The main draw here is the very low prices, though the food quality is modest. It’s a good spot to sample traditional French cuisine on a budget. Service is fast but somewhat chaotic due to the constant flow of customers. Reservations aren’t possible, but even on a Friday evening around 7:30–8 pm we were seated immediately without waiting. We tried two starters (nothing remarkable), some cheeses (excellent), and two meat-based mains. For dessert, we ordered rice pudding, which seemed very popular among locals but was overly sweet for our taste, and an apple compote, which was even sweeter.
