My wife and I had the pleasure of working with the Katie. From the first cake tasting to the first bite at our wedding, she was personable, friendly, and incredibly honest in helping us craft a cake that not only looked stunning but tasted even better. She listened to our vision and guided us with transparency and expertise, making the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. The cake itself was a focal point, elegant, vibrant, and artistically designed with fresh REAL and edible florals and berries that perfectly complemented our decor. It was everything we hoped for and more. Beyond her talent, what really stood out was her genuine care and attention to detail. It’s clear she pours her heart into every creation. We received countless compliments from guests on both the look and flavor of the cake. We’re already planning to return for pastries and future events, and we will wholeheartedly recommend Botanical Bakeshop to all our friends and family.

I originally was not going to get a wedding cake because the concept was overwhelming to me, but my husband introduced me to Katie, and that completely changed my mind. She is extremely organized, passionate, and creative, which is evident through our gorgeous cake! She also collaborated with our florist (WeAdoreFlowers) and it was clearly the collaboration of the century. I mean look at it, WOW. Not only does it deserve praise on its looks, it was also delicious (and vegan). We chose the blueberry passionfruit flavor, and it tasted just how summer feels 💗

Katie has designed the most beautiful cakes for my family with food allergies. It can be a challenge to find egg and dairy free baked goods that not only taste good but are beautiful too! Katie has gone above and beyond expectations and made our celebrations that much more special.

Katie is absolutely amazing at what she does! She is so creative and makes such beautiful cakes. Not only are the cakes and baked goods visually delightful, they are also delicious. For my birthday I requested a farmer's market themed cake, and she totally exceeded my expectations! Everyone was obsessed with how it turned out.

Katie made a beautiful cutting cake for our wedding! She was so friendly and easy to work with during the whole process. My inspiration picture was just a plain white heart shaped cake, but Katie suggested adding the blue details and I could not be happier with how it turned out. The cake tasted amazing, you couldn't tell it was vegan and gluten free!

If you ever have a chance to order a cake or buy some delicious vegan goodies from Katie, do it. She's our absolute favorite baker, our son always asks for her, and he now wants to order "a ton of fondant" from her as he would love to eat just that sometimes too ("but only her fondant, Mom" ). Her baked goods are fantastic and have excellent flavor profiles. We are so thankful that she decided to do this and that she allows us to enjoy her creations.

Lovely cakes and pasties with an artistic floral flair to them. She made a beautiful vegan carrot cake for my wedding that has rustic, yet elegant look I wanted. She also features a monthly pastry box that I love to get every month. Highly recommend for your bakery needs!

Katie made the cakes for our wedding and did an absolutely phenomenal job!! She is so incredibly kind and fun to work with, offers her own ideas and expertise to fit what you're wanting, and added beautiful little details. And of course the cakes are delicious!! My husband and I are both vegan and live in Arizona so my parents went to a cake tasting for us, and they are not vegan, and just raved about how good the cakes were. They couldn't decide so we ended up having both a cookies & cream cake and cheesecake. They were just stunning, my only regret is that I didn't eat more of them!!

I ordered a vintage carrot cake for Easter! It was wonderful! The icing was fantastic and the carrot cake itself tasted so natural and just overall very good! Beautiful design work too! I look forward to coming back and trying something else!
