chewy for the most part. It was also a very small portion that consisted of broken parts of different chickens and not connected (which I found very strange) for both orders. They even omitted the BBQ sauce that was requested and ironically one of the top items on the list on the reciept !! Make it make sense PLEASE !!! 🤔The sides were equally unpleasant the corn was a bit cold and hard, the garlic dill new potatoes my Dad had were hard as if undercooked, the creamed spinach that I payed extra for was a bit tangy as if it had been sitting and the dairy products used in the item was going rancid from sitting too long.🤢 The cornbread muffin had a lump on top and I bit into undone batter and the muffin itself was undercooked. My Italian Lemon Creme cake was sliding and melting because it was either not refrigerated properly prior to my order or from the little bit of residual heat from the order compromised the integrity of the cake because it was placed right on top of the dinners without any barrier. WHO DO THEY HAVE WORKING NOWADAYS ???? Clearly and evidently people who simply DGAF !! or are highly incompetent or improperly trained or a combination of all. I called the store twice to no avail and eventually called GRUBHUB to inform them of my experience and to give feedback to the establishment. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...... the value recieved weighed by the recieved offerings is grossly unbalanced. It cost roughly $38 before taxes and fees after nearly $50. We could have went and sat somewhere with ambiance for a few more dollars. Not plastic ware and cutlery with an undesirable and partly inedible meal to boot. 😐

Ordered two meat combo & a pot pie and to my surprise the pot pie is missing. No cornbread. No drink. They gave me whatever pieces of chicken they wanted. You call and can’t get through. I’ve never gotten my food in styrofoam which is insane to me. My mouth is on the floor. $30 I have to contact my bank to get back
