Superb disappointed with the service, that left me in "worst mental conditions " due to the money I was literally "stolen" ($670) and what's worse- the PROMISES AND GUARANTEES I was made (false, false all false) by the owner- Arminda!! I assure you that it left me feeling worst than when I walk up to this lady (Arminda) to ask for help and she didn't do a good job at it, at times she would be like "annoyed" or "rolling her eyes" and for my point of view, this is not good costumer service that promises you as a costumer, "the moon and the stars " plus pay a considered amount, due to the unemployment/covid rates and doesn't give you any results after 6 months- this botanica owner lady, just takes away your $$ and leaves you feeling worst! If I could, I would rate them "zero stars "! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY MAKING THIS LADY OWNER RICHER AND JUST GETTING NOTHING BACK AS IN RESULTS TERMS!! DONT GO TO THAT BOTANICA!!
