For one, the Brutalist space looks like it could have been plucked from the artsy Kreuzkölln district in Berlin, with exposed stone and sparse decor beyond dried flowers and candlelight. We ate here on our visit to Paris from Vancouver, Canada. It is a really cosy cool restaurant. The food was incredible! We are vegetarian and didn't have any shortage of options. The cocktails were really good too, I think they make the best espresso martini I've ever tasted. The pavlova for dessert was divine. Thank you Bouche! We'll be back next time we're in Paris.

the plates were really small, expensive and nothing special. we ordered the oysters (best dish imo) and first got a plate with 4 small-medium oysters (for a table of 2) which we were really happy about. around one minute later the waitress came back, took the plate away and told us it was meant for another table that ordered one extra oyster. first of all that seems not really hygienic. second of all it left us with a really weird feeling. we then got 3 oysters that are kinda hard to share as a couple. every dish lacked a kick to make it really good or rememberable. everything was kinda bland. we also ordered a sashimi dish that was just a lot of mayonnaise, a big pancake and smoked fish (biggest disappointment). the interior and dish presentation was pretty and the staff was nice.

Flavourful dishes and very helpful staff. I brought my friend there to discover some good food. We were happy, nice ambience. Staff was really helpful choosing me vegetarian dishes. We ate polenta and beetroot with fermented milk.

Asked a friend for birthday dinner recommendations and decided to eat here after seeing it was just 10 minutes from where my partner and I were staying - fate! We had a late reservation (9:30 pm), but it’s in a great location with plenty of options nearby. After grabbing a drink, we crossed the street to Bouche and were pleased with our table since it looked out onto the street. We went on a beautiful day in July, and the seats were a perfect balance of intimate and people watching. The food was incredible, and we’re still dreaming of the veal dish and the barlotti beans. It was our last night in France. Thanks for making a special person’s birthday even more special!

Food and cocktails were Incredible. Highly recommend if you’re vegetarian as most dishes we ordered had no meat but were so flavourful, inventive and actually filling. Really nice service, team were all lovey (especially Johannes), and atmosphere was great. Half the price of what we would have spent in London. Will definitely come back next time we’re in Paris.

Had an amazing dinner at Bouche yesterday! Lovely atmosphere, great service, super tasty dishes and a nice selection of wines. Would definitely recommend!
