"Small plates and natural wine aren’t exactly an unfamiliar formula for the 11th, but the way they’re done up at this design-y restaurant and wine bar is a refreshing change from the usual setup of tight spaces, tiled floors, and rickety old tables and chairs. For one, the Brutalist space looks like it could have been plucked from the artsy Kreuzkölln district in Berlin, with exposed stone and sparse decor beyond dried flowers and candlelight. There’s also the seasonal menu that rotates every few weeks and pulls inspiration from beyond France. You can expect dishes like octopus okonomiyaki coated with lardo, and butter-and-cream-coated mushroom raviolo that go well with their natural and biodynamic wines. If you’re more in the cocktail camp, go for the mezcal, lime, and coconut milk slushy. " - sara lieberman, lindsey tramuta

"In a neighbourhood teeming with trendy restaurants, Bouche doesn’t take itself too seriously: rough stone walls, a concrete counter and plates to share." - Le Guide MICHELIN

"Set up in a former kebab joint, Bouche is a bit of an outlier for this section of the 11th arrondissement-20th arrondissement border. The small plates and natural wine bar stands out for its slightly Brutalist interior (exposed textured stone, picture windows, vintage furnishings, and sparse decor–the kind of details more common in Berlin than Paris), and a menu of seasonal dishes that change every two weeks. You might find skate fish steamed in a Thai bouillon with lime, garlic, and chile pepper on the menu alongside an octopus okonomiyaki coated with lardo, spelt-beetroot risotto with a cream of dill, or a veal tartare with Jerusalem artichoke chips and tarragon. Sunday is the only day Bouche is open for lunch and it's one of the most sought-after reservations in Paris. Expect a shorter menu with brunchier additions: get the fried egg with smoked ham, aged mimolette cheese, and spicy mayo on an English muffin." - Sara Lieberman, Lindsey Tramuta

One of the best culinary experiences I've had, just check our the pictures, food as good as it looks. Location is simple yet elegant and somehow indie, service is great and even plates & bowls are beautiful. Great wine as well. Amazing mood

Our lunch at Bouche was an unfortunately disappointing experience. Having read and seen many great reviews, I was super excited to try this place. However, the food, service and prices had me leaving disappointed. First, the good: - The aioli was super well presented, the sauce was delicious and most of the seafood was cooked to perfection (prawns were very over and glassworts were under). At 35€, I think it is a fair price for Paris and the quality of the dish and its ingredients. - One of the two servers who took care of our table was very enthusiastic and kind. For the not so good/bad: - The carrot soup with mimolette espuma was good but not extraordinary. I personally think that 17€ is an ungodly price for an ordinary carrot soup with an (even if delicious) espuma and a few brioche croutons. - The endive was literally raw and tasted exactly like… raw endive. The gorgonzola sauce at the bottom was finger-licking good but it didn’t stay on the endive at all, which made for a dish that was difficult to enjoy in its entirety. It cost 12€. - The second server we had didn’t say a word to us after we ordered. Dishes were taken and brought to us without question or explanation and we were presented the bill without a word, which was quite awkward and uncomfortable. Mind you, we are native French speakers so it wasn’t a language barrier. I really wanted to like this place but, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend dining at Bouche Paris because I think the price-quality ratio is off. This is of course my opinion, which you can take as you will with the facts above.

Great spot, one of my “go tos” for a nice dinner night out. Food is always excellent and the staff go above and beyond every time. Cocktails are great, also. Bathrooms very nice too, for what it’s worth! When I see Aesop soap and little towelettes for drying hands I know I’m in a classy spot ;-) Shout out to the staff, again. Always very friendly and welcoming each time I go or call. Hard workers :-)

Bouche was an absolute delight! Food was delicious(especially the octopus and the grilled cabbage), the wine selection and atmosphere were spot on, and Sarah's service was excellent. Her recommendations were 10/10! I’d definitely recommend this spot and can’t wait to be back next time I’m in Paris. An amazing experience!!

One of my absolute favorite spots in Paris! I’ve been here more than five times, and it never disappoints. The fact that the menu changes every two weeks is such a treat — it feels like a fresh experience every time. This week’s duck? Incredible. I’m still thinking about it. What I love most is how they nail even the simplest dishes — everything is always perfectly done. If you’re in Paris, this place is a must!
